Location of the section "files".

I just bought 6 LR and the bar just under the records section is my hard drive.
However, when I look below this bar I see files and photos around in my hard drive.
Is it possible that I can re - guide it?
I would like to see is the folder bar, then my HDD below so I'll start to create the folder below that as I need?
Thank you.

  • Get the former locations of the data files and Redo logs

    Version: 11.2
    Platform: Solaris 10

    When we manage hundreds of DBs, we do not know the locations of all DB files these allows DBs. say a DB goes down and you have all the required RMAN backups.

    When you restore the DB in a new location in the path of the new server, you must run the commands for the data files and ORLs below. But how do we know

    The former location of the data files.

    B. the old location of redo online stores that I can run

    run
    alter database rename file 'oldPath_of_OnlineRedoLogs' to 'newPath_of_OnlineRedoLogs' ;  --- Without this command , the restored control file will still reflect the old control file location
    run {

    Hello

    With the help of Oracle 11.2, you can use feature 'set newname for database' using OMF.

    SET NEWNAME FOR DATABASE TO '/oradata/%U';
    RESTORE DATABASE;
    SWITCH DATAFILE ALL;
    SWITCH TEMPFILE ALL;
    RECOVER DATABASE;

    After the restore and recover databases (i.e. before resetlog open) you can do to rename redolog. Just a query column member from v$ logfile and deliver ' alter database rename file 'oldPath_of_OnlineRedoLogs' to 'newPath_of_OnlineRedoLogs ';

    When we use the DSO is much easier to use OMF because Oracle automatically creates the directory structure.
    But when we use the file system that the OMF does not serve due DBA dislikes system generated on file system names.

    If you don't like OMF file system, you can use the script on thread below to help restore you using readable for datafile names, tempfile, and redo.

  • specify the location of the js files in the Help folder

    When I generate my WebHelp file everything added the following:
    < script type = "text/javascript" language = "javascript" src = "whver.js" > < / script >
    < script type = "text/javascript" language = "javascript1.2" src = "whproxy.js" > < / script >
    < script type = "text/javascript" language = "javascript1.2" src = "whutils.js" > < / script >
    < script type = "text/javascript" language = "javascript1.2" src = "whlang.js" > < / script >
    < script type = "text/javascript" language = "javascript1.2" src = "whtopic.js" > < / script >

    Developers require that I Specifies the location of the js files in the help folder so each line would include src = "help/WebHelp_en_CA/as follows:"
    "< script type =" text/javascript"language ="javascript"src="help/WebHelp_en_CA/whver.js "> < / script >

    I know that I can make the change manually (need to do after each generation) but is there a setting where I says this is part of the build process.

    HR puts in the relative path. That's the way it works so something else there is a risk of breakdown of aid. It works as they wish?

    There is nothing built in HR to do. Why would there be?

    I can't see any point in this completely unnecessary change.

  • Change Folder.current to the location of the script file (.jsx)?

    All,

    I try to use images in my ScriptUI dialog box, but I want to use a name of "relative" path, and I can't seem to make it work.

    For example, this myScript.jsx works fine, but as you can see, I use a name of 'absolute' way of transparencyGrid.jpg:

    var w = new Window ("dialog");
    var f = new File ('~/Desktop/transparencyGrid.jpg');
    w.add ("image", undefined, f);
    w.show ();

    However, I want to be able to use a relative path (to myScript.jsx) to point to transparencyGrid.jpg, like this:

    var w = new Window ("dialog");
    var f = new File ('../../../transparencyGrid.jpg');
    w.add ("image", undefined, f);
    w.show ();

    But, I can't seem to get this to work because relative paths appear to be relative to the current directory, Folder.current, not the location of the currently executing script.

    I say this because when I do this:

    alert(Folder.current);

    The only thing that the alert message displayed is a bar slash (/), tell me that the current folder is the root of my OS, but I thought it would be the folder where the myScript.jsx.

    So, is there a way to Folder.current the location of the real script?

    Oops, I completely missed the section in the docs ESTK on the ' object of Dollar ($) '

    Thus, it should work, if anyone cares:

    var thisFile = new File($.fileName);
    var basePath = thisFile.path;
    var w = new Window ("dialog");
    var f = new File (basePath + '../../../transparencyGrid.jpg');
    w.add ("image", undefined, f);
    w.show ();

  • Photos can not find the location of the original file

    Hi all

    I need help.

    My photo library cannot locate the masters original which means that photos don't load to icloud and photo book, I worked all year is riddled with exclamation points, because they can't find the file.

    Is that what I can do to fix the places they designate? The files are still on my computer, because none have been moved and I can find them when you use find any file, it's just that there are more 6 000 files that are "unable to download" so it would be very expensive to do it one by one.

    Thank you

    Paul

    The files are still on my computer, because none have been moved and I can find them when you use find any file, it's just that there are more 6 000 files that are "unable to download" so it would be very expensive to do it one by one.

