• Safari extension store question, links to the developers site

  For example, when trying to download LastPass extension via the link on the LastPass website, the link on the Safari extension store simply links to the page that I was right (site LastPass) who took me in the extension Safari store. In this case for other extensions as well and the links that used to be to download the file extension just takes back us to the site Web of the developer and the cycle continues. I just started to notice this in Safari 10.0, but I don't think it's a software problem, rather a problem with the extension store itself. I was wondering why this could happen.

  As you said you link external site but its not working, how exactly you have linked? something like "Buy product" related to the external site where the webshop is configured?

  About the URL, the buying process displays the url of the site that it is configured in shopping/ordering process, if you want to change this, you must do it from the end of your accommodation you need use a redirection of the shops to your site link. Contact your Web host for more information.

  I try to update manually Photoshop CS5 12.0 on Mac to 12.0.4 but the update fails. 12.0.4 is the only available on the Adobe site that I can find for CS5. Any help would be greatly appreciated.   Yes, you will need to remove the software and reinstall it.   This seems to be a growing trend that I see for Mac OS users.  I'm curious do you remember the utility that you used to remove additional languages?

• Firefox anchor link works the first time, fails the second time

  My site uses anchor of the form href = #1234 file.htm links to access < a name = 1234 > in file.htm.

  It works fine when the site is loaded locally on my PC at home. When I download on my site platform it works the first time I use, then fails by jumping to the top of file.htm. IE works fine on the platform of the site as well as on my PC at home.

  The BBC last week have updated their Web site. Since Firefox seems to have trouble opening certain pages of the site. Links opens as a blank page. Sometimes the page flashes on the screen and disappears immediately. Pages can be found through a Google search, but will still not open in Firefox. Firefox only seems to have this problem, other browsers function normally. I tried to contact the BBC unsuccessfully. From what I've read on the site there are a lot of people complain about the appearance and content (no feature) and I guess they are wading through a large number of complaints.

  Clear the cache and cookies from sites that cause problems.

  • Firefox/tools > Options > advanced > network > content caching Web: 'clear now '.

  'Delete Cookies' sites causing problems:

  • Firefox/tools > Options > privacy > Cookies: "show the Cookies".

  I created a link to a pdf file in a Word 7 document.  The pdf is located on an external website. I get the following message appears when you try to follow this link - Ctrl + click.  I use Windows XP SP3.  The pdf file can be opened in IE and Ff.

  Every time I press a link on a site that allows a person to watch a video. Windows media player does not respond, what we get is a pink screen with the small blue circle, whizzing round a round a round. It does not even when we try to click on the wide screen...  Help please, very frustrated!

  So using your media guide? or you are using a browser that has a particular video game that uses the Media Player plugin?  You may need a codec pack.

  If you use media guide try watch it in your browser. Then tell me if this works.  Also you may not know that this media player will wait until the entire video is buffered before playing.
