Lost for Hewlett Packard Deskjet 1055 all-in-in-one installation CD

I recently bought a new laptop.

I wanted to install my Hewlett Packard Deskjet 1055 all-in-one printer/copier on this new computer.

However, I couldn't find my Hewlett Packard Deskjet 1055 original installation CD.

I found no help in the search of this site: http://www.hp.com/go/support

Any suggestion would be appreciated.

  • DeskJet 3050 all-in-in-one J610a: Deskjet 3050 J610a cannot install scanner

    1. I tried to install the printer software for the Deskjet 3050 all-in-in-one J610a on a Dell E6530 with Microsoft Windows 7 Professional computer.

    2. but everything he tried guard fails with the message "installation Failed - the software for your printer cannot be installed."

    3. When you click on the ' details button it shows
"Setup error. Install the Windows service could not be accessed. This can occur if you are running Windows in safe mode or if Windows install is not properly installed. Contact your support team.

    4. you will then have a solution. He then puts a document "default installation HP - 1601 MSI' on your desktop."
    a. He then opened Windows services to check if the Windows service install is running? Yes it's on my system.
If I reinstall the same mistakes, as shown in the 2. and 3.

    5. I tried to replace the Windows Installer by running the commands ' msiexec.exe / uninstall ' and "msiexec.exe/regserver" (also tried in safe mode) for both 32-bit and 64-bit versions. Then by restarting. But making the same mistakes as in 2. and 3.

    6. I tried the installation CD and the last Installer downloaded DJ3050_J610_1315 - 1.exe from the Hewlett-Packard Web site. But making the same mistakes as in 2. and 3.

    7. I tried to run Microsoft Fix - it version 50809 who had another option to try. If you run it, it says 'creation creating a restore point, please wait... '. ». After a wait, he says "this Microsoft Fix - it impossible to deal with".

I tried another more recent version of Microsoft Fix - it (downloaded from the Internet):
    MicrosoftFixit.ProgramInstallUninstall.Run.exe
Running to check installation problems showed a list of programs to check installation problems.
But it did not show the installation of HP DJ3050_J610_1315 - 1.exe file or similar in the list it could
    not be fixed.
If you choose "not listed" then it shows "we have not identified any problems and that's why no fixes have been applied.

    8. If I run the files D3050x64.msi and D3050x32.msi from the CD (using Microsoft Windows install) it also fails with the error, as in 2. and 3.

    9. If I install ' HPSupportSolutionsFramework - 12.3.11.29.exe' it installs, but does nothing. It's probably not running and no instructions on how to do work.
Update: it is actually a service running in the Microsoft Windows services such as 'HPSupportSolutionsFrameworkService '.
The executable file is located in C:\Program Files (x 86) \Hewlett-Packard\HP Support Solutions\HPSupportSolutionsFrameworkService.exe
This service runs, but does not seem to be enabled.
It adds a controller service background that adjusts automatically to
run. Delay the start of this service is possible thanks to the function
Manager. A scheduled task is added to the Windows Task Scheduler in order
to start the program at various times demand (variable hours of work
Depending on the version). The software is designed to connect to the
Internet and adds exceptions to Windows Firewall to do this
    undisturbed.
    Scheduled task
hpsupportsolutionsframeworkservice.exe is intended as a task with the class '{98FA553D-D703-4E16-9884-F328AC21770F}' (works on registration).
    Service
hpsupportsolutionsframeworkservice.exe runs as a service named "HP Support Solutions Framework Service" (HPSupportSolutionsFrameworkService) "this service allows the detection of HP products and allows the identification of support solutions for detected products.".
    Boot file (user run once)
hpdia.exe is loaded only once in the registry of user (HKCU) current as a name of boot file "HP download and install wizard" that charge as "C:\Program Files (x 86) \Hewlett-Packard\HP Support Solutions\Modules\HPDIA.exe" / reboot.
    Windows Firewall enabled program
    hpdevicedetection3.exe is added as a firewall exception for "C:\Program Files (x 86) \Hewlett-Packard\HP.
Check "Windows Task Manager" for example by running the command line
    Schtasks.exe
    or to run GUI
    Start taskschd.msc
did not show anything about this service I can say.

