Login to the extraction process

Hello

I'm new on goldengate and have a basic question about oracle for oracle replication.

An extract and process repeated, we need, to connect to the source and target database. As he reads by gg source redo log file then why does log in the source system? It cannot directly read redo log files? on the target system because it applies it seems to be fine.

Please suggest...

Kind regards!

How does he know where the redo logs are? Or the archived redo logs? Or names, or what are the SNA to the breast?

My friend turned on their laptop packard Bell recently and had the following problem. Windows XP screen loads but is then followed by a blue screen that says STOP: c0000221 {Bad Image Checksum}. The image rpcrt.dll is possibly corrupt. The header checksum does not match the checksum calculated.

I can't the laptop to go further. I have accessed the Microsoft recovery Panel and try a non-destructive recovery as there are some precious photos that need backup. However, when you select 'no profile' to begin the recovery, I get the message:

Error during the extraction process. Details of error: path not found

I'm a bit of a novice when it comes to this sort of thing, but if someone can provide step by step help giving rise to lose photos, I'd be willing to give it a try. I also have XP Home Edition disk that came with the laptop but has never been opened. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

You hear your message said something about rpcrt4.dll?  It is important to relay the exact message you see.

Please provide additional information on your system:

What is your system brand and model?

What is your Version of XP and the Service Pack?

Describe your current antivirus and software anti malware situation: McAfee, Norton, Spybot, AVG, Avira!, Defender, ZoneAlarm, PC Tools, MSE, Comodo, etc..

The question was preceded by a loss of power, aborted reboot or abnormal termination?  (this includes the plug pulling, buttons power, remove the battery, etc.)

The afflicted system has a CD/DVD drive work?

You have a true bootable XP installation CD (it is not the same as any recovery CD provided with your system)?

You use some CD to access this Panel of Microsoft recovery where this "no profile" option is?  I don't know what all this means if it isn't some CD shipped with your system, in which case, I would use it for a coaster instead of something to fix your system.

If the c:\windows\system32\rpcrt4.dll file is missing or afflicted, you do not start in the last good known Configuration.

You also will not start in any kind of Mode safe no more.

Even if you could boot mode safe, you would find that sfc/scannow does not work in Mode without failure in all cases (never).  If you try it, you'll see a message like this:

Windows file protection could not initiate a scan of protected system files.

The specific error code is 0x000006ba [the RPC server is unavailable.].

Failed to start the RPC mode server safe either.

I can't recreate your error exactly, but it is easy to replace the rpcrt4.dll file.  Looks like you have a working CD drive, so put yourself a Hiren boot CD and when you started on this, you can copy your precious files to a USB device for safety.

There should be a backup copy of rpcrt4.dll already on your system, here or here:

    c:\Windows\System32\dllcache

    c:\windows\ServicePackFiles\i386

You need to rename or replace the rpcrt4.dll file which is in c:\windows\system32 and replace it with one you will find the backup copies.

There should be a backup copy of rpcrt4.dll already on your system, here or here:

    c:\Windows\System32\dllcache

    c:\windows\ServicePackFiles\i386

When you get the Hiren's CD's, you can use to replace the missing or suspicious file.  If you need help with that, first get the Hiren's boot CD made and start over, then we can continue.

Do you have a Hiren BootCD you can download here:

    http://www.hirensbootcd.NET/

On the left, click on download, scroll down, choose the latest version, the download link is a little hard to see.  It is at the bottom of the page, above the drop for older versions and looks like this (click this component to download the ZIP file):

Direct HTTP mirror + Torrent, Torrent Magnet

Click the "Live HTTP Mirror" link to start the download and save the ZIP file on your desktop of somewhere that you can remember.

The ZIP file is large, so the download will take probably some time to complete.  Then unzip the download to extract the Hirens.BootCD.ISO file that will be used to create your new bootable CD.

Create a bootable CD. ISO file is not the same as simply copying the. File ISO onto a blank CD.  You must use software that includes how to burn a. ISO to a CD to create a bootable CD.

File ZIP the Hiren is the file BurnToCD.cmd that you can double-click to launch it.  The BurnToCD.cmd will use the file BurnCDCC.exe to burn the. ISO file onto a blank CD using your existing CD burner.  You can also use your own burning software as long as your software is able to create a bootable CD. ISO file.  More modern burning programs can create a bootable CD. ISO image.  Create a CD from an ISO image bootable is not the same as just the file on a CD burning.

