Low outlines around objects

Get very low hairlines around objects that have special effects applied when exporting to PDF format for printing.

Any solution? Strange but these files exported correctly the last time they did a few years ago; editing with CS6 and now have problems.

I've attached an example below.

Thank you.

Couture. Stop by flattening the PDF and it will not happen.

FWIW, it should not print.

  • Grey outline around the objects when exporting to Photoshop

    Hello

    I have a strange issue when exporting with a simple badge that I'm working on Illustrator to Photoshop.

    Everything seems well within the Illustrator, but when I select my creation and copy and paste into Photoshop, then as a "dynamic object" or "pixels", I get a strange gray outline around the objects that should be hidden.

    I use the latest versions of Illustrator and Photoshop 2015 CC and their installation on Mac OSX El Capitan v. 10.11.3

    Edit: I noticed that the compression of the screenshots, it is difficult to see, but it should be very obvious if you download AI and try it yourself.

    I think that the problem is more on the side of Photoshop.

    Rasterize the objects in Illustrator; no visible lines.

    Pixelation in Photoshop; the Ant-aliasing artifacts.

    It is easy to reproduce: put a couple of black oval overlaid. Use Pathfinder > divide

    Now you have perfectly fitting distinct forms.

    Copy and paste into Photoshop; lines.

    Rasterize them (or use the pixelation effect) in Illustrator, copy and paste it into Photoshop. no lines.

  • The ghost as a white outline around the text at the beginning of the appearance.

    When I superimpose a title (with a black font) at the beginning of a clip and apply a bland cross both default to fade in, I see a ghost as a white outline around the text at the beginning of the appearance. Happened to the CS6.

    [title published by mod]

    Place a fade on top a dissolution can cause unexpected results for the balance.

    A suggestion for a better (more reliable) way to fade in multiple layers - especially when these layers are compositing - is to place a Black video clip (you can generate a new element function) on a layer above several clips you want to fade in or out and then just melted this black clip to fade in the lower layers , or fade the back clip to Dim lower layers.

    Not having dissolved individual on each track also makes it easier to adjust the fade in and out, as you only need to adjust the length of the transition from one dissolve applied to your black clip.

  • How to remove the white outline around cursor?

    Is there a way to remove the white outline around the black slider? For example, the reticle on the selection tool is black, but they have a white outline around the central point and 4 lines. How can I remove this outline in white? The outline makes it much more difficult to be precise with the cursor. (I use Photoshop CS6 on Windows 7).

    I don't know other settings for the sliders as those in the preferences.

    If I'm working on a bright image, I hardly notice the bright outline.  I use the browser to zoom in before, so for me, the selection is very precise.  And of course, I almost keep everything in separate layers.

  • How to make a black outline around my forms?

    Hello I managed to get a black around my shapes outline (as seen in the attachment) I want to know how to do. I don't know how I did it! Can anyone help?Option4_Wheesht.jpg

    Lanithu,

    If you mean the black forms of variable width, showing the hands and face, you can start/do it this way for each:

    (1) create the shape of base (one of the edges) with a path;

    (2) move a copy the distance desired in the direction (bottom right);

    (3) anchor points to adjust as you wish (for example (sometimes) those at the mouth);

    (4) select the inner path and object > path > Offest path to create the path for the Type of path, remove unwanted segments (end segments and the opposing party); You can type before or after school with forms;

    (5) connect each pair of paths to form closed paths and reshape the parts at the end as you wish;

    (6) add fill and eliminate stroke.

    Wildcatters Helmet Logo - Blue Background.jpg

    I can't identify how to remove this white jagged line around the object of the right for it to my image. No matter what I do, it's still there. I don't understand why there not in the other object as either.

    Very probably, will not print, but you can test on your printer.

    I often see that for example if someone has a white plate and directly on top is exact same shape in color. Anti aliasing shows in short.