    10. by using a troubleshooting earlier, I managed to install * only the printer *. But the * scan * can not be installed.

    See:
    https://community.Spiceworks.com/topic/443342-Windows-7-PC-keeps-trying-to-install-WSD-print-device?...

    1 - run
    rundll32 printui.dll/s/T2
(this from the cmd.exe command line)
2 - I couldn't find the 3050 in the list of default constructors (for example, "HP")
    3. - click on the button ' Add... »
4 - click on the button "next".
    5 - automatically activated for example is 'x 64' '.
6 - click the button "next".
7 - click on the 'Have Disk' button... »
8 - fill the printer Hewlett-Packard CD-ROM drive letter that
    should be in your computer
    For example
    D:
9 - who will install the printer driver 3050 J610 and display it in the list
    10. - click on the 'Start' button of Microsoft Windows
    11. - Select from the list of "devices and printers".
12 - if the printer 3050 J610 appears, right-click on it and select
"Troubleshoot", if not right click, "Add a printer", make sure that
your printer is on, and then select the printer 3050 and let
    It installs.
13 - run the first fix to get the printer driver
14 - run the second fix to make the printer the default printer
    15. - successful on Microsoft Windows 7 Professional execution

(11 for example if I run the program "HP print and scan doctor program" to troubelshoot (= HPPSdr.exe) it is said that the ' HP445411 (HP Deskjet 3050 J610 series - network 192.168.1.49) - installed). It is said that the full product is not installed, then begins to download. But the executable that it downloads the same DJ3050_610_1315 - 1.exe as downloaded on HP website. So to make the same mistakes as in 2. and 3.

12 Note: I basically never have no problem with installation on this computer. Only this printer HP 3050 J610a software does not always install.

    13 - tried to run pnutil.exe

Because I managed to install the * printer driver (but not the * scanner driver) using the command
    rundll32 printui.dll/s/T2
I was looking for a similar solution method for the scanner.
    So tried for example
RUNDLL32. EXE, SETUPAPI. DLL, InstallHinfSection DefaultInstall 132 HPScanMiniDrv_DJ3050_J610. INF
but which failed with the error "failed to install".
Also tried to navigate this HPScanMiniDrv_DJ3050_J610 file in Windows Explorer. INF
then right click on the file name and select 'install' in the list, but that showed a dialog box
"Install error - the INF file selected does not support this method of installation".
    Then I found this link:
    https://social.msdn.Microsoft.com/forums/Windowsdesktop/en-us/60f4b917-93c9-400A-B91A-15375a8793bf/i...
who suggested using the Microsoft «pnputil.exe» program
After inserting the installation CD original HP located in D:
and it points to the file ' HPScanMiniDrv_DJ3050_J610. INF'
which is present by default on this HP CD,
    and by running this command:
    --- cut here: begin --------------------------------------------------
    d:\ Tuesday, May 30, 16 16:32:33 > pnputil
    Microsoft PnP utility
    Use:
    ------
    PnPUtil.exe [f |-i] [-? |-| d |-e]
    Examples:
    PnPUtil.exe - an a:\usbcam\USBCAM. INF-> Add package specified by INF USBCAM.INF.
    PnPUtil.exe - a:\drivers\*.inf-> c add all packages in c:\drivers\
PnPUtil.exe-i - one a:\usbcam\USBCAM. INF-> Add and install the driver package
    PnPUtil.exe EI-> list all packages 3rd party
    PnPUtil.exe d oem0.inf-> delete package oem0.inf
    PnPUtil.exe f d oem0.inf-> Force delete package oem0.inf
    PnPUtil.exe -? -> This form to use

    So I ran this command:

    d:\ Tuesday, May 30, 16 16:33:39 > pnputil-i - one HPScanMiniDrv_DJ3050_J610. INF
    Microsoft PnP utility
    Processing inf: HPScanMiniDrv_DJ3050_J610. INF
The driver installed on a device on the system.
    Successfully added driver package.
    Published name: oem115.inf
    Total attempted: 1
    Number was imported successfully: 1
    --- cut here: end ----------------------------------------------------

The disk check showed the file "oem115.inf" was indeed installed in the directory "c:\windows\inf\".

