Load my Apple Watch

I ask a stupid question. If I can load my Apple Watch from a USB port, so I can plug it into my iMac or MacBook to charge? What happens if I use the great taken from my iPad? Any of these will make the Apple Watch charges no load faster?  Thank you in advance for your help! ...j...

Hello

Certainly, you can recharge your Apple Watch in any of these ways.

If brancher plug in the socket, be sure that you use a true Apple USB Power Adapter (or a certified adapter Apple). In addition to the adapter that comes with the watch, the cable can be used - for example - with the 12W (iPad) or 5W (iPhone) Apple USB power adapter.

If loading via USB on your iMac or MacBook (with a port USB 2.0 or 3.0), make sure that your computer stays on and wake up and the cable is plugged directly into the computer (rather than in, for example, an external keyboard).

  • How long does take to load the Apple Watch?

    Before you buy the Apple Watch, I would like to know how long it takes to load completely.

    See: http://www.apple.com/watch/battery.html

    Charge time

    About 1.5 hours to 80%

    About 2.5 hours to 100%

    Testing conducted by Apple in March 2015 using pre-production Apple Watch and software associated with an iPhone using the pre-production software. Load times are from 0% to 80% and 0% to 100% using the MagSafe inductive charger included. Charging time varies depending on environmental factors; actual results will differ.

    You can restart the watch earlier after the charge, if the battery is not fully charged.  Restart requires at least 10% reserve battery.

    Hello

    Try charging your watch once again. In doing so, check that:

    • All the plastic film was removed from both ends and both sides of the cable support (consult closely on the head of the charger).

    • On the back of your watch and the head of the charge cable are clean and dry (clean with an abrasive, lint cloth).
    • The head of the load is properly aligned with the back of the watch, with the concave side / curve touch fully:
      • Some docks of watch, brackets, cases or protectors might hinder it. If you use one of these accessories, try to load the watch by plugging it directly into the charging cable, without using the.
    • If possible, test using a different Apple genuine magnetic Charging Cable (for example, by borrowing one from a friend).
    • If you reload your watch by plugging the cable into the socket:
      • Check that the magnetic charge cable Apple USB connector is fully engaged in the USB power adapter.
      • Check that the USB power adapter is fully committed in the socket.
      • Try to use different maps of the following:
        • Adapter USB Apple that was provided with the watch, or;
        • A 5W Apple (iPhone) or 12W (iPad) USB power adapter, or;
        • A third-party certified 5W (MFi) Apple USB power adapter.
      • Try using a different take (one that is known to work properly).
    • If no other suitable adapters are available, try to load by plugging the cable into a USB port.
      • If loading via a USB port on a computer, make sure that you use a USB 2.0 or 3.0 port, the computer remains turned on and awake, and the cable is plugged directly into the computer (not on, for example, an external keyboard).

    If you identify a problem with a particular component (adapter, cable, or watch) or the question otherwise persists, contact Apple support (mail service may be available) or make a Genius Bar reservation to have your products verified and, if recommended by Apple, served (either under warranty or through a service fee and out-of-warranty):

Completely insensitive to everything I do and yes I tried a hard rese, the problem persists. Try to empty the battery and recharge. This to see if anyone else has had this problem and if there is no solutio announcement, thank you.

    Hello

    Your watch is entered mode of power reserve. This happens automatically when the battery reaches a low battery level.

    What you can do for now is to tell the time (by pressing once the button). This is designed to keep this function available as long as possible, until you can recharge the watch again.

    To turn back on your watch: press and hold the side button until you see the Apple logo and wait for your watch to restart.

    However, you need to charge your watch for a little longer first. Try to recharge for at least 2.5 hours, following the instructions here:

  • Apple Watch do not load to turn on

    Hello everyone.

    I just got my new Apple Watch sport this morning in the mail today on amazon. Once I unpacked the watch he immediately alerted saying me: it must be charged. I put it on its charger and hours later his watch still green screw saying his charge but it won't turn on and allow me to install. Once I removed the watch it the Red bolt appears and says I should keep it loads. I tried to turn it on and it restart several times all throughout the day, but it will not stop saying that it needs to be charged. Any advice? Thank you.

    Hello

    As red symbol appears on your watch again after loading the load, you may have a defective cable, an adapter or watch. Before contacting Apple, check that:

    • All the plastic film was removed from both ends and both sides of the cable support (consult closely on the head of the charger).

    • On the back of your watch and the head of the charge cable are clean and dry (clean with a lint cloth and try again).
    • The Chief charge is directly aligned with the back of the watch, with the concave side / curve touch fully (some stands to watch or watch cases are likely to hinder this).
    • You use only the genuine magnetic Apple Charging Cable or a certified Apple module magnetic charge.
    • If you reload your watch by plugging into a power outlet, try using different maps of the following:
      • The real Apple USB Power Adapter that came with the watch, or;
      • A true 5W Apple (iPhone) or 12W (iPad) USB power adapter, or;
      • Power adapter certified by Apple (MFi) third 5W or module of magnetic charge.
    • If loading via USB, make sure you use a USB 2.0 or 3.0 port, the computer remains turned on and awake, and the cable is plugged directly into the computer (not on, for example, an external keyboard).

    In normal operation, load should take up to 2.5 hours for a full charge.

    Hello

    If you have not already done so, it can help to upgrade your iPhone and Apple Watch to the latest version of the software, from your iPhone:

    Rather than spend your watch every night, you can find more convenient to charge your watch every night, from one day to the next.

    The watch cannot be overcharged, and the battery won't suffer harm of regular refills done every day. The load will automatically stop when the battery is fully charged and will start again if necessary due to the use of the current battery.

    Follow Apple's safety and handling instructions, and note also that:

    • It is not possible to turn the watch off the coast while it is on the charger and connected to the power supply - what is normal.
    • It is also normal to watch, adapter sector and charger become hot when it is connected to the power.
