  Hi, can someone tell me what might be wrong. After that I fell on my phone, I had replaced (RESTful) screen. Everything works fine, but the Wifi reception is worse then before. Contact RF cable problem? Or a smart Wifi (if aboard all) is able to do this?

  It is difficult for us to determine what could be the reason for this, unless you get your phone looked to one of our authorized service center as uliwooly suggested.

  Hello everyone, I have a problem with my new laptop purchased 15-bj000nh HP Pavilion, a few days ago.
  The wi - fi connection is too low, that if I keep the PC one meter away from router I get only 3-4 bars of 5 in the connection properties and if I go to 10 meters and a pair of rooms up to now I get 1 to 2 bars of 5 and frequent disconnections. Also the speed breaks I see, and close to the router is too not at the maximum.
  Otherwise, my old laptop HP 6735 s with Windows 7, never had problems in the same position (10 m) and keep 3-4 bars no disconnections. I checked the resistance of the router wi - fi with mobile phone too (not), I tried all the solutions offered by HP support assistant on PC and on the HP support site also, but with no result... I have the card (802.11n) Broadcom software upgreaded. IT helped a little, but even with the latest software, my laptop has connectivity problems. I can't believe that a new NB may have a weak connection... I have some other ideas of a HW fault...

  No wireless card will work well with only a single antenna and a dual band (2.4 and 5 ghz) won't work at all on a single antenna... An aerial cable can be added, but it takes almost complete disassembly. I doubt that the Service would do. I wish that it is something that I could tell you. A usb wireless dongle is your best option. $ 15 on amazon.com and you will have good reception at the cost of losing access to the usb port.

  Thank you for your advice, sorry I did not take the solution to my problem was very simple, I had to wait for HP put the new update!  Following the solution, I went to HP Support Assistant, the trick here was to goto Support Section and not up to date on my Device option. In the Support section, I clicked on my camera since I went to the Support Center HP technology - software and drivers, then I clicked on check now. and Wallah all the drivers I need to solve my problems...

  Hi I'm a dv7 Notebook and I noticed that my wifi signal tends to be weak and more irratic I expect. Other mobile home have a stronger and more stable signal from the same locations.  This problem seems to be different from similar posts I've seen.

  Its no matter if the phone was cheap or expensive depend on the intensity of the signal on different topics.
  Above all it s is WLan/chip built in Notepad.

  So in your case I recommend you to check if a different use WLAN standard like 802.11 B / G or N would make a difference.
  I recommend also to check the energy saving settings map WLan.
  In the case that the laptop is used on battery, the system can drops down the WLan performance in order to save the battery.
  Also an update of the WLan driver can improve performance.

  However, as I wrote above: it s still a matter of smart WiFi

  I read your post on that need WiFi drivers and wanted to help.
  
  I'm not surprised that some people don't work - you have mixed in with WiFi drivers bluetooth drivers.

  Unfortunately, your mobile PC series comes with three different WiFi chipsets: Intel, Broadcom and Realtek - and you need the drivers for the specific chipset in your specific PC.

  Try to download and install HWInfo64: http://www.hwinfo.com/download.php

  When you run that, it should show you the chipset WiFi present in your PC - and which will help find the right drivers.

• HP Pavilion: wifi on but no 10 login window

  I had windows 10 for more than a month and its been giving a lot of problems. including me

  My most great now is that my wifi does not work for anything other than microsoft edge after the update 13 Oct. Support cat Windows is useless and so is my mobile (no thanks to them).

  Whenever I try to install something the program says 'no connection '. All applications of the internet is more work.

  I don't really want to reboot my laptop again. Is there a way to fix this? I think it's my drivers or something... I have no idea.

  Windows Defender found some Trojan horses. In the document, he said that, sometimes, corruption cannot be repaired. So I guess that's what happens. It gives to think that I do a recovery although I tried several times and it didn't work. Instead, I chose to perform a full factory settings reboot.

  I saved my files to drive and rebooted my computer. It works like new again. This means that im back to 8.1 windows and that's okay.
