• Suddenly sound like a chipmunks recording podcasts

  A few weeks ago, I synced my iPod and was preparing to go on a trip.  My podcasts suddenly sounded like a chipmunks recording - very quickly - as I played a recording of the former at the wrong speed, or listened to a video all in advance it.   I checked the upgrades and seem to have the latest version of iTunes.  Before, never had this problem. Help!

  Hi all

  Hope someone can help me with a problem on my Z3 Compact running firmware Lollipop 5.0.2.

  I have a folder on my SD card which contains all my music files in subfolders and all these files will appear in the app Walkman music very well.

  I have also two folders called "Podcasts" - one on the internal memory and the other on the SD card containing mp3 and m4a files that I downloaded using 3rd party applications.

  I would listen to these podcast files using the Walkman application - but they will not appear in Walkman - even if I try the options.but of records it still no poster or Podcast files.

  The strange thing is it lists the voices and sounds / voices rom two different files that are stored on the SD card - SatNav but not records podcast!

  It lists even a folder of files mp3 audio of foreign language - but not the podcast files.

  Podcast files appear in PowerAmp that still shows the labels and descriptions etc... So, why not Walkman?

  I even tried dismantling and reassembly of the SD card to see if it would rescan - but still nothing.

  Any ideas?

  Changed USB mode meteorological service of Canada, cut and pasted the files from the phone on my laptop is turned off and then copied them back again.

  They now appear in Walkman!

• Clip + microSDHC 4 GB - 16 GB - Audiobook Question

  Copied on several audio books in mp3 format, the format a Sandisk 16 GB microSDHC card and for some reason when you try to view the lists through the music---> Audiobook menu, they fail to appear, instead at the bottom of the list of audio books, there is an 'i' file type option that lists a whole bunch of 'I' entered with a SD card icon on the right of each entry, when selected he started playing one of the files I copied on audiobook. It lists the name of the artist during playback. I don't have these problems with the audio books stored in the internal memory of the Clip +.

  I have the USB auto mode (same thing happen when the value MTP mode), using Windows 7 to drag and drop the files in the map folder books external AUDIO uSD. When going through the music---> records--> external card of uSD---> MUSIC---> AUDIO books audio books are listed as they are in the audio menu.

This problem goes away if you are using MSC mode? I also noticed that, although there are a record PODCASTS there is no music folder. Is this normal?   An update which may help others if they experience this strange behavior. Check the tags of your MP3 files. It turns out that when the files were torn off the wrong fields had filled (somehow) and the Clip information from the bad/empty fields. The second problem was with the program MP3Tag. It turns out if your using MP3Tag program, put the name of the artist in the field of the Album artist not the artist field, also ensure there is a title in the title field. Several of my MP3s are either missing data for the fields title and or the artist of the Album and this is what seems to cause the wrong Clip read the tags and cause the missing album names in the list of audio books. Also, in one case, all the MP3 of for a book torn by default to the album title in the title field and not in the field of the Album. The Album is for the title of the album and the title field is for the name of individual chapter/track/song using MP3Tag.

  My Sansa Clip died last Friday, and I am wrong because I listen to podcasts during travel or any other 'time' I.

  The things that I really liked in this regard were:

  -Deleting a file on the drive

  -Fast forward or rewind has become progressively more quickly you hold the button

  -Record Podcasts

  The "rocket" do all this?

  In addition, what has been the general consensus on the "rocket"? Is - more/less/same buggy as the Clip?

• Manual bookmarks are lost in the firmware c. 1.01.22A

  I have been successfully using textbooks "bookmarks" for MP3 files placed in the files or Podcasts and audio books until I just put firmware to version 1.01.22A.  Now, I've completely lost all ability to place these manual bookmarks in the Podcasts and audio books.  The previous firmware I had the option for "resume from the beginning" or "current position", if the MP3 file has been placed in the files audio books or Podcasts.  What happened to these manual bookmarks?  I really want to come back on this feature.  Please tell me how I can go back to the previous version of firmware so I can get back them.

  Thank you for responding to my post.  I understand that I would lose my previous manual favorites when I do the update of the firmware, and I had that happen before in the previous firmware updates, so I expected.  However, I've tried several times to use the feature of new manual bookmark just like before pausing to new points in different MP3 files stored in folders Podcasts and audio books, and he had simply stopped working after firmware upgraded to v.1.01.22A.

  Currently there is NO driver compatible Windows 10 available for this model, however, you will need to check if you can install the 0r 8 Windows 7 drivers in compatibility mode in Windows 10.

• my new ipod shuffle only records a podcast

  My new 4th generation ipod shuffe saves only a podcast at a time. Have used 2 different computer - uninstalled itunes 2 times. It's the 2nd new ipod with the same results. Help, please.

  iPods does not record the ' ' anything.  Your shuffle play existing audio content, that you synchronize your computer's iTunes library.  Can you describe what you try to do more in detail?

