  Unfortunately, no one here can help you with this. BIOS password is very important security feature, and it cannot be resolved in some public forums.
  This can be solved with only authorized service.

  Response code can be given only by Toshiba and they don't give it to anyone. Authorized service provider can only get it after checking if the laptop has not been stolen.
  Contact the nearest Toshiba service provider and they can help you wth this.

  After I updated day to FF8.0 a few days ago, I noticed that the buttons next and previous has nothing... and then realized that opening a new URL in tab not even leave no trace of the previous URL.
  Having had bad experiences with all the major upgrades of FF 4.0 from, I decided to reinstall 3.6.17 who had worked perfectly. Front/rear were very good then, BUT
  (1) none of the my extensions add-on worked at all, even though it has been shown as active.
  (2) when I tried to access the options for any extension, window add-on locks up completely.
  (3) when I've updated and tried to install the extensions, the operation has failed with an error "203".

  I tried to reinstall FF a couple of times without improving the things and then did a restore of Windows 7 to the State before the upgrade FF8.0. Still no joy!

  I have checked my McAfee Security Center and can find no problem. What can I do to restore the functioning without loss of passwords, bookmarks or plugins? I can accept losing all current extensions as I can get them back once FF allows me to download and install them.

  NOTE: All troubleshooting information about extensions and the printing preferences removed from the box below - too big!

  It is possible that there is a problem with the files that store the registry extensions.

  Delete the files extensions.* (e.g., extensions.sqlite, extensions.ini, extensions.cache and extensions.rdf) and compatibility.ini in the Firefox profile folder to reset the extensions registry.

  (2) installation went fine. We follow all the necessary prerequisites for installation.
  (3) after the installation, we did run autoconfig for DB as well as the APPlication and started services.
  (4) we are able to see the page of connection, but not able to connect using generic accounts of OPERATIONS/WELCOME or SYSADMIN/SYSADMIN.
  (5) send the document screenshot and a newspaper for your perusal. Please provide your e-mail id. Not able to attach here.
