  ESD stands for electronic Software Distribution. Acrobat XI provided compact disc of thought which included installation CD, on the other hand it was also provided by ESD, which included the direct download for Acrobat link XI products download Adobe Acrobat | Standard, Pro | DC, XI, X.

  There is no difference in the application, the difference, it's just that how it is provided to the customer.

  Thanks Anubha Goel, final I got it to work... The serial number in the physical box that you buy in the store wasn't the number for the software.  It was the serial number in the cloud, very difficult to know when you see a serial number in the box with the Cd online.  But thanks for the reply to my post. I tried to delete the folder/Library/Application Support / Adobe, but without success. the App said CC DC Pro Acrobat is installed, but the uninstall option is grayed out (I thought back to Acrobat Pro XI, but I can't do it yet). We use a local server to send updates of Adobe software, which could be the reason. Ideas accepted with gratitude as to how we can get insight into the output works again!

  Known issue for PDF files that have an output RGB mode.

  It is not possible to disable the license from one computer crashed or possible to check which serial number has been used on computer because they are encrypted.

  A retail license is good to be installed on 2 machines. I checked your account and found 4 different serial numbers of Acrobat registered for your account.

  It is always suggested to buy a volume license, if you have more than 2 machines instead of buy 4 different serial numbers.

  I checked all the serial numbers entered and you have sufficient activation count remaining to cover all your machines.

  When Acrobat is installed all first, it doesn't have a Plug-ins menu. When you buy plug-ins for Acrobat, some plugins will add a Plug-ins menu. Some don't - some will add the other menus, or buttons or something else.

  Then

  1. make sure that you purchased the plug-in Mac (s) you need.

  2. make sure that they are installed.

  3. make sure that they are compatible with your version of Acrobat. the Mac is much less forgiving on versions, you should check carefully.

  4. If the plugin is compatible and installed maybe it does not add a plug-ins menu.