    Are files that can be found inside the photo library in the folder of masters or referenced by pictures in a folder outside the library?

    If the photos are in a folder outside your library, check where Photos expected them to be.  The error you get when you try to edit or export the original file should show you the path to the file in the folder where the photo should be.  Where is it?  Try "file > see the file reference in the Finder.  He opens the folder where the original must be. Where is it?

  • Cannot access the Word file that is saved to the location of the temporary file.

    Original title: can see a downloaded Word attachment file in the temporary internet files by mistake, but can not access

    When I open IE5 content in the temporary internet files in windows XP Explorer I can't see the contents of its subfolders.   I'm looking for a downloaded Word fixation, I've updated and instead save it in the right folder I accidentally he saved in a folder named: 8KOJUWFP which seems to sit in the content. TRUST that I do not see 8KOJUWFP in content IEF.  I know that the file is located in 8KOJUWFP here because when I try to download the word original attachment again once I could see my new file there as I changed the name and saved it, but now I can see more.

    Forgive me for the speaker, but you will not find this variable on a XP machine:

    C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Temp

    In addition, I don't see what reset security settings (thus losing all customizations) has to do with the problem that was presented that occurs when you open a document that is received by e-mail that opens in the folder temporary Internet files ContentIE5 and then it is saved to this place by mistake.  Been there, done that, so I know the feeling when you find out what has happened.

    What I would say is go to Start - Search and select all files and folders.  And then under all or part of the name of the file: type 8KOJUWFP , and then click more advanced Options - put a check mark next to search system folders, search for files and hidden folders and subfolders to search then click on the Search button and allow the search to run.

    It should find this file in the following folder:

    C:\Documents and Settings\xxxxx\Application Data\Microsoft\Office\Recent (where xxxxx is your user name) and pointing to this place:

    C:\Documents and Settings\xxxxx\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\8KOJUWFP (where xxxxx is your user name).

    Double-click the 8KOJUWFP file to open it.  You may see a large number of files are listed with different names.  I find the best way to locate a file is to do the following:

    Right-click in any empty space on the top bar (where you see headers of column as 'name', 'size', etc. and from the right click menu select "Type" and "Date of creation" so that they have a checkmark beside them and these columns now.

    Now, double-click the topic 'Category' to sort the results by "file type" in alphabetical order.  Scroll down the page until you get "Microsoft Word document" and see if you can spot your document it.  If so, right-click on it and select 'Open with' and 'Microsoft Office Word.  If you can open the document, then click on "Save as" and save it to My Documents instead.

  • How to change the location of the offline files folder?

    I would like to use offline files, but all of my offline files are stored on my main partition of hard local. • Impossible to move Documents to the location of the original file

    I recently installed a new hard drive (g) to save space, and I wanted to move my Documents out there

    I changed the location of the files normally, accessing my users folder (C :), select properties and change the location. However, I did a specific folder to the new location of documents and I simply chose G:\

    Documents always appear under my libraries, and I can still access them. However, they no longer appear in my user folder, so I'm more able to move to the default location.

    I tried to do a "My Documents" folder later and moved all my files recently moved from Documents in this folder, but that did not work, because it does not yet show a location tab. It shows that 'Général', 'Sharing', 'Security', 'Previous Versions' and 'customize '.

    When you go to the properties of Documents in the libraries tab, I tried clicking on "Restore default settings", but there is nothing.

    In short, he's my documents are intact. (G) has a folder My Documents containing all my documents, but I created this folder after you change the default location, so it is no longer present in my users folder. If I pass this new folder to my (c :)) users file, which will set?)

    Once, I screwed up my file relocations and was able to fix the problem quickly and without any side effects.  However, the solution involves changing the registry to apply the usual caveat [back to the top of all, make an image of the system, test the system repair disc / Windows installation disc so that you know that you can start with something to be able to restore the image if Windows will not cooperate].

    1 open RegEdit [C:\Windows\regedit.exe] - I always open it by right-clicking and selecting run as administrator but I don't think that will be needed for special keys concerned by this hotfix.

    2 go to

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList

    Click on through each entry in the list to see what number S-1-5-21-NNNNNNNNNNNN-100X is the name of the affected user.  The user name appears in the right-hand side of the RegEdit window you look at each entry.  The number of S - etc., it will be the X at the end between your user accounts.

    3. navigate to this entry [using the S - etc number you just found]

    HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-21-NNNNNNNNNNNN-100X\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders

    4 change the value of the personal in the right side by double-clicking on the personal and changing that value to that of the new way you have implemented already.  [Staff means your my documents entrance].

    5 you will also see a few lines up key

    HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-21-NNNNNNNNNNNN-100X\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell records

    and the entries in there match those in which you have worked in.  I mention the existence of the second series of entries just because you might see them and might get worried that something has gone wrong.  When I made this correction, I just couldn't get the second set until later so I have whatever it is worry.  [I've never understood the difference between keys user Shell and Shell Folders folders.].

    6 that I have rebooted afterwards.  And then everything was fine.
