• Homescreen & com.motorola.blur.home eats battery

  Have had this problem since the JB update, the phone was off the charger for 2 hours and is already at 40% battery (was 100% when it is removed from the charger). When I see what has worked on the battery, com.motorola.blur.home has used 7% 25% battery, Android OS 16% and Android system. I can only assume the homescreen, it's who bleeds dry since it is the only shared process I can say. Backup Assistant + and Sync Service have both been disabled since the update, so I don't "think it would be that." Any help is appreciated as a 60% battery to drain after less than 2 hours is unacceptable.

  A couple of months, I've done an update of the system with the box to the vantage tools think lenovo. Since then, whenever I will battery power or take over after the hibernation, a black toolbar (usually for light, sometimes sound) is displayed and may not be withdrawn unless that I reboot. Has anyone else experienced this and they know how to fix it?

  Try reinstalling the drivers for the shortcut key and uninstalling and reinstalling Power Manager.     Both of these work with the video drivers to provide the controls for brightness, volume, etc.  I think that this is the problem you can be.

  If the rear bar had been down on the toolbar to the right side of the screen that could have been a message from the Toolbox that was not displayed correctly.  I had this happen on XP on an earlier version of the box tool.

• Battery life has decreased

  I have a Macbook Pro Retina Display, which has been bought only mid-2014. The life of the battery to 100% used, i.e. about 10 hours if not more in the last two days, it dropped up to 7 hours or less.

  Before that, I would take my computer to school with 100% and return at least 50% to go and now I can barely make it through the school day! Only, I use Word, Safari, and most of the time Powerpoint and make sure that all my other apps are off to save battery and yet he still eats battery like crazy. It will say there are still 6 remaining hours and 40 minutes, it will go up to 4.5 hours! I have no games or large application running so I don't see why my battery life has decreased in this measure. The fault might be my charger? I always use my laptop came with that but there cuts everywhere and a few pieces of the wire is exposed.

  You need to replace your charger, but it probably has nothing to do with your battery life - the 'intelligence' isn't in the battery charger. There are two basic reasons for the battery life decrease: 1) using more electricity or 2) your battery cannot hold as much power as it did when it was new.

  Last days my Defy will be dead in about 16 hours, I uninstalled all apps I had on it, restarted, but the situation is the same.   Try to remove all the widgets to the home screen and restart the phone. My problem has been resolved by doing this. I added widgets back later, when I did not know that the phone is ok.

  Now after yesterday and saw many still go through it today, I thought it would be a good idea to send out a message of PUBLIC interest about how to solve these problems.

  LOADING PROBLEMS

  When you set up the 360, there seems to be some kind of service that runs in the background that eats battery life quickly. If you have not yet completed the putting up of your watch, you will see that even when it is docked your watch will lose the battery charge. It's normal, your watch is not defective. To fix - turn off your watch and let, it loads about 80 percent while only off (preferably 100%). Then finish the installation process. Once you can see your watachface your 360 will start loading as usual.

  Note: for me the Watch has always tried to restart. Keep an eye on it and keep turning backwards as if it turns on it will start to drain again

  'JUST A MINUTE' OR 'WITHOUT INTERNET' QUESTIONS

  There is a firmware update that the watch needs to install before being fully functional. To install this it needs a lot of battery power (some say 80%, I got mine to work 60% last night). If you do not have enough battery for this update run, you will be able to set your language and link your phone, but chances are that you will be stuck in a circle of green rotation with 'Just a Minute' on the screen. If you let it run long enough it displayed an error 'No Internet'. Follow the support questions and let it load everything off until it gets to a point where the update will install. Then you should be good!

  Note - once he gets enough power, if it still does not work you probably need to reset your watch. I've done a few times

  WATCH DOES NOT RESET

  This one is a little off the walls, but it is something that I also met.   1. App is stuck on 'just a minute...' On your phone, go to settings--> Apps--> stop the strength to carry Android, clear data (might have to do it twice) clear the cache

  Please help me.  I've only had my laptop for 6 months now, way earlier than my 1 year warranty, and I was able to use my laptop, unplugged, for a good 4 hours until today.  Why is did this happen all of a sudden?

  Another thing I might add is, I tried to upgrade to Windows 8, but I ended up doing a pause the download and I closed out of the window without leaving Windows 8 download.  But it's the only thing I can think that it is out of the ordinary.

  Looks like I couldn't do something for myself, I had to send to HP for repair, laptop now upwards and being run, but thanks for the help all who responded!

• Always problems of brightness after only 7 installed

  Two days ago, I installed 7 Home premium on Vista Home premium. Everything went very smooth except for one thing: since the upgrade, I don't seem to have the same level of control over the brightness of my screen as I did before. Specifically, there are two questions.

  First, before installation, when I want to use the function keys to darken the screen, a green icon appears and the center of the bottom of my screen showing how far/near I was at one extreme or the other. It's no longer appearing when I use the function keys.

  Second, the screen is not nearly as dark as in the past. I have a control over it (I noticed that there were a few discussions have no control), but now the brightness control is still too bright when you work in a dark room. In addition, it eats battery more quickly.

  I tried a few different driver unsuccessfully facilities. Any suggestions? Does anyone else have this problem? Thank you!

  Good news! I found and ran the update system (I just had install all - recommended, and optional) and now everything is back to normal. The screen darkens now all the way down and the icon is back.

  But system update was not on the start menu. Here's how I found him (in case anyone else has this same problem): (1) press the ThinkVantage to open the Toolbox of the TV. (2) select "Health system", (3) and select 'Last software and Driver Updates' and (4), then select "get updates from Lenovo. He accompanied me on the rest. • RILD eats the battery after using my music

  Strange coincidence, but both times I had the process rild run amok and obliterate my battery on my Droid4 have been after using the MyMusic player provided by Motorola. Restart the phone (lock + low-flying 10 dry) does not help, power-off-then-on does not help. The only thing that stops rild for me so far is to run the battery at 0% while cooking the entire phone to a bunch of warm pipes until it stops. Recharge and reboot - everything is fine - for a while.

  My phone has been extremely slow, the time clock thing is for still running, and so my phone dies in 3 to 4 hours with no real use. I was told that it was because I need to update my OS but when I got home and plugged in it says that my phone is up to date and there is no upgrade available OS. I bought a spare battery to see if it was the problem and it is not. This is getting very frustrating.   Hi all! I'm having a serious problem of battery since the last update, I did it on my iPhone 5 s 32GB.

  I'm not on the device and drains the battery in just a few hours! It's also very hot most of the time.

  Does anyone else know this?

  I tried to kill all the apps that seem to eat most of the battery (Whatsapp, Chrome, music), also I tried to go to Low Power Mode, airplane Mode and as a last resort, restore the phone. Nothing seems to work!

  I'm worried that it will not return to normal.

  Also, you should know I bought it on the United Kingdom and now that I live in Argentina, and there is no official Customer Service for iPhone here! So, this forum is my only hope...

  When you go to settings/battery, you can see that either the app uses the most energy. Sometimes an update will cause an app to misbehave; It is not something to do with the version that you updated, just the fact that you updated.

  And killing apps in quick launch screen usually will not solve a battery with an application problem, because the problem is in the app data, not the application itself. And when restart you the app it gets the same data.

  Try to restore the iOS on the phone via iTunes.