If you need a simple and CD burning, this is a free software popular software:

    http://www.ImgBurn.com/

Here are some instructions for ImgBurn:

    http://Forum.ImgBurn.com/index.php?showtopic=61

It would be a good idea to test your new bootable CD on a computer running.

You may need to adjust the computer BIOS settings to use the CD-ROM drive as the first device to boot instead of the hard drive.

These adjustments are made before Windows tries to load.  If you miss it, you will need to restart the system again.

When starting on the Hiren's CD, you will see a menu of options.  Choose Mini XP.  It will appear while Windows is loading and you will be presented with a desktop computer that has the look and feel of the interface of Windows Explorer, you are already accustomed to using.

Using the Mini XP, you can access Internet, maneuvering around your system, search for files, copy files, replace the files and run the scans for malware, edit the text files (like the c:\boot.ini) etc.

There are dozens of free and useful tools included in the CD that can be used to repair your system or copy your important personal files on another device (like a USB device or an external drive) in the case where you just give up and decide to reinstall your XP (I hope that you will not make this decision)

Do, or do not. There is no test.

I need YOUR voice and the points for helpful answers and propose responses. I'm saving for a pony!

    ggsci > urban alter now

Or explicitly specify a date time:
    ggsci > urban alter start 2012-08-13 12:00

I also noticed that this line:
    table urbanlive.*

Missing the semi colon closing. It should be:
    table urbanlive.*.

Make sure you read on current transactions. This is important when you START capturing change data and perform the initial synchronization. If you do not understand this won't boot you properly and you will be always out of sync.

    Good luck

  • change the names of columns in the automatic process line fetch, edit the code

    Hello

I created the master detailed form of two tables, and then I changed one of the names of columns in the table which is the detail.

of course the extraction process could not recognize the name of this column (as it is no longer exist), so I need to change the column name in the query of in the current name.

Ditto for line process transformation, to insert a new line.

I guess it's easy, but I don't know where to find the ASR process query request,

  • 1 extraction process may work for the 2 diagrams?

    Hello

    My question is this:

I ext1 extraction process, but I want this process to work for the 2 diagrams like HR and scott.

I couldn't find the correct syntax for the 2 diagrams. He works for hr diagram but I could not add the correct settings for scott.

    It works for only hr:

    extract ext1

    UserID ggate, password oracle

    TRANLOGOPTIONS ASMUSER sys@ASM1 ASMPASSWORD 123456

    exttrail/u01/app/oracle/product/gg/dirdat/tr

    DDL are mapped objname hr.*;

    table hr.*;

How would it be if I want to add schema scott?

Yes, something like that might work... Simply add additional TABLE lines... with more tables or diagrams.

    extract ext1

    UserID ggate, password oracle

    TRANLOGOPTIONS ASMUSER sys@ASM1 ASMPASSWORD 123456

    exttrail/u01/app/oracle/product/gg/dirdat/tr

    DDL are mapped;

    table hr.*;

    table scott.*.

I also removed the OBJNAME of the DDL statement option. Since I assume you want to replicate DDL on the tables that you capture, DDL ARE MAPS will take care of it.

Whether the owner.table names are the same in the source and target in the replicate database, you can use

    CARD *. *, TARGET *. * ;

In this way, he'll just take any operation in the log file and apply them to the corresponding table in the target database. So that when drawings or additional tables are added in the excerpt, you do not need to change your settings replicate files.

  • Add data in the process of the extract or replicate!

My databases are 11 GR 2 on Linux.
Golden gate is configured to replicate data between 2 databases which works very well.

I got a new requirement for the development team to add a text of three characters with one of the columns.

Two databases have the same tables and columns of same, and it's an obligation:

    On server 1

    Table A
    1, HAS
    2, B
    3, C
    4, D
    5, E

    Server 2

    Table A
    1, AXYZ
    2, BXYZ
    3, CXYZ
    4, DXYZ
    5, EXYZ

It is possible to make some changes in the process of the extract or replicate.

    I thank in advance.

From the time my system has been upgraded to El Capitan, I have a problem with the startup of the system. The login screen has horizontal lines. The system does not start properly and begins to restart before completing the startup process. After 10 or 15 attempts, the system starts. Only when the login screen appears without those lines, I know that the system should start. • What is the nature of the defragmentation process?

