  The new version you are installing is to install an "overload", in other words, you will not remove anything.  You can install the new version and not the export/backup after the installation.

  Thanks for the suggestions, after trying without success, I put the finger on the problem as with my micro-cellulaire House Tower.  After the restart as many times as well as all other wireless devices that have been interacting with my phone and restart/deleting email accounts it solved the problem.

  As the question stated that the last update, I can't connect to a site including the support of modzilla, my email if thunderbird or sound. I use IE to be able to do. I installed 30.0 version, but the problem started with the previous version. This does not happen with Explorer or Chrome. Running WIndows 7.
