• How to reset the password on Snapfish

  Hallo!

  My problem is-
  I can't create an account on www.eprintcenter.com because I'm known as user on Snapfish and have to reset my password on Snapfish.

  When I try to reset my password on Snapfish I´m be guided to a Danish site, called fotoservice.dk. I discovered that the reason is because the Snapfish service stop at the Denmark. But the Danish site Don t know me as their user.

  So I can't get a new password to log in to eprintcenter.

  You can of course customize the printer email address.  Log on to ePrintCenter and click on the "Edit" button to the right of the e-mail address of your printer.

• Incorrect printer with printer drivers

  I bought the printer HP Deskjet 3052 a because of all its features. However, it came with the 3050 a installation software. Now when I log in the eprintcenter.com it shows that I have a 3050 printer, not a 3052 printer and it will not allow me to get all the print apps. How I change to show the exact type of printer?

  3050 a installation software is identical to the 3052 a. It is normal that it appears like this in the eprintcenter account. The 3052 and 3050 has are the same, just a different but model use the same software. Regarding printing applications the printer deskjet 3050 has and the 3052 don't come with a few apps that are available via the front panel. You will see the menu called "Quick Forms" and there a few options listed here.

  However, this printer does not have to add printing applications in eprintcenter.

  I just got a replacement printer and was trying to add my ePrintCenter. However, it seems that my login information has been wiped away. I was able to connect to HP connected using my Snapfish password; However, when I tried to add my new camera, I received a message stating that it has been registered to another user.  When I try to reset my password using the email address I thought that I was registered in ePrintCenter, I get an error message indicating that there are server problems.  I can't find a number to call using ePrintCenter.

• I'm unable to log the ePrintCenter with my email address and password.

  When I click on the 'forgotten password' link and enter my e-mail address, I wonder for a good address. I have tried repeatedly, check carefully that I have entered the correct address. I even tried to set up the account again, but then I thought that an account for this email address already exists. I just had the same thing trying to get into the forums, I was able to reset the password.

  You use a personal email address or try to login with the email address of your pritner? If you are sure that the e-mail address is correct, and it's a personal address, send me a private message to the email address used to create the account with and I will get it taken care of for you.

• Cannot log on to HPConnected using IE10.

  I have a little trouble to connect to www.hpconnected.com using IE10. When I try to access this address I get sent to https://h30495.www3.hp.com/c/46226/GB/en/ which is ePrintCenter. If I am there, I have a pop up telling me I will be forwarded to HPConnected but when I click ok it just closes the pop-up and back to the log in page.

  This does not happen with Firefox but that is fine for me but the wife wants to stick to what she knows and didn't budge IE.

  I have done some tests and I can confirm that change your settings in Chrome will allow you to get to hpconnected.com.

  To do:

  Click on the three bars in the top right

  Click settings to the bottom of the menu

  Scroll down the new tab that opens and click on see the advanced settings of the...

  Click on the language and input... parameters button down

  If the English (United States of America is not in your list, use the Add button

  Click English (United States), and then click the name of Google Chrome in this language on the right button

  Stop Chrome and and restart

  Visit hpconnected.com and you will get the correct site

  If you go to the old site and click on the hpconnected.com button which did not work before, it will work now to reach blue

  When you are in hpconnected.com you should see your printer and other parameters (guess you'll have to have "improved" to make it work)

  Interestingly, this site worked OK on the default browser on an Android phone.  I think that those who are successful with any browser, either on a computer or over the phone, have their regional / language definition on the USA, whether they know it or not, or he wanted to or not.

  Well, is this a problem?  Maybe, maybe not.  I left my setting on USA now, but if it causes problems with Gmail or other sites then it will be changed to UK (note you can always keep UK as parameter to check the spelling even if you use of the U.S..).  Maybe I'll have to resort to changing the setting, whenever I need to connect?  In addition, I do not use other browsers, so not sure how easy or it is difficult to do the same.

  So, in summary, there are some pretty poor coding and testing going on here.  I guess that all programmers can think we are all incompetent because it works OK for them.  Well, how about you test your website with different regional / language settings - you know - what the rest of world uses!

