  There are different ways to do... The simplest is to click with the right button on the element (I think you said a toolbar at the top of the screen) which covers the button send, select 'Inspect element' or press 'Q', then click on the arrow down next to the element name and choosing 'Remove the node', then the toolbar disappeared , and you may see the submit now button.

  Radio buttons are NOT pleasant things of style! None of the browsers seem to support padding on them, and the height is in every way as well.

  This Menu button bookmark appears in the bookmarks toolbar by default if this bar is visible.
  
  If that's the case then you cannot move this button to another position and then the left side of this bar.
  
  If the bookmarks toolbar is hidden so the bookmarks Menu button appears on the right side of the Navigation toolbar and in this case, you can move the button for any item in a toolbar.

  Right-click on an empty area of the (which I suppose is vertical) task bar and make sure that lock the taskbar is unchecked. Now make a left click (and hold) on this same area empty and drag the taskbar to the bottom of the screen. Release the mouse button when the taskbar is horizontally along the bottom of the screen.

  (the instructions are an approximation because you have not told us your version of Windows).    :)

  You have very little control over the buttons that are shipped from the slides in Question.  This means that you will have to cheat on Captivate. I don't know how you play the audio? It is with audio command on the entry of the slide set? Or are you using a sound object?

  You can change the formatting of the submit button (which makes it invisible to the user), but it will always be there with its interactivity and point of suspension. And according to a response to my first question, you could create an image of a visible shipment and have that appear after the end of audio.   I've seen many comments indicating that a Submit button in an XFA form will not work.  I think that this is perhaps a widespread problem.

  The symptoms are:

  1. the form is a form designer (sometimes referred to as a "XFA form") that contains an HTTP Submit or Email Submit button.

  2. the submit button works fine if the user has Adobe Professional (bundle incluting Acrobat and lifecycle designer products) installed.

  3. the submit button does not work if the user no longer has the Adobe Reader software installed.

  Our users for the first time this problem in October, and we tried to determine what has changed in our system to get there.

  The forms have been created using the designer of version 9.

  On Windows 7 and Windows XP test PCs we have tried different versions of drive X and get the same results with all of them.

  We mainly use Internet Explorer as your browser.

  I must confess that I have not read all the release notes for all versions of Reader X.  And I don't even know if there is a problem with the drive.

  This seems to have been a problem installing with the reader.  We use a product called "Desktop Authority".    We are not really sure of what fixes the problem, but he ceased to occur after an upgrade.

  Just set up slide a quiz with all the buttons the way you want they look on other slides, and then select one of the buttons and go to properties > turn and look for the small drop-down list at the top right of the accordion.  Select apply to all objects of that Type.

  When you do this for each type of button on the slide of questionnaire, all similar buttons in all other slides in questionnaire within this project will jump at the same place.
