  As you said you link external site but its not working, how exactly you have linked? something like "Buy product" related to the external site where the webshop is configured?

  About the URL, the buying process displays the url of the site that it is configured in shopping/ordering process, if you want to change this, you must do it from the end of your accommodation you need use a redirection of the shops to your site link. Contact your Web host for more information.

  The BBC last week have updated their Web site. Since Firefox seems to have trouble opening certain pages of the site. Links opens as a blank page. Sometimes the page flashes on the screen and disappears immediately. Pages can be found through a Google search, but will still not open in Firefox. Firefox only seems to have this problem, other browsers function normally. I tried to contact the BBC unsuccessfully. From what I've read on the site there are a lot of people complain about the appearance and content (no feature) and I guess they are wading through a large number of complaints.

  Clear the cache and cookies from sites that cause problems.

  "Clear the Cache":

  • Firefox/tools > Options > advanced > network > content caching Web: 'clear now '.

  'Delete Cookies' sites causing problems:

  • Firefox/tools > Options > privacy > Cookies: "show the Cookies".

  Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/tools > Modules > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is the cause of the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/tools > Modules > appearance).

  • Do NOT click on the reset button on the startup window Mode safe or make changes.

  I created a link to a pdf file in a Word 7 document.  The pdf is located on an external website. I get the following message appears when you try to follow this link - Ctrl + click.  I use Windows XP SP3.  The pdf file can be opened in IE and Ff.

• Click on the links on the web sites to open two windows / a homepage that lands on top

  Hello recently (last days), I noticed that clicking on links opens two windows: one being the homepage (using BING) and I have to close this tab to access my expected page.
  Do not remember having this problem in recent years. Have you checked the default preference: create open new windows in a new tab instead of this and, when I open a link in a new tab, switch to it immediately.
  Both windows are open in a new window as opposed to a new tab in the same window. (clear as mud?)
  It's getting a bit tedious. Is this a bug with the new version of FF?
  running: Macbook v 10.7.5 FF 40.0

  Every time I press a link on a site that allows a person to watch a video. Windows media player does not respond, what we get is a pink screen with the small blue circle, whizzing round a round a round. It does not even when we try to click on the wide screen...  Help please, very frustrated!

  So using your media guide? or you are using a browser that has a particular video game that uses the Media Player plugin?  You may need a codec pack.

  If you use media guide try watch it in your browser. Then tell me if this works.  Also you may not know that this media player will wait until the entire video is buffered before playing.

  Let's see your code.  I guess you forgot to add additional braces to your requests for information.  Or maybe your selector name did not appear in your HTML code...
