Log Jam.

Thunderbird there was even an e-mail from loading time and time again, how do I clear it?
I want to receive mail again. It is obviously back up. 225 in the previous audit. I can send ok.
Thanks for any help.

Go to the webmail providers page and delete the e-mail of the problem or move it out of the Inbox, and in another folder. This should leave the other messages.

    About the audio driver, you can try uninstalling and reinstalling the sound card and check.

    a. Click Start and type devmgmt.msc, and then Enter.

    b. expand sound, video and game controllers.

    c. right-click on the sound card and choose uninstall.

    d. restart the computer and check

    You can also check the manufacturer's website and try to download the latest verion of Windows Vista audio drivers and check.

  • OfficeJet J3680, cannot log on to the appliance

    OfficeJet J3680, connected by USB to Mac Mini with OSX 10.9.5.

    It worked very well for a long time, but now scanning is broken.  Print still works fine.  All features (printing and scanning) works fine if I connect the USB cable to my MacBook Pro with the same operating system.

    Specifically, I get the error message "unable to log on to the device.  This happens for all types of access attempt (preview, Capture of Image, system preferences > printers and Scanners > Scanner > Scanner open...)

    I tried different solutions, up to and including a complete uninstall and reinstall, with restarting the computer and the printer.

    Update Software Apple (in the App Store) indicates that I have successfully installed HP Printer Software Update Version 3.0.

    Printing SYSTEM has been reset several times.

    Clues?  It's super frustrating that it works on my laptop, but not the desktop computer (where there is meant to be fixed.)

    Thanks for getting back to me, and Yes you are right and forgive dominant that the printer works with other devices.

    Here are a few suggestions more:

    1. Remove the first printer driver by following these steps: Sunshyn2005: FRUSTRATED! HP 6700 scanning feature does not not with my MAC
    2. Complete a manual uninstall then: Sunshyn2005: Re: definition of Scan
    3. Reinstall the driver v3.0: v3.0 of HP for OS X printer drivers
    4. If it still does not work, try to create another user account

  • Fully updated XP SP3 random crashes (Nothing in the logs that show a mistake or an accident)

    Randomly throughout the day (18:41 29/01/11 18:33 01/29/11, 14:19 on 29/01/11 and 11:31 01/28/11) Windows will crash.

    What happens before the crash is the normal workload on one of these applications; Internet explore, Outlook 2010 and Front Page. These are the only applications that are used, there is an application of information security (PC Tools Internet Security) that runs, but scheduled scans only run at 02:00.

    At the time of the accident, nothing happens out of the ordinary, the only thing that will let you even know that he locked (and remains locked up for hours until delivery to zero manual) is the stop of the mouse and nothing from this point works, but all fans and HD continue to operate.

    Tell us what 'crash' means to you.

    I think that most people think of 'crash' with a blue screen of death (BSOD), so we need to know what it means for you.

    You (or your user name), 'crash' means the system crashes, freezes, crashes or becomes unrepsonsive or 'crash' means something else?

    XP has a mechanism already built in that is the sole purpose is to help diagnose the jamming system crashes, freezes, etc.

    If your system has entered this State, you're likely to find something interesting in the case of the observer newspapers because XP is "hanging" at this time there and will not write any event in the event logs.

    If it is true that the system is locking up or hanging, I would use the XP method which is integrated to try it since it's exactly what it is for the figure.   You won't be guessing what it might be, you'll know exactly what it is.

    If you don't get a Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) that must be with in a different way.

    For a BSOD, follow these steps to start:

    Here's a BSOD example showing information you provide:
    Send for the nose and the Red arrows (3 to 4 lines total).
    Send all * line STOP message since there are clues in the 4 parameters.
    If there is a name of the file listed in the STOP message, don't forget to include this information too.
    Ignore the boring text unless it seems important to you.  We know what a BSOD looks like, we need to know what your BSOD looks like.
    While you wait, please follow these steps:
    Describe your current antivirus and software anti malware situation: McAfee, Symantec, Norton, Spybot, AVG, Avira!, MSE, Panda, Trend Micro, CA, Defender, ZoneAlarm, PC Tools, Comodo, etc..
    The afflicted system has a CD/DVD drive work?
    You have a true bootable XP installation CD (it is not the same as any recovery CD provided with your system)?