  The problem won't load the podcast on the shuffle?  Or is the problem playing the podcast, when you use the shuffle?

• How to record what is happening by the sound card without using the microphone to avoid loss of quality.

  I tried, but there is no "Stereo mix" available options. There is only the (Conexant High Definition Audio) Microphone. It did not work. What I'll do is to buy a DVD for TV (tv Record program) burner and plug the hdmi cable from my computer to the DVD recorder and record what I want. After that, I just rip the audio from the file. I see no other option to do. I use windows vista Home premium.

Let's say the audio is played (audio stream) and I want to record this stream. There are many software that we can download that record what is happening in the microphone. The sound bounces off the speakers to the microphone. But when this happens, you lose a lot of the quality of the audio. • Adding "drops"sound"when my podcast recording

  Hello! I recorded a podcast with Audition CS6, and I want to play essentially drops sound during the show.  How can I do this?  Is there something within hearing which will add sound during a recording, or should I use another program to do this?

  By "drops"sound"you mean things like sound effects and musical stings?  If so, the hearing is primarily a tool of production post so it would be easy for all continuing to mount and mixer, but is not really possible live within hearing.  I know there are specific podcasting tools that allow this, but this isn't something I do, I can't recommend a.

  ... or, a trick I used quite often, there are various programs that allow you a random Instant playback from either another computer or a smart phone.  If your audio interface can handle this, do it as it works very well and makes feel you almost like a broadcast studio.

• Recording format best podcast w / single channel LAV mic

  Hi all

  I record my podcast with a Zoom H4n and, until I can pay for a better microphone 2 channel,

  I use my Sennheiser 100 - P lav mic.

  Wondering will I get the best sound quality in turn the mono mix (mono recording) in the H4n?

  Or should I record in stereo mode and add the audition channel import? Or is it really important?

  This isn't. You must keep in mind, however, that you (probably) didn't record a single voice right now - and just a microphone and mono channel for this anyway. If you never have more than one contributor, then they should really have their own mic and a channel separate for him - this gives you a lot more options when editing.

  But if you want to save two people, the H4n is not a bad way to do it anyway - you can get a good two-channel recording off a if you wisely put it between you.

  Mozilla has suddenly crashed this morning. I got a message on the screen telling me there was an unexpected error and Mozilla had stopped. He told me to hit just the 'button' to restart the program. When I did several issues in my two primary accounts were empty. Many were customer files, some were more personal important. (one was a record for a big family event next month).

• Quick loss of millions of records in a table with version

  We seek for one of our tables versioned delete and contains about 28 million records.  On Exadata and 11.2.0.3.

  Normally we would just drag the table, but there is a requirement that we keep a number of documents (about 500 k), complete with the story, so that other components of the system related are not lacking (even if these 500 k will also be removed subsequently).

  I did a survey on how we can do that, but a massive factor is to ensure that there is minimal downtime.  A method I've tried is to remove batch of 5 million - if the button Delete merging could take 24 hours in total for each series and we could not afford 6 cases of this.

  I also tried DBMS_WM. PURGETABLE, but this seems to take a long time as well (even with no table to archive being created).

  Copies the records in another table LT, truncate table source and re - insert the records back in 500 k is an option that we looked at, if not ideal.  I think we would also update wm$ modified_tables for it.

  Are there other alternatives that make this possible, or if we were to go down the road of truncated - is there anything else we need to consider in order to maintain the coherence of the WMSYS dictionary?

  Hi James,

  Would it not possible to simply do the operation to remove directly in LIVE workspace?  This would eliminate the need to merge the workspace.  Truncation operations do not rely on the tables of the activated version.  Nor is face _LT table to a temporary table and the re-insertinig.  The hierarchy of the workspace and other metadata may have changed in the meantime which would make it invalid reinserted data.  Guaranteeing that nothing else changes it would fix, but is not yet all that is generally supported.

  Delete that number of lines will take some time little matter method.  How long the procedure PurgeTable did?  It is going to be the approach that should be faster by using features of the Workspace Manager.  In addition, if these lines will be deleted anyway, why not just wait until it is safe to do so and do it all at this point in time?  Then you must conditionally delete lines.  You can simply call dbms_wm. DisableVersioning on the table and then delete it.

  I did a post card, I have pages, but when I save it as a pdf file, that it loses quality and society who do it says the quality is bad and the picture will come out blurry on the cards. What should I do?

  If you include anything with transparency, (areas of text, shadows, mirror effect, graphic png/tiff, image borders, cells of a transparent table, etc) that will be solved in your PDF in 72 dpi, even when better PDF in PDF export. If you start with low resolution images, this will not improve at the printer.

  Pages is generally not well suited as a tool for quality commercial printing.
