Ive been messing around with the registry, deletion of things here and there missions that I read, but only thing that happens is losing internet alltogether and must restore from system image.   I don't know what you use to assign addresses, so I guess it's a router of some sort. You will need to go to the website of manufacturers, look at the manual and know how to limit the DHCP address field.