    Perform scans for malware, and then fix any problems:
    Download, install, update and do a full scan with these free malware detection programs:
    Malwarebytes (MMFA): http://malwarebytes.org/
    SUPERAntiSpyware: (SAS): http://www.superantispyware.com/
    They can be uninstalled later if you wish.

    Do, or do not. There is no test.

  • Cannot access the cbs.log newspaper

    im running windows 8 on my computer laptop Packard bell, when I installed windows 8 suddenly, I could not access the BIOS, the Member of the staff at Packard bell told me to scan windows to find errors, and when I did I was surprised he found corruption but when he did and he repaired them the BIOS has started working again.
    I was very interested to see what caused the problem so went the cbs.log in the C:/windows/logs/cbs.log and I got the error message access denied.
    Please some on can tell me how to access this file

    It's too many mistakes to even consider to manage individually.

    Suspect hardware problems.

    Again the question happens BEFORE Windows loads?

    This isn't probably a Windows problem so contact Packard Bell. As OEM Packard
    Bell is responsible for BOTH the material and the proper functioning of Windows.

    not be able to run Windows at all the    ).

    Try to do a "Refresh your PC without affecting your files" (or modification of your personal data
    settings) or even a restore.

    Last week I started to do a Log - in Lightroom guest Mobile whenever I have open Lightroom CC. And the opening of session does not solve the problem: that is when I close Lightroom I promoted then again connect to mobile phone as soon as, even if the log-in has been successful before.

    This error message appears in the case where our view server logs: -.

  • Where is the hostd.log file?

    Based on some issues, I have seen and read other threads that I want to check this log file, but I'm not in/var/log /.  I'm not a guy to Linux and the 1st 20 threads, I searched on that do not give the location, just the content...

  • Log SOA/BPEL files causes problems of disk space

    Hi all

    We use SOA SUITE - 10.1.3.4(R12+DB_10.2.1), and it worked well for the last 7 months. Now that we are having on new problem.

    System SOA writing huge under the folder by default/log and journal opmn/log.
    The size of each log file is larger than 2 GB. SOA home busy with > 40 GB with log files.
    His affect others (DB, the R12 etc.) applications running on the same Linux machine.

    Please help me in this matter.

    After update macOS Sierra and Server 5.2, I get no message Postfix in /var/log/mail.log (aka SMTP Log).  I've never had a problem to see messages from postfix here before.  I defining all postfix mail log "info".

    I do not process messages greylisting Policy logging /var/log/mail.log.  Thus, the file seems to work in general.  But, no tricks postfix.

    Does anyone else have this problem?

    Same here, tried changing in debugging without result. Tried to change with the Terminal using serveradmin settings messaging or (I know you shouldn't do) editing the main.cf, also changed the com.apple.mail in the directory/etc/asl of notices info or debug nada!

  • IPhone 7 call log missing

    Hi, I noticed for the upgrade of iphone6 that now when I get a missed call that does not appear in the call logging so I have no idea its been missed. How can I get this working again?

    I noticed on the Sierra that the demon of "deleted" system process produces about 500 messages in the syslog every second. Everyone knows this?

    The Console application uses a lot of CPU catching incoming messages. The launchd file is

    / System/Library/LaunchAgents/com. Apple.cache_delete.plist

    The process is

    Solved the problem.

    Just delete ~/Library/Caches folder from another account and logged in.

    If you have activated the preferences-> Security-> FileVault system, then you must enter your password initially so that device drivers can decrypt your encrypted drive.  Once the system is running, you must then log into your account.

    They are really 2 separate activities that happen just to use the same password.
