  Use the certification tab in support.oracle.com. Select the product and release (IE. Database Oracle, 11.2.0.3.0) you want to check, let 'all' selected under the platform, and then click search. The results will be grouped for you. If you expand the Group of operating systems, you will get a list of distributions/versions for each supported operating system.   Is there a way I can find a list of all patchsets of Oracle Application Server 10.1.2? I know that the most recent is 10.1.2.3 but do not know if a newer version has been released.

  It has only three sets of patch still went out to the family of OAS 10 g. The last is 10.1.2.3.

  PatchSets introduce no new features. Releases the latest full version of the software adds new features. PatchSets is a cumulative set of the patch fixes bugs found in a press release.

  It is generally recommended to use the latest round of patch.
  -One of the benefits are that you get most of the bugs bugs.
  -Another advantage comes in modernization. Generally, most of the tests for the process and upgrade scripts for OAS held since the last level of Group of patches for newer versions. For example, to move to FMW11g of OAS 10 g, more in-depth tests would be to upgrade OAS 10.1.2.3.

  That's why in all the new SRS, Support Oracle strongly suggests move you to the latest version of patch game.

  We need to create a database of pending in our new data center. The database primary is version Oracle 9.2.0.8 - but only Oracle version 9.2.0.5.0 is installed on the server for the backup site.

  Is supported by Oracle anyway? No need to say that in the version 9.2.0.5.0 can be some bugs and other problems which are already fixed in 9.2.0.8.

  Would be great if someone could provide the use with a response and a link to Oracle documentation which States: must be the same version or not.

  I am struggling to find a laptop supporting Oracle 10 g on RHEL4 update 2. If the HCL Redhat shows some laptops... those are all outdated.
  Now I find phones supporting the workstation RHEL 5 version. Is Oracle 10 g, taken in charge by this version of office? Kindly help me to find a laptop for personal use.
  
  I'll even though it is Dual boot with Windows Vista / XP but who also want to if ensure that he takes in charge the OS as well. Please help me find such a laptop computer!

  I have a Dell Latitude D830 running Oracle Enterprise Linux 4.5 and 5.2 very well. OEL is equivalent to Red Hat Advanced Server in the same version number, so I don't expect a problem.

  Since I also run several different fedoras, OpenSuSEs and Ubuntu on this machine, I suspect that the D830 also workstation Red Hat.

  You don't have to reboot - just put "cache.loaded.rulebases = false" in the application.properties file (its value is 'true' by default).  If you rename this * after * deployment then it could give inconsistent results, but must ultimately resolve itself.