During troubleshooting earlier, I already copied the file
    HPScanMiniDrv_DJ3050_J610.dll
Located on the HP installation CD
    in the folder
    c:\Windows\System32\
    and also to
    C:\Windows\SysWOW64\

I then run the steps here:
    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows/working-with-Scanner-Camera-Installation-Wizard#1TC=Windo...
Before using the wizard, connect your scanner or camera and turn it on.
If Windows detects the device and installs the correct driver, you're all set. There is no need to run the wizard.
To start the scanner and Camera Installation Wizard
Open the wizard scanners and cameras by clicking on the
Start button, then click Control Panel.
In the search box, type scanners and cameras and then click Scanners and cameras.
Leave administrator needed if you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation,
type the password or provide confirmation.
I can't find that on Microsoft Windows 7, but clicked on the button 'add a device '.
This shows the scanners currently present on the system.
If it is present, double-click it.
Microsoft Windows will be found the driver for you.

But he could not find a scanner or install the scanner driver.
    So not solved.

14 - Note: If a successful installation: for example, you should be able to see the
device scanner in 'Start' > 'Control panel' > 'System' > ' Imaging
    devices

15 - I then tried to run Windows fax and scan program
    (you need to install first)
    WFS.exe
    But not find scanner.

16 - I then connected the printer with a USB cable to the computer.
He began the installation of the driver and reported a successful installation
    and analysis successfully.
I guess that somewhere in the previous steps, that the pilots were in the right
    place.
But it works with my attached USB cable.
If I try to remove the USB cable it says
"Cannot find the scanner." No scanner or other source TWAIN found on the system'

    17. I also tried to run the Installation Wizard of HP printer
    http://support.HP.com/in-en/document/c03521864
    but that no longer works.
    It has detected now:

    "HP Deskjet 3050 J 610 series" - network
But for the network one he noted a problem:
"The wizard has reported a problem with the software driver for the selected printer."

    "HP Deskjet 3050 J 610 series" - USB
For this version of the USB what he reported:
"Basic features drivers seem to be installed for the selected printer." We recommend you to install the complete HP software to get all the features of the printer"

If you click 'next' again it downloads the usual HP software that you
can not install. With the same mistakes as in step 2. and 3. here.
    So no solution.

18 - of the current workarounds:

    a. - possibly try some of the steps above which may take for example, the printer and scanner driver to the right place.
Then connect a USB, Microsoft Windows should detect the printer / scanner
    and install the drivers.

    But printing should work wireless.

    Disadvantage:

To analyze you will need to connect using a USB cable and the scanning doesn't work so not wireless.

    b. - buy or use Hamrick VueScan. It installs its own drivers to scan.
But it is not free software. But it works by scanning wireless also.

Question: If you have the best solution or workaround solutions, for example to activate
scan wireless too, please let me know.

    Hello @knudvaneeden,

It is a great place to get help! I read your post and see that you receive an error when trying to install the software to print, but you have finally managed to install the printer by a USB connection. When you use the printer as a wireless connection, you are not able to scan. Please provide all the detailed steps that you have already tried. I want to help you solve this problem.

Make sure that you disable the Antivirus software and scan in real time if your software Antivirus has this feature. It can affect the entire software installer.

Follow this document to see if you can install all drivers: HP monofunctional and printers multifunctional - installing software Fatal Error "fatal error 1601' (MSI error 1601) displays for HP. »

Try the scan of the painting to see if you have the same problem.

Run the Print and the doctor Scan and let me know the error codes or if everything is checked. You can attach a screenshot.

Scanning ports is not open on the router to the origin of this problem. You can contact the router company to verify and to open these ports 9220/9500/427 on the router.

