• Lightroom HDR does not work!

  I tried to make a HDR from 3 photos in lightroom using "photoMerge"-> "HDR" then I choose my settings and makes my new HDR file, then normal post-production.   This is exactly as expected. If you use the same treatment on the HDR image you will get about the same result as on the main raw image especially if your scene does not actually contain a lot of dynamics. We must be more aggressive with tools HDR in Lightroom, that are the highlights, shadows, black and white and local to see wider adjustments being accessible. Your images above don't really seem to be situations where the merger will give you a lot then you probably won't get a lot of benefits if you have little chance to see much of a difference.

  Note that tools such as Photomatix do this more aggressive treatment for you in their tone mapping function.

  Please go to the Lightroom preferences and then go to the performance tab.

  Please uncheck the option 'Use graphics processor', restart Lightroom.

  I have a single serial device, I used.  The device requires no handshake.  Simply send a command to the device and the device responds.  I modified the example labview for simple serial communication and that works when I enter the chain command and click the button to send the command to the device.  But when I tried to put the same example of communication series in a simple state machine where I replace the chain control on the front panel with a string constant on the scheme that the standard equipment does not respond.  Where do I go awry with the constant string and the state machine?

  Control of the working channel is \-codes display, while the constant diagram is in normal display. Once you pass the constant \-codes diagram, you will see that it is in fact "/ 1ZR\\r\\n". Switch to \-codes, re - enter the text you want and see if things improve.

  When I click on 'Open anyway', Photoshop CS5 is launched, but he seems to have lost the context of why it opens and asks me which file I want to open (i.e. the open as a dialog box).

  The usual difficulty for this and similar problems is to reinstall Photoshop CS5. Do not reinstall CS3 after CS5, otherwise it will pick up again