    To make me feel better even if I sometimes turn off anti-aliasing in preferences, which makes good preview look. I think that power only has to do with the way in which information is sent to your screen, but have always turned their backs, so I do not forget that then everything seems jagged.

    You did not mention if you work on digital print or digital, but if you are working and using, for example, save for web, you will need to see the exact settings you used and information on creating file.

  • Outline around the selected items of OCD

    WebHelp. RH9

    I just installed IE9 and when I run my published WebHelp and select a link in the table of contents, it displays an image dotted around the selected item. This never happened with IE8, so I was wondering if there is anyway to prevent it? Is it possible to add a "outline: no ' somewhere in the RoboHelp output (as you would in styling a CSS link) so that it does not appear?

    Thank you very much

    Jonathan

    Hi Jonathan,.

    Unfortunately, IE was a nut that is more difficult to crack than I imagined. The problem is that IE9 supports the css schema, but the table of contents is running in mode of whims so no goodness IE9 it... There is a solution, it's just not as easy as I thought. See http://www.wvanweelden.eu/robohelp/modifying_webhelp/remove_outline_in_toc for a step by step guide to get rid of the sketch.

    Note: If you let me, I would use your example on my site image. It seems much better than the image for example, I added

  • Lines/undesirable traits around object when printing to PDF format

    Hi all

    When I place a document in Adobe Indesign CS3 it seems perfect on the screen.

    But when I print to PDF in the PDF file, most of the objects show the wrinkles around them.

    Of course, I put the race to '0' and color 'None '. The traits do not arise in Indesign and not when printing to printer directly.

    But when I save it as a PDF there are all of a sudden these traits in the PDF file.

    The features appear on Indesign (example oval and text objects) objects, on inserted EPS, TIFF, PNG, and GIF.

    Can someone tell me what what should I do to prevent these features around the display of the PDF object, printed Indesign?

    Thank you in advance, I appreciate all help.

    Best,

    JP

    The white lines are called artifact sewing flattening transparency. Instead print format PDF, EXPORT to PDF format and using Acrobat 5 or greater compatibility, who will be leaving the live transparency and eliminate stitching artifacts.

  • How to control the weight of the outline around the letters

    I'm not a question on the creation of vector fonts, such as some printers may be useful.

    In the toolbar, there are two icons of type. It shows a solid T lid. This isn't the one I wonder about. An adjacent icon shows a plug open or stipulated T. That IS what I am asking about.

    Without doubt, there is a way (not easy to find in two books I have on InDesign CS4) to control the weight of the outline, the outline color, maybe even the position of the outline autour or inside a given letter. By position, I mean, he added outside the letter, making it the widest letter by the weight of the line, he just stumbles against the edge of the letter, or sit somewhere in the letter.

    How can I control those? And I thank you.

    You can change the weight of the race (the outline of the letter) through the race Panel (window > STROKE) or in the control panel. Select the text (or object) and adjust the weight.

    You can change the color of the outline (the outline of the letter) through the Swatches palette (window > swatches).

    In the screenshot below, the two icons in the upper left corner define the filling (solid box) and STROKE (hollow box). Click on the appropriate icons (hollow box) to change the color of the strokes.

    Click on the small icon T to change modify the block of text, change the text, and then click the tint of the color to be applied to the fill or stroke.

  • Cannot wrap text around object! AAAARRRRGGGGHHH!

    I am trying to wrap text around an image jpeg, but every time that nothing happens. I also noticed that whenever I have create a sublayer and attempt to place the derect under the jpeg format layer text is on, HAVE invariably creates a layer named "type" directly above the layer of jpeg. Should the two layers be selected before giving the command of film text object? Or another solution?

    This is the jpeg format that you apply dressing and you must have the type of area as well. You probably use typographic points.

    Cut the text from the text path, and then create a block of text to the width, you want text and paste the text know to place the block of text in box behind the jpeg.

    See all right.

    Here, there is no type nothing to do!

    Here the field type (text block) = magic
