• RV320 need to prefer WAN1, but the road towards the two Wan

  I have two WAN connections: one dedicated 48/24 Mbit cable (WAN1) and of a shared 300/300 Mbps (WAN2), I help manage.

  I have a few (TV & music) services provided by the company which requires me to come my cable connection, so I always want to go out WAN1, with the only exception being if it is down, outbound connections.

  But I also need to be able to route to the specific subnet on WAN2, which is directly known by the RV320, to administer the residential router on that subnet.

  However...

  • If I use load balancing, outbound connections are load balanced between WAN (obviously), which causes cable service only work randomly
  • Binding protocol on ports WAN is useless, because it forces me to specific ports AND IP addresses of destination, without possibility to use wildcards
  • Go to the Smart Backup link load balancing , select WAN1 as primary, casues WAN2 to become completely inactive, WAN1 descends. Why the hell wouldn't you want the router to always know WAN2and be able to deliver to its subnet?
  • I also tried special by adding a static route for WAN2 subnet, then the router would get out of the WAN2 interface, but it still does not, if the interface is inactive

  It looked like a simple task me and was exactly what I bought the RV320 for, but I can not simply know how to do this job.

  Protocol link seems like it would be better to handle this, I think.  You can specify 0.0.0.0 for all IP addresses and you can add a new service with some extended port that you want for the ports.

  I remember a way to define some ports on my rv016 wan IP address ranges.  Is there an option like this on the rv320?  This option seems like it would solve your problem.

  How can I configure two Time Warner Cable Road Runner under Outlook Express e-mail accounts? I wish I could separate emails for each account, but the access or the other at any time.
  You can use two different identities, or if you want to have access to these accounts in identity, set up your accounts and use message rules to move incoming messages.
   
  First, create a local folder to be used as a second Inbox and name it anything you want.  Use it to one of the accounts, as well as the default Inbox for the other.
   
  Then create a message rule.
   
  Where the message comes from the specified account.
  Move it to the specified folder & stop processing more rules.
  Click: specified account and enter the account name for the second Inbox.
  Click: specified folder and select the folder that you created.
  Name the rule.
   
  Move the rule to the top of the list of rules, and incoming messages will be separated into their respective folders.

  UNKNOWN: How to get the following:

  1. 1.3.4 update firmware
  2. Firmware firmware 2.0.0 with the bootstrapper process to move to the version 2 series
  3. Firmware versions in the 2.0.0 beta/release series to get the final 2.0.0 beta/release

  From what I read, I must go to the 2.0.0 for later through the 2.0 series before I can move to the 3.0.x series.

  All links come from FTP dead Linksys and the most recent ftp sources series 3.0 last only Cisco, which is absolutely useless to someone in my situation.

  Your help would be much appreciated.

  I have 20 years in the industry so I just need the files of the firmware to get this current router.

• Why update firefox and got a 'free' bing search bar and two software malicious adware?

  After an automatic update - no, I do not download no matter what new version of any dangerous place - I found that I had the Bing search bar-which I think I've turned it off, not sure if - and two malware/adware problems. First was rvzr - a.akamaihd which arises a new tab when clicking first on a website, then I found that I had offerswizard adding banners - blocked most of them - and the creation of hiperlinks with mini pop ups when passed above it with the mouse - sorry if my English is not clear. I tried AVG free and there wasn't any warning. Finally, ad-block and rgiht, click on the arrow to search bing seems to fix the problem, however, offerswizard must be uninstalled manually - lightning enhance program, I think that - after a google search.
  The main question is... can I trust firefox download/upgrade to automatic update?

  Thank you all for your answers. I tried to mark it as resolved, but I doubt that I did.

  First I tried in windows / removal of unwanted software programs. Installed an adblocker for FF
  Then I downloaded the adware 3.8 removal tool and the problem is almost solved. Still a few details could be improved, but I can live with that.

  I think someone took advantage of the installation of FF and it makes any other malware on my computer.

  Check the sources of the system/preferences/keyboard again.  You have active the British PC keyboard.  Remove it and make sure that you have only on the list.

  I used to have this exact recorder and it was awesome...
  We used it to transfer all our family VHS tapes to DVD.

  Not much help... I realize, but I remember well just hung

  Just recently bought a router Linksys E4200 and it was rocking so far! I've updated since a WRT320N. However it seems that the call SIP (using my account Voip Buster) no longer works...

  I don't seem to be able to register with the Voip service. Port is 5060 standard (if I remember correctly, I'm not at home now) and I've already enabled on the router the special tick for Voip calling ALG. Router is upgraded to the latest firmware and it's the V1 router.

  With all the foregoing, I cannot yet connect to VoipBuster using SIP. It worked like a charm with the WRT320N, so it's something with the router.

  Can anyone help? Thanks a bunch!

  Try the following steps:

  [A] with the help of the Cisco Connect software (if at all, you have installed the router using this software)

  1] open the software and go to the option that says "settings of the router.

  [2] then click on the option that says 'Advanced settings', which will take you to the router configuration page.

  [3] lower the MTU (Maximum Transmission Unit) of 1500 to 1400 or less (usually found on the main page / basic configuration of your router)

  4] click administration and disable UPnP.

  [B] If you have not installed Cisco connect then you can connect to the router's user interface using its default IP address in the browser which is 192.168.1.1 and enter "admin" as password empty username field. This will take to the web interface of the router and then follow the steps as indicated above to make the changes.

  Second, it also depends on the type of VOIP provider, you must open the ports on your router. H.323 uses 1719 and 1720 for signaling, dynamic ports for media. SIP tends to use 5060 for signage, dynamic again for the media.

  Hello world. My apologies, but I'm only average at best with my CISCO skills. I have simple installation running some network devices connected via 3 CISCO switches. It is small office and two bedrooms - one with the servers and the other with the printer and pc. Each room has 8 ports SG200-08 pass.

  Router / firewall is Sonicwall TZ215 and manages the internal routing between VIRTUAL networks. Each SG200-08 was directly connected to TZ215 (no SG200-18 again) and VLAN worked perfectly. Please see diagram below...

  Problems started when I added in the Center SG200-18 more to handle additional devices. Everything that I'm doing wrong, but I can't do VLAN longer works. Something I won't set up correctly in SG200-18.

  Please help me to Setup VLAN here - tag, unidentified, PVID, trunk... I am completely lost and already had to reset SG200-18 twice.

  Use BCDEDIT to SET the description that you are wanting to "Rename" and also to choose the displayorder, timeout and that you load by default...
