Lollipop update and restore problem

I got a new replacement Z3C today under warranty after 3 episodes of sudden death.

To restore my backup today and received the message "this back until a was performed on a version of the software that is more recent than the software on your device...". »

Another thing, I noticed that he's stuck on kitkat 4.4.4 despite indicating the software is up-to-date.

So this explains why my backup won't load as I was running before lollipop.

I wouldn't usually be bothered so much, but I really enjoyed the new Sony Xperia movie Creater in lollipop.

My old phone was a model of Singapore which has improved fine Lollipop, so I wonder if I missed something?

    Hello.

    I picked up a laptop second hand yesterday running windows 8 and tried to get all updates. I encountered some problems.

    First of all, it was second hand has so no restore disk. Or the optical drive at all besides (it's a type of Samsung's ultra book).

    I tried to do the 8.1 update today which has unfortunately not that I didn't saw that I had not turned on the power on the wall so it out at halfway. This led then to what he's trying to restore the previous version of windows that did not work. Then he was asked to use a restore point but hung to halfway through that too. I did an operating power to the low reset button and it brought him back to life, with the exception, I can is no longer connect to windows update, and the store will not install all the apps. It won't let me not try again the 8.1 update either.

    Ive done some research on Google and found this utility to update that shows some errors, but not how to fix. I also tried the /Scan sfc research now, but that does not work either and returns an error.

    Can someone help me get this machine updated and as it should please? I would really appreciate it.

    I didn't know Windows 8 had all the stuff integrity relocation so I ran which, and although it has removed everything you expect at least he fixed the issue. Fully updated and now sorted.

  • How to install this update and resolve problems of USB and the touchpad?

    I Equium M50 (59th) and am bitten by an update that pulled my touchpad and keyboard. I did the new installation of XP Home and have all updated drivers and everything goes well. The last update, what I can't understand is for
    Ana _2005_10_24_V1.2 driver is for, Standard Open HCD USB Host Controller... X 2 .........

    The update addresses all kinds of questions like I'm having and is an update recommended driver detective, I use offten.

    The problem is that it says uninstall the drivers for the i have installed already and when I do it it hits off my USB mouse me leaving no able to install the new. When I reboot it installs those I don't want not reinstalled.

    I recently upgraded to IE7 to IE8. I have a Compaq XP OS with Service Pack 3. I found that a lot of my old programs (mainly games) started trolling and have become glitchy when you play now. I didn't know that IE8 would impact a browser games. The only other new hardward that I bought is a wireless laser mouse. One of these would be the cause of my problems? (another minor "Glitch" is specific to a Web site, I did it, where a tent seems to be become hidden by half of the page that was not the case before the upgrade). I want to uninstall IE8 and restore IE7. Is this possible? How can I do this?

  • HP ProBook 650 G1 L4A21UT #ABA: windows 10 update and restore the partition

    I have recently updated from Win 7 to 10 to win. I'm assuming that the Win 7 recovery partition was intact. Is this a problem?

    Also, when I restarted after the upgrade, accelerometerST.exe "not found."

    I googled for it and found the link to 10 to win, but I was unable to download.

    Should I just ignore the missing .exe?

    Creating recovery media is something done before the partition is non-functional.

    The 'Upgrade' comes with the ability to 'come back' to your operating system already installed.  There is a time limit: If you want to "go back", you must do so within the 30 (or 31) days from the date / time of the migration to Windows 10.

    The 'go back' is a provided Windows mechanism - it seems that the method works (to restore the previous operating system / full environment) most of the time.  The 'go back' method does not work, you prefer should be prepared to install the operating system.

  • Windows Backup and Restore problem

    I have created an incremental backup for a while (since January) on a disk external drive plugged my USB2.0.

    Recently my computer crashed and I did a new install of Vista.
    After the update to Vista, I decided to restore my files from the outside.

    I did the restore advanced, and it finds all the files and the backup. But when I continue to make the effective restoration, it gives me a "the backup file is not found. Check your hardware configuration or restore from a backup different (0x8100001A). »
    I checked the permissions and all members have full control of everything.

    I also tried to change the drive letter, but no dice.

    The strange thing is that concludes the backup, and if I click on "Add files", he finds my backed up files! But when I proceed to restore, it only will not do.

    Any ideas?

    This problem can occur because the Mediaid.bin file is missing. The Mediaid.bin file may be missing if you move the backup directory to another location.
     
    If the backup directory is on a different drive or a different file share, and the original backup location is still available, follow these steps to resolve the problem:

    1. Search the root directory of the drive or the file share where the backup was originally stored.
    2. Copy the Mediaid.bin file.
    3. Locate the root directory of the location where the backup is currently stored.
    4. Paste the Mediaid.bin file.

      For example, if the original backup location is drive D and that the backup has been moved to the E drive, copy the Mediaid.bin file located in the root directory of drive D to the root directory of drive E.

    5. Try to restore another backup file.

    I got a message telling me to update my Adobe Flash Player, so I tried to do that. Received a message that we had to close the update, so apparently he did not complete the setting to.     Thank you for visiting the Microsoft Windows Vista Community.  Restart your computer and press the F8 key until you reach the Advanced Startup Options menu.  Select Safe Mode.  Once your computer Safe Mode, do a System Restore to a date prior to the installation of unwanted software.  You have an antivirus installed on your computer?  If this isn't the case, you can analyze your computer by using the Windows Live OneCare free PC safety scan.
