Apple Watch do not load to turn on

Hello everyone.

I just got my new Apple Watch sport this morning in the mail today on amazon. Once I unpacked the watch he immediately alerted saying me: it must be charged. I put it on its charger and hours later his watch still green screw saying his charge but it won't turn on and allow me to install. Once I removed the watch it the Red bolt appears and says I should keep it loads. I tried to turn it on and it restart several times all throughout the day, but it will not stop saying that it needs to be charged. Any advice? Thank you.

Hello

As red symbol appears on your watch again after loading the load, you may have a defective cable, an adapter or watch. Before contacting Apple, check that:

  • All the plastic film was removed from both ends and both sides of the cable support (consult closely on the head of the charger).

  • On the back of your watch and the head of the charge cable are clean and dry (clean with a lint cloth and try again).
  • The Chief charge is directly aligned with the back of the watch, with the concave side / curve touch fully (some stands to watch or watch cases are likely to hinder this).
  • You use only the genuine magnetic Apple Charging Cable or a certified Apple module magnetic charge.
  • If you reload your watch by plugging into a power outlet, try using different maps of the following:
    • The real Apple USB Power Adapter that came with the watch, or;
    • A true 5W Apple (iPhone) or 12W (iPad) USB power adapter, or;
    • Power adapter certified by Apple (MFi) third 5W or module of magnetic charge.
  • If loading via USB, make sure you use a USB 2.0 or 3.0 port, the computer remains turned on and awake, and the cable is plugged directly into the computer (not on, for example, an external keyboard).

In normal operation, load should take up to 2.5 hours for a full charge.

I have my watch since may 2015, so I guess we could say that it is one of the prototype of apple watches.  I now use one then, but be hones I dopnt use it that much since I have other watches so.  last 2 weeks (Dic 2015) I load 100% and use it without problem, but I tried, after consuming the accusation, to load and it has not been possible.  A ¨Charging message with thi accessory is not supported by Apple Watch¨.  I tried severla times, changing the brick, but I had the same problem no matter what I did.  But 5 days ago it loaded again, and after that I still have the same problems of loading.   After reading the other posts, I have disabled the clock, reset and/or restart the watch as well for 2 or 3 times, and still the same message appears.

  • Series a Apple Watch does not always display

I was the first of the Apple Watch in October 2015.  Sport model.

Just in the last month when I flip my wrist the display lights not sometimes making me turn my wrist a second or rarely a third time so that it lights up.

Is this a known problem or a problem?

    Hello

No, this is not a problem or a known problem.

    The following steps may help:

  • Apple Watch do not make calls

Had my watch series 2 a few weeks ago, and this is the first time I tried to make a telephone call directly to him.  When I try it says "I can't make your Apple Watch.  "I can make an ordinary telephone call if you want that" no matter how I try (citing Siri, using the phone application on the watch, no matter).

I can * receive * phone calls on this watch and my old original look (first generation) ever had problems making calls.  And what the hell, "I can do an ordinary telephone call if you want to" - an ORDINARY phone call?  Siri says it can pick up my home phone and dial?

Short to reset my watch (which I did twice already) I do not know how to proceed, so any ideas would be useful before I call Apple.

It turns out that I had to reset the TWO my watch and my phone AND then re-pair (but I could reconstruct the shows of support).

Honestly, think it is a bug in one of the operating systems (because this is the second time I had to do that, although various issues).  Then perhaps a release next to one or the other will fix it.

  • Apple Watch will not unlock MacBook

I have a Macbook 2016 on MacOS, iPhone 6 more current iOS10 of execution, first-generation Apple Watch running Watch OS3 and two steps on authentication.  As shown in the screenshot below, I was able to check the possibility of allowing my Apple Watch unlock my Mac.  He looked the watch and then checked.  I did this several times, however, it will not unlock the Mac.  New features to copy and paste between devices, etc seem to work well, but I can't get the unlocking function to work.

    Hello wow321,

Thanks for asking for help with unlocking you Macbook with your Apple Watch here in Apple Support communities. We commend you for updates latest and your devices. Also, please check the things you already checked. I will do my best help to offer things to get this working as expected.

I have personally reviewed article for help to unlock your Mac with your Apple Watch which is here: automatically unlock your Mac with your Apple Watch. The first thing we want to do is to check that everything is correctly configured through this step by step article once more.