I noticed that the defragmentation process notably improves the performance of the computer. I would like to know what is actually happening during this process and how often this should be done?

Here is some information and reading extra to keep entertained you:

The best place to read about the fragmentation of NTFS is the performance Guide Windows 2000 by Mark Friedman (433 page to be exact).  When you are finished, you are unlikely to have questions on whether a NTFS file system can become fragmented or not, no question on what to do about and no question about how to do so.

Microsoft indicates in their discussions of TechNet that NTFS is designed to resist fragmentation, but it is not immune to it, and that there is an advantage in many defragment a NTFS volume.

They say that although NTFS uses more advanced algorithms in the assignment of groups of files, it is not immune to fragmentation.  It is true however, that he has developed to a lesser degree than other systems of files due to its more sophisticated design, the fragmentation

It is also possible and likely that the MFT (Master File Table) will become fragmented over time, but to a lesser extent. In addition to defragmenting files, the MFT must be défragmentée as well.

Files and the MFT may become fragmented.  Any fragmentation will slow extraction and search for files and folders.  As a result, less fragmented you queue system, better it happen.

Some alleged 'experts' will tell you that the fragmentation is not possible with NTFS, but that's not true.  NTFS is designed to resist fragmentation, but it is not immune to it.

If the fragmentation was not possible to NTFS it seems unlikely that Microsoft (and others) spend so much effort to discuss how to detect, how to cope and how to prevent it.

  • How to make an initial charge followed a change of replication to the same process of the user (Java adapter) output?

    I need to:

-Complete an initial load from an Oracle database to a user (process Java of an adapter) output process, with:

    TABLE..., SQLPREDICATE "FROM SNA... » ;

-Then start a normal change of replication from the SNA for the same output of the user process, for example with:

Register extract... RCS container (...) database...

    Add extract..., tranlog integrated, Yvert...

I also need to have a clear dividing line between the end of the initial charge and the beginning of replication of change.

That is, I need to know when the initial charge ended replication in the output of the user.

I can do the initial charge and the work of replication of change, but I can't figure out how to do the two processes feed at the same exit of user procedure.

It is because of the initial charge producing "extract files", compared to the extract of change generating the "path of the files', and those who cannot be loaded by the same process of output to the user.

I don't understand why there is such a distinction and limitation.

Is there a way to extract initial loading of writing to a log file, which could be picked up by the extract of change?

If I could turn the extract files into files of trail, that would solve most of my problems.

I believe that those who have exactly the same file formats (as is from logdump), and the only difference is that tracks have an additional checkpoint file. My understanding is correct?

Is there a hack that would allow me to turn extract files in a path?

Thanks in advance for any idea,

    --

    Romain Lenglet

    Roman. [email protected]

1 do the initial load and wait for it to complete. Let's say the initial load generated more trails

    / tmp/ab000000

    / tmp/ab000001

    / tmp/ab000002

    / tmp/ab000003

    2. stop the initial load snippet once its done.

    3. set up an excerpt from capture of change online and mention the same prefix for trail

    EXTTRAIL/tmp/ab

Now, the important thing is to let the extract online from sequence 4 and we do this with the following command,

    ggsci > Add ext ,...

    ggsci > add exttrail/tmp/ab, seqno 4, ext

When we add the checkpoint of trail, we ask the extract from the sequence 4

You can then start out it online and it will send sequence 4.

4 then add and start an extract from pump to read the sequence 0 trail and run with PASSTHROUGH

  • I d/l both photoshop and first elements 14 for 64-bit windows.  Installation is done in what concerns the extraction of files...

I downloaded the Bundle Photoshop elements 14 and first elements 14 for 64-bit windows.  The installation gets as much as self-extracting files, giving me the opportunity to run or open the folder that contains the files, and then tells me to restart may be pending, so restart the computer and repeat the installation process. After that, it gets as much again and if I click on ignore after the r/s message, he stops and tells me to download a nonexistent program fromadobe to solve the problem.  He does this for items as well photoshop and first. Apparently I should call adobe during the hours of assistance.  I work during the opening hours. Records of installation of the GZ files which mean nothing to me.

Desperately seeking help. Refund for downloaded software is impossible.

    Thank you to all...