  Thank you to Cass for your help - you also give a clue about this earlier.  Cass, as for the rest of your organization - well, this problem lasts for almost two months now.  It affects a lot of people in many countries - and from the first day, we knew it was a regional / DNS or a similar question.  It doesn't seem to be a fix or a rush to.  I can't imagine that managers who don't think not that this is a problem, rendered account that it's when sales drop and many printers get returned because the printers are simply not what they say on the box.

  In my opinion, it is a HUGE problem for you, but maybe the rest of the HP just does not care from anyone outside of the USA.  I can only say to other people who just bought a printer, tried to use hpconnected and can not - don't mind not waiting - take your printer and buy another brand that does the same thing.  Until someone confirms on this thread that this problem is solved without changing your regional settings - then in HP, nobody seems to have incentive, money, influence or power to fix things.

• How to make a only one log-in to snapfish & eprint

  I created after installation of my HP Photosmart 6520 snapfish as the HP setup completed.  All right.  Then, as suggested by the installation process of HP, I proceeded to learn how to set up ePrint.  I entered my email and a password.  He said that the email was already in use (Duh!).  So I tried again and enter a new password.  Bottom line, he said the solution was to create a unique login for Snapfish and ePrint.  I've seen it referenced in response to a similar question from the forum.  The person was having the same problem and the respondent said they would create a single account for the 2 processes.  ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED.

  You set up the account on eprintcenter.com or HPconnected.com?

  Looks like you may have an existing snapfish account, and he wants this password to create the account. If you don't remember the password for snapfish, try to make a password to snapfish.com.   The HP ePrint Center is not intended for users from the United Kingdom for some time, the trendy HP should be used.

  Search your email associated with the account HP ePrint Center for any mail from HP on the migration of your connected account to HP.

  If there is no such email I suggest to disable Web Services for your printer by clicking the button on the printer ePrint (between the wireless and the help button), and then select delete Web Services.

  Click on ePrint icon once more and follow the steps to reactivate Web Services.

  A new certificate claim code will be printed in minutes, which can be used to record your connected HP printer.,

  Note: remember that you will need to select another HP ePrint address once remove web services.

  Hi, tell you that the email address you are trying to set up the account is already in use? If so it may be that at some point in the past (perhaps long forgotten!), you have created an account online with another HP Snapfish service for example. If this is the case, you will need to register your account ePrintCenter with these older account credentials. If you don't remember setting up a Snapfish account in the past, it might be worth trying just to connect to this service with the email address you are trying to use to ePrintCenter. Choose the you forgot your password? option when logging in to Snapfish and see if accept the e-mail address that you are trying to use to ePrintCenter.

  Photosmart 7520e with my MacBook 10.7.5 using. Try to enter to ePrintCenter account, but the password (1), that I thought was correct product error message "forbidden". Request for password reset via email, but (2) when entering it a new password again once product error "forbidden". My password of ordinary HP that I use to publish this work, but obviously not for ePrintCenter, log. What to do and how?

• I was struggling to establish an ePrintcenter account.

  I had one previously founded Snapfish account and reset the password because I couldn't remember it.  I then connected to ePrintcenter and it worked fine.  I am hunted ePrintcenter and cannot connect using the appropriate connection information.  I get an error message that says: "Ajax submit failed: Error = 403, forbidden."

  I tried of logging on Snapfish and it worked fine.

  I have a PhotoSmart 5510e which was working fine until recently these app printing stop work and display of messages that I need to go to for custom ePrinterCenter it. Has tried to open a session in the ePrintCenter but it keep telling me the password is not valid. And when you use the password to get the link, it keeps telling me to enter the email address associated to the my account when I click OK. I already have then enter the email address what do I do? Really need to connect if I use the App founction on my printer. My computer is running Win7 64-bit.

  I would like to apologize for the problem you are experiencing.  The eprintcenter.com site and the site snapfish.com are connected.  It is possible that you had a printer in the past that you signed up for an account with snapfish, while you were recording with us and you didn't.  I would try going to snapfish.com and using the forgotten password under their log link to see if who you alow reset you the password.  Once the password is reset, log information Web site snapfish.com will be information to use to connect to eprintcenter.com.  If you need anything else please do not hesitate to answer.
