• LogMeIn Hamachi and RDP Windows XP Firewall problem

  I use Logmein Hamachi VPN over the internet to a PC running Windows XP.
   
  I am able to use RDP to access, but only if I turn off the Windows Firewall.
   
  I tried to access Hacmachi in the exceptions, but I'm still doing work if I turn on the firewall.

• P2715Q and Surface Pro 3 @ 60 Hz

  I've already owned a Dell P2414Q which worked perfectly on my Surface Pro 3 @ 60 Hz in 4K resolution. If I have the DP 1.2 enabled in the Dell it combined two (virtual) screens as one who translates into a 4K at 60 Hz. display (somehow) normally is not possible with the Surface Pro 3 but this 'trick' worked perfectly. I think that it combines two 1920 x 1080 @ 60 Hz to a 3840 x 2160 @ 60 Hz screen?

  Consists of the two solid P2414Q and the P2715Q of a perhaps?

  I like a bigger screen, I bought the P2715Q but they will hinder the 'support' of 60 Hz. Default but the DP 1.2 is the ability to merge screens is missing. Now, Miss me the 60 Hz, which is very annoying to say the least. Why can't the P2715Q function as the P2414Q? I tried all the different settings, but the result is that I just see 3840 x 2160 @ 30 Hz and not 60 Hz as the older P2414Q.

  I bought this monitor to use with my 3 Surface Pro as well.  I was disappointed that she was not working at the native resolution @60 Hz.  There is a work around if you are ready to install the Intel graphics reference drivers and create a custom resolution.

  I use these settings in the custom resolution Intel (version 10.18.10.3960 driver) dialog box:

  Resolution: 3840 x 2160

  Refresh rate: 50 Hz (this is the best we can do with the SP3 of output DP, everything culminates on the bandwidth available on chipset DP of the SP3)

  Standard calendar: CVT - RB (this is important, that the other synchronization methods do not work at this resolution/Hz)

  Overall, it works very well for me.  50 Hz is much better than 30 Hz in terms of responsiveness.  Maybe in the future, we will get an update of the official graphics driver that handles 4K @ 60 Hz without custom resolutions.

• Music of the XBOX, Windows Phone and Surface RT

  Has anyone made their Surface RT their primary "synchronization" for XBOX Music machine? My wife is a light PC user so its Surface RT do the trick quite well. I want to get him a microSD 64 GB here soon. So, I have a few questions.

  First of all, downloaded music to XBOX Music, speak to the MicroSD card? If this isn't the case, that can be a problem because it has the 32 GB model and not much left storage.

  You must install the SSL certificate before connect you to the Regional service, the easiest way is to go to "desktop" IE10 open, go to the exchange server web access page, click on the notification of "certificate error" red and view / install the store "certificate authorities roots of trust." Then, make sure that your surface RT complies with the minimum requirements of security then connect to the exchange via the mail application server.

• Browsers and Surface Pro

  I tried three browsers in Surface Pro. Windows IE works like a charm. Mozilla and Google Chrome are both awkward (not scroll) in 8 Win on the Surface. Ideas on how to improve at least one of them. (I would have 2 browsers, as some pages of best work in one than the other, and I used Mozilla for years).

  Chrome and Firefox are not optimized for the contact. IE is surprisingly excellent but if you want the variation that you can download the beta version built of Chrome on chrome's dev site. (Works fine in the Metro user interface)

  Firefox has alpha versions (all night), but it is extremely buggy and featureless.

  Reminder! You can only use your default browser in Metro user interface.

  Majicack is compatible with Windows 8.

  You can change the default program for the wav file and check if the problem persists.

• Skype and Surface Pro - can I activate microphone for Skype, but the device is off?

• Menus small bridge CC and Surface Pro with Windows 10

  I have a Surface Pro with Windows 10 4. I installed Photoshop and Bridge CC on 7 November. Fonts and Photoshop CC menus are size 'proper' or good; However, the Bridge menu, fonts, etc. are all the very small. I tried going to CC Photoshop and change the user interface scaled to 200. This has not fixed it. I also played with the font size and that has not worked. I have uninstalled/reinstalled Photoshop and bridge CC with no luck (and included a system reboot). Does anyone have a solution for this?

• Working with paths and Surface Pro 3

  I'm having a real problem trying to select and change the path pointing with pen a Surface Pro 3. It is so hard to grasp the point of control. Does anyone have some tips on how to do this?

  IMO because the surface has a high resolution 216 PPI if you don't not zoom the image's scaling more large then100% will not to target as node and point to paths of control points. Hit the elastic line will still be difficult with the pen of surface 3 pro...  The first accessory I added to my 3 Surface Pro Microsoft Bluetooth comfort mouse, it's much easier to position the mouse cursor and click on the using the pen of Microsoft on the screen to move the cursor located under the glass of the screen and a distance from the pen. by clicking on the pen. With the help of a mouse is much easier for me then using.the Surface Pro 3 pen. In fact to sharpen in my home office I'll use my Wacom Intuos Pro rather than the surface EP pro 3.   You are allowed to have two active facilities.  As long as your computer meets the system requirements for the software, you should be able to install and activate the software on this subject.

  You can't (until MS provides the required interface software). The "Pencil tool" available with the contemporary versions of Adobe Reader (older versions are not come with any comment tools & Drawing Markup) is the renamed 'hands-free' drawing tool that was provided with Acrobat from back in the day. You can use it to "hands-free" lines - it's really a rather clumsy creature, but what is available. Note that the 'Eraser' tool is only for clear annotations placed precisely by the ' pencil '.

  I have trouble downloading desktop BB so I contacted via Skype, I think it's teck support Guaru which stood on a microsoft Web site. We did the logmein.com and they took control of my computer and said: I have major problems they would be in trouble for $120. I stupidly gave them my name and email when the asked before they said what it would cost. I told them it's too, and we disconnected. A did the same thing with pareto, they wanted to just make me buy their product. I'm in trouble through identity theft?

• Dell U2414Hb with Microsoft surface book and the docking station works do not reliably

  I recently bought two monitors Dell U2414H to work with my book surface and surface dock. The monitors to work reliably for a while (sometimes up to 3 or 4 hours) then suddenly one or two will be turned off and the display will switch to the surface for a second book or two and then return to the monitors. Sometimes, the system can go through a unstable stage of switching between monitors and books surface exposure 30 times or more within a period of 5 minutes.

  I have been searching for a solution and found the following page on the Microsoft website that indicates there is a known issue.

  Problem =
  * When the Surface book is anchored and double are connected using DisplayPort multistreaming (daisy chain), one or two screens will not be recognized after restart or power cycling the book surface. In both cases, the resulting no video appearing on external displays.
  * Some displays will expose rip video on the secondary display, what installation using DisplayPort multistreaming (daisy chain).
  * A view not to return to video mode displayed after recovering from power save mode.

  Workaround short term =
  Surface CDM Dock on--> Dell mDP to DP cable--> #1 off DP (DP 1.2) monitor
  Surface book CDM on--> Dell mDP to DP cable--> #2 off DP (DP 1.2) monitor

  Long term = solution
  We still see a lot of questions with our instructors and Surface products. Microsoft is supposed to work on a special connector dongle that enhances the process of link training to increase the power of the signal has negotiated with external monitors. As to when this will be available, which is unknown by Dell.