Since I have my printer photosmart 6520 02/12/2012 every night he's trying to update Hewlett Packard photosmart HP 6520 series print NULL Imaging... .and it fails every time.  I have a desktop HP P 7 1010 and since I got a new printer, I have an exclaimation point on my computer and it says the problems and when you do it it's is not drivers and it shows NO FIXED.  When you close the session at night, he tries to update the NULL characters again and it fails every time.  I spoke with people from your service many times for more than an hour and they can't solve the problem.  Help, please

I did some research on the problem of another user, and looks like it's just a ghost update.  Basically, an update 'ghost' is an update that was for the device, but unit has newer drivers which causes the update failing to keep.  The only thing you can do is to hide the update, or ignore it.  Windows will continue to try to push it, but your printer does not need it.  If she didn't need the update, it would install right.  You can find the thread where I helped another user below.  I hope this helps.

Yes you can uninstall it but the real question is, if you - provide some

  • The Hewlett-Packard 786 7 v01.02 BIOS update

    Hello

I installed a nvidia geforce gtx 560 card ti graph in the workstation HP xw4400 of my son as a Christmas gift, and I get the following error message:

"Your computer's system firmware includes enough information to set up and use this.

My understanding is that I need to update the BIOS, but I can't find an update for Hewlett-Packard 786 7 v01.02 on this site. I've attached a screenshot of system information.

Thanks in advance for your support.

The XW4400 is currently in the BIOS v2.07 Rev A, 8 December 2010 , but the history tab provides no story at all... so I can't find the old versions of BIOS and as such can't see if it's OK to jump directly from v1.02 to v2.07 without problem...

But the tab notes relase v2.07 includes following:

This package contains the system BIOS (BIOS family 7 786) and BIOS image the and remote flash utility for the HP xw4400 workstation. These utilities can be used to restore or update THE system BIOS. System BIOS is the operating system
    independent.

If the BIOS linked above is for your XW4400 that uses the BIOS 786 7 family...

But please note that the XW4400 has only updates for XP & VISTA and not Windows8. So the XW4400 updates may or may not work as expected when it is used with Windows 8. Both such and especially with a BIOS update that can be risky, I won't use the method of updating windows (HPQFlash) flashing the BIOS from version HPQFlash may not be completely compatible Win8... Instead, I would like to use the 'flash-BACK' or "BIOS CD" methods.

You can learn more about the different methods of updating BIOS by looking at all the README files in sp51215.exe. You can either run sp51215.exe to unzip the contents of c:\swsetup\sp51215\ (but do not perform a bios update, just close the tool) or 7-zip to directly view the content of sp51215.exe...

    [edited to add following]

Some other info on your error code 35 can be seen here and here.

Seems that a pilot unit 35 error code can be fixed with a BIOS update, but only if the manufacturer has taken the trouble to make the necessary changes to properly allocate resources to the card...

As a species at HP by doing as little work as possible, my still under warranty Z210 running Win7 Pro 64 bit has issues with Estate HDD support. The last driver from HP TSRI is version 10.6.0.1002, which plays well with my hard drives Estate because they appear as removable devices... Last iRST driver Intel 13.2.4.1000 does not support the "cougar point" such chipset used in my Z210 and causes weird problems when I Estate connected HARD drive (and sometimes when not connected)... But Intels TSRI version 12.9.0.1001 driver supports chipsets "cougar point" and so I can finally esata hard drive appears as removable devices...

Unfortunately, HP has not bothered to update their drivers for centuries and they stay with a 10.6.0.1002 defective TSRI pilot... As you seem, HP wont always do the necessary work, and it's on a support and still under warranty machine... I call it "HP." Support '...

The update of the BIOS may or may not help your situation, but in all cases, you have still some problems with drivers and the Windows 8 to settle as the XW4400 was never certified for Win8. You may need to perform a job detective to ensure that drivers, especially the chipset drivers, used during the Win8 installed and updates post install actually support the hardware itself... He is a guy to know what is the problem that the documents appear to be getting dumbed down and therefore, you will need to do a lot of reading...

Otherwise, you could try to install a different generation or make card but a bike may have been a more easy Christmas gift...

    See you soon...
