Loop constant when you try to cancel the membership

Why is it so difficult to cancel? 3 months now, I tried to put an end to this service through your site and to continue to receive loop in this terrible customer with no experience line direct LifeScan. I cancelled my credit card as a last effort. Plese advise that my account has been terminated and I won't be charged.@adobe
