  My Firefox keeps crashing. It starts up ok, but still crashes shortly after. I do not see a pattern in accidents, it seems random.   I got my R13 - R7 - 372T today and I want to do a clean install of Windows 10. I checked the Acer site and saw that most of the drivers are available on the download page, I also found the abApps (Portal of Acer and) download ( https://www.cloud.acer.com/ops/downloads) where I need those who one day but its seems that some of the pre-installed tools/applications are missing. How can I reinstall the following tools if I wipe my device? (I have already created a backup of the recovery partition but I need regular installation files):

  Edit: Looks like after some experiences of most of the tools I mentioned is unnecessary (so I removed them from the list) or available by searching around for a while. However the 2 above mentioned utilities are still missing.