A confusing area for some people is the type of security on their Apple ID. The State of necessity who need a Apple ID to use instead of the two-step verification two factor authentication. Please check the type of security on your Apple ID using this help article that deals with two factor authentication: authentication two factor for Apple IDand this second article of help dealing with two-step verification: frequently asked questions about two steps checking of Apple ID.

If any snippet and you still have questions, I recommend you make a backup of all your data on your iPhone to make sure that everything is safe. You can perform a backup to iCloud or iTunes. Use this article to help with this: backing up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.

Then, try to turn the iPhone, with the Apple Watch is paired both devices Mac, power off and on. Sometimes, that's all that is needed for connections reset and everything working properly again.

If you're still having problems, please cancel the twinning of your Apple Watch from your iPhone by following the steps described here: pairing your Apple Watch and iPhone. Reset the network settings on your iPhone under settings > general > reset > reset network settings. This will remove not your personal information (contacts, photos, calendar of events, etc.), but it will remove networks WiFi recorded and passwords, as well as all the APN or previously used VPN settings and Bluetooth devices connected. After the reset of the iPhone, pair your Apple Watch with your iPhone again and check if the Apple Watch can then unlock your Mac.

Thanks again for asking for help with this here in Apple Support communities. Have a great rest of your day.

  • Apple Watch does not ask for password

In recent days, I discovered something disturbing.  If I take off my Apple Watch and put back on without having to type in the code 4 digit, even after an extra charge per night, it will not ask for a password after an hour or two and works normally.  If it's supposed to happen?  I couldn't find anything in the support forums.

I got my setup shows to use a password because I got it last December.

    Suzanne

    Hi Suzanne

If you use the following settings:

-On your iPhone, in the application of Eve, go to: My Watch (tab) > General > detection of wrist - on.

-On your iPhone, in the application of Eve, go to: Watch My > password > enabled.

-Also on screen settings of password - unlock with iPhone turned on.

Then, after putting on your wrist, your watch will unlock after whatever you do first: unlock your watch manually (by entering the access code) or unlock your iPhone.

Then, it will remain unlocked (including when the screen is idle) until you remove it from your wrist. When you remove your watch, it locks automatically.

  • Apple Watch does not illuminate

MY watch went black & will not return. It does not load and cannot be reset.

Have you tried to force the reboot of the Apple Watch? See: https://help.apple.com/watch/#/apd521a8a902

Forcing Apple Watch to restart: press and hold the side button and the digital Crown at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

  • Apple Watch will not pair manually or automatically

Watch became disconnected from the phone.  Followed all the instructions to disable the twinning / re-pair.  Automatic pairing fails repeatedly.  Manual matching fails as well - the watch never displays a 6-digit code.  Has anyone seen this before / resolved for it?  Thank you.

    Hello

For later use, it is not necessary to clear the pairing and re-pair Apple Watch when it is disconnected. If your watch becomes disconnected via Bluetooth and unable to connect to a Wi - Fi network, known at the time, it will display the icon disconnected on the dial of the Watch:

Bluetooth disconnects occur every time that the pair iPhone is not available (as in the iOS updates or when your iPhone is out of scope). The watch and the iPhone must reconnect automatically a short while after having reconciled being brought back.

If they do not automatically reconnect instead of disconnecting your watch, rather trying to keep your iPhone and Apple Watch close to each other and follow these steps until they reconnect:

    • Check that Bluetooth and Wi - Fi are activated on your iPhone:
      • It can help to turn Bluetooth on or off and turn it back on your iPhone (settings > Bluetooth).
    • Check that airplane Mode is not enabled on your watch:
      • When you display the time on your watch, drag upward on the dial of the watch > drag left / right to the glance of parameters.
        • If the glance of parameters says already connected and the symbol in the upper right corner is a green phone, your watch is already connected to your iPhone via Bluetooth.
      • If your watch is not connected and the airplane Mode is on, press the button to turn it off.
      • Otherwise, it can help to activate / turn off the airplane Mode again.
    • Restart both devices, both turn off together, and then restart your iPhone first.

For optimal performance of your watch, keep both Bluetooth and Wi - Fi enabled at all times on your iPhone.
