Loading error CD and get 'Customer.32' required and undetected education
I am trying to load an educational CD for a class. I am running MS Vista x 64. I get the error "Customer.32 is required for this application and is not detected on your system." What should I do to run this CD?

Well for a reason my first thread is not here so Im start again, I have IE8 and it just started with a lot of error reports and custom back to the homepage it just on the same page of the article, I was reading and said that this tab was recovered, I end up having to close on restarting the program n also since I reloaded my xp cd my sound got rough n jumps, it was well before I did this if Im not sure what to do. Because it looks like you have reinstalled Windows XP, what happens when you turn on your computer? Windows loads correctly and allow you to connect with success? Have you completed all the updates of Windows since the relocation? Do you get errors at any time?
What version of Windows XP you are using and which service pack is currently installed? I would say confirming all your drivers are recognized and updated.

People at Microsoft, I have a problem trying to load Halo 2 on my dv7 Paviliaon with Vista and the 2.8 GB Intel Centrino 2 processor. When I try and load the game, I get and error stating: "the files are missing or damaged in the installation directory. A few important files required to run this game are missing from the installation directory. "It bothered me for several reasons. One: the disc that I use is an original disc out of the box so hsould have no problem. Two: the game has been loaded previously on the same computer without apparent problem at the time. It has been deleted (don't remember why) and when I tried to reinstall, the error came. Three: I did as recommended and updated all programs and drivers, nothing works. So my question is, how do I reinstall Halo 2 and what this problem will arise if I decide to buy and load Halo 3?

I'm having two issues probably related. The first is that Firefox is oddly loading some pages: e.g. addons.mozilla.org while in other browsers that they load fine. The second is that some pages not be loading not at all like the https://addons.cdn.mozilla.net/storage/public-staging/3682/add_to_search_bar-2.2-fx.xpi which gives me this strange error

Yet once again, I don't have this problem with other browsers - unless you count waterfox who has these same problems that probably should since it is built off the coast of firefox. I tried to uninstall and reinstall and clear the cache and cookies, none of this has had no effect. These two problems started at the same time. Seems to me to get the problem loading error on all XPI links, or at the very least, I saw, for instance, I had to grasp the info manually troubleshooting because when I clicked on the link to automatically add it got the same error (https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/downloads/latest/426841/addon-426841-latest.xpi) but it is not only get links that contains .xml files for example I first noticed the problem a similar site to the newsletter, I wish I could understand the name or even had my story, so I could find it. I don't know if the problem is limited to https or not because at the point where I had the addon https only and don't have it test the reinstallation. I looked in the settings of validation and the first 'use the OSCP to confirm the validity of the certificates' but the second one "when oscp server fails to treat the certificate as invalid has been unchecked. I unchecked the first box and I still don't have the same error that really baffles me.

Error loading of HCI and SCI load error
I have a Tecra A9 and have recently updated the BIOS v2.10 I reinstalled the added value pack, but when I try to run the Setup of HW in the Toshiba Utilities in the start menu folder, I get "HCI load error!" then followed "SCI load error!" but it puts in place a box of dialoge installation with only the 'General tab ' with details of the current version of the Bios.
This utility to work properly on an another Tecra A9 I installed the same added value pack.

Problem: send an email, I get an error message and the email is not put in the sent items folder while the email (and attachments, if any) are successfully delivered to the recipient.
The full error message is always useful, but I'm sure you have damaged dbx files.
Spend most of your messages out of the Inbox and then create new folders to send and sent items box after having moved the messages you want to save to a local folder that you create.
Tools | Options | Maintenance | Store folder will reveal the location of your Outlook Express files. Note the location and navigate on it in Explorer Windows or, copy and paste in start | Run.
In Windows XP, Win2K & Win2K3 the OE user files (DBX and WAB) are by default marked as hidden. To view these files in Windows Explorer, you must enable Show hidden files and folders under start | Control Panel | Folder Options icon | Opinion, or in Windows Explorer. Tools | Folder options | View.
With OE closed, find the DBX files for the items in the Outbox and sent and delete them. New ones will be created automatically when you open OE.
After you're done, followed by compacting your folders manually while working * off * and do it often.
Click Outlook Express at the top of the the folder tree so no folders are open. Then: File | Work offline (or double-click on work online in the status bar). File | Folder | Compact all folders. Don't touch anything until the compacting is completed.
General precautions for Outlook Express:
Do not archive mail in the receipt or sent items box. Create your own user-defined folders and move messages you want to put in them. Empty the deleted items folder daily. Although the dbx files have a theoretical capacity of 2 GB, I recommend all a 300 MB max for less risk of corruption.
