  There are different ways to do... The simplest is to click with the right button on the element (I think you said a toolbar at the top of the screen) which covers the button send, select 'Inspect element' or press 'Q', then click on the arrow down next to the element name and choosing 'Remove the node', then the toolbar disappeared , and you may see the submit now button.

  I resisted the bitter end upgrade to version 6.18 because I totally HATE this version! I would have given my eye teeth have stayed with version 5.0. I was treated, clean and done just what I needed this new version looks like Windows 8 and I hate the it with a passion too. God knows what MS were thinking when they designed this horrible Interface and Skype has now also been ruined by these strange people. Just, I don't understand why they think they have improved. For me, they were just wrecked what was a perfectly good application. I think the excuse on security issues is bull-dust and the main engine is advertising. Which frankly is TOTALLY useless, because no ONE in their right mind pays NO attention to her at all. It's just irritating images wasting space in the dialog box.

  If your Skype account is associated with the Microsoft account and you have Outlook 2010 or later, then Skype automatically integrates with Outlook.

• The Firefox button is missing in my worm 4.0 menu bar - where can I find the command to add it back in?

  I just downloaded Firefox Ver 4.0 and have been customization - one thing I can't understand... I HAVE the menu bar (File, Edit, View, etc.), but the "Firefox" button (which indicates to your image 'customize' the first button before the menu drop down "File") is missing. I watched all I can think to add, but have had no luck.

  To get the new interface, you need to hide the menu bar. Do, in the view menu, select Toolbars, then click on the entrance to the "Menu bar".

  If you need to access the menus, you can press Alt or F10 to display temporarily.

  You have very little control over the buttons that are shipped from the slides in Question.  This means that you will have to cheat on Captivate. I don't know how you play the audio? It is with audio command on the entry of the slide set? Or are you using a sound object?

  You can change the formatting of the submit button (which makes it invisible to the user), but it will always be there with its interactivity and point of suspension.   I've seen many comments indicating that a Submit button in an XFA form will not work.  I think that this is perhaps a widespread problem.

  2. the submit button works fine if the user has Adobe Professional (bundle incluting Acrobat and lifecycle designer products) installed.

  3. the submit button does not work if the user no longer has the Adobe Reader software installed.

  Our users for the first time this problem in October, and we tried to determine what has changed in our system to get there.

  The forms have been created using the designer of version 9.

  On Windows 7 and Windows XP test PCs we have tried different versions of drive X and get the same results with all of them.

  We mainly use Internet Explorer as your browser.

  This seems to have been a problem installing with the reader.  We use a product called "Desktop Authority".    We are not really sure of what fixes the problem, but he ceased to occur after an upgrade.

  I have Premiere Pro CS4.  I opened one day, and the play button was absent.  I don't know what to do to solve this problem!

  Wow my friend had the same problem on the same date as you! LOL I tried to fix it for him, and FINALLY I did it!

  I tried everything from relocation, new projects, etc and nothing worked!

  Then, for some reason, I decided to click on 'Window' on the menu bar without even thinking about it and then clicked on "the program monitor! PROBLEM SOLVED!

  There are TWO different views. One called "Program monitor" and the other called "reference monitor" and the problem is that they look almost identical but service otherwise!

  So all this time that you had "Reference monitor" opens instead of 'the program monitor.

  Open a window of writing.

  You have a Menu bar with file-Edit-View etc? If this is not the case, press the alt key to bring up.

  The Menu bar select View-Toolbars and relight toolbars missing.

  Sending is on the Composition toolbar.
