  • My Microsoft Wireless Optical Mouse does not communicate with the Transceiver.

After the return from a road trip, I plugged my Miccrosoft wireless optical mouse and keyboard. At first, communicate with my Toshiba Satellite laptop, but the keyboard now works. The mouse works sporadically if I push the reset button on the Transceiver and he travels the three lights. When I check the State of the mouse, it shows good batteries (I replaced the still) and the right signal. The computer apparently see the mouse, but somehow the orders do not get through the ARVA. Any ideas?

    Hi Peter,.

What is the model number of the Microsoft Wireless Optical mouse?

I suggest you try to connect the transceiver to another port. Then check the behavior of the device. By trying the receiver on a different port, you can eliminate all the problems affecting the port itself.

  • Keyboard Microsoft Wireless 1000 and a Microsoft wireless optical mouse 2000 - my computer does not start.

    Hello.

I have Microsoft Wireless 1000 keyboard and an optical mouse wireless Microsoft 2000, they worked fine on my old computer with XP.

Now, I bought an Acer Predator G3620 with Windows 7 and my computer does not start. He stops and beeps when it says "Press DEL to enter setup", this continues to the repeat. When I use the wired Acer keyboard and mouse the computer starts normally.

When I inserted the original CD with the drivers, it gave an error of compatibility with this version of windows. So I downloaded the drivers and everything seemed fine. But when I start the computer (or reboot) I have to disconnect the transmitter/receiver or the computer stops and beeps.

Once the computer is turned on, I can reconnect the transceiver, and it works fine.

Find it me hard to believe that it has to bee like that.

I have to buy a new keyboard and mouse?

    Brgs,

    Robert

Go into the BIOS of the ACER and set it for legacy USB, USB mouse, USB keyboard, or along those lines...

Then, go here for the drivers...

  • Why the excess USB traffic created by some models of the Microsoft Wireless Optical Desktop Receiver?

As part of my work as a volunteer for a repairman to point not lucrative to registered of Microsoft, I test a selection of mouse and wireless keyboards that are given.  Based on the production of a software tool for USB port monitor, I noticed recently that some models of the Microsoft Wireless Desktop Receiver generate constant even when the keyboard and mouse are slowed traffic USB (about 10 transactions per second) or are completely absent.  This occurs with the 2.1 receiver Microsoft Wireless Optical Desktop (model 1028) and the Microsoft Wireless Desktop receiver 3.1 (also labeled model 1028).  It does not occur with the Microsoft Wireless Optical Desktop Receiver 1. 0a, nor have I watched Microsoft controls only receivers or receivers of Logitech mouse...

This makes me curious.  What do these receptors with all this chatter?  I assume deliberately, because I see the same thing in all the units I checked.  If I was pretty savvy to decode the trace of the USB, I might be able to figure it out by myself, but I'm not.  I hope that there is someone on this forum who remembers how these old 27 Mhz receivers are designed and who can make me jump the learning curve by giving me an explanation of a layman to what happens here.

  • Wireless Microsoft notebook optical mouse does not work with g42 - 410 us laptop

Wireless Microsoft notebook optical mouse does not work with g42 - 410 us laptop

    Hi Mary,

Did you install all the necessary drivers, firmware and/or software Intellisoft of the mouse and then restart?

You have good batteries in the mouse?

Verify that the mouse is compatible with working computer and your operating system?

Have you checked the mouse icon in the control panel (after all of the above) to a setting to activate?

Contact the vendor of your computer and see if you need to update something else.  When I installed my wireless mouse, it wouldn't work until I updated the touchpad, the firmware drivers and.

    Good luck!

They came as a package. Have removed the mouse cktbd switch and tested for continuity. Test failed. Others have found in the forums with similar but not same prob.

    1. New mouse and wireless keyboard (really don't want to)
    2. Replace the switch if possible (can do if I can a provider)
    3. Use the mouse to odifferent if same freq (not likely)

I received it with new batteries and it seemed a bit so twitchy.  So I replaced the batteries - the same brand, also the new batteries... and it seemed to fix.  He runs so much better and moving more enjoyable.  But it seems that I need to replace the batteries every day.  It is already to be tense again and I have replaced the batteries and it fixed again.

So is there some kind of special battery I need?  Or is it simply ridiculous?

    Hello

Any way the mouse should require the batteries every two days so I suspect something is

  • Microsoft Wireless Laser Mouse/Keyboard Version 2.0/3.0

    Hello!

I was wondering if I can use my v2.0 USB Microsoft 2.4 GHz TRANSCEIVER that works for my keyboard Microsoft Wireless Laser V3.0 and my Microsoft Wireless Laser mouse V2.0 work for my other keyboard and mouse because I lost the transmitter/wireless receiver I had to for use. Anyway, the keyboard is called: Microsoft Wireless Laser Keyboard 6000 v2.0 and mouse is called: Microsoft Wireless Laser Mouse 6000 (there is no version on that). • Microsoft Wireless Optical Desktop 700 v2 - drivers Windows 7 x 64

    Hello

    I just bought a combo of Microsoft Wireless Optical Desktop 700 v2.0 for myWindows 7 x 64, i.e.

    • a Microsoft Wireless Keyboard 700 v2.0

    • and a wireless mouse 700 v2.0

Keyboard and mouse work fine. The problem is that in Device Manager that theyappear as HID-compliant devices.

In addition, that there is no support for devices in Intellipoint 8.0 (x 64)

QUESTION: Where can I download Windows 7 64 - bit drivers for Microsoft Wireless Optical Desktop 700 v2.0?

    Thanks in advance

My keyboard worked fine, and then all of a sudden it stopped working. This fix worked for me in Windows 8:

    Step 1.

Open this location: Panel-hardware and sound-devices and printers.
    Step 2.
Now, right click on "Microsoft wireless transceiver" and press "Properties".
    Step 3.
Click on the "Hardware" tab, click on the driver and the 'Properties' hit down in the left corner.
    Step 4.
Click on the "Hardware" tab and click on "change settings" down in the right corner. Now click on the tab "Driver" , then on "update driver software...  ».

    Step 5.
Now the fun part. I don't know how it was in Windows 7 (maybe the same?), but in Windows 8 you will like that. Click on ""Browse my computer for driver software ' and then on "Let Me pick from a list of drivers on my computer". "
    Step 6.
Now, click the driver "USB Composite Device" NOT on the "Microsoft Wireless Optical Desktop 700 v2.0". And click on continue.
    Last step 7.
If the keyboard is not working properly, do step 6 just yet once now update you your driver "USB Composite Device" to the ""Microsoft Wireless Optical Desktop 700 v2.0 " driver." And it should look something like this (this is the Norwegian):
And your done! I hope this helps.
