  3.6 Lightroom does NOT support the 70 d.  You need to go to LR 5.2 or convert the CR2 files to DNG using the free DNG CONVERTER from Adobe to use it in 3.6

  I think that your classpath contains much .jar files, and some of them are not necessary. You don't need to import all files .jar for all modules, just the .jar you will use.

  And you import confg.jar files, you do not need these files. Just .jars containing classes.

  Please check all of the libraries you use and just get what you need.

  For your first problem, you need to import

  C:\ATG\ATG10.1.1\CommerceReferenceStore\Store\Recommendations\lib

  C:\ATG\ATG10.1.1\ADC\lib\classes.jar

  If some class always have errors, it may be necessary import another .jar file.

  It seems that it is a matter of permission on the folder where you try to import images.

  Also try to change the Destination folder or give read and write access to the folder where you tried to import the images.

  I have imported all of a folder that contains many subfolders (around 9 000 files in total) and LR 4 did not import the. My 5DM 3 CR2 files. I received the following message after the import:

  In the import dialog box, right-click on that folder in the foreground and choose to include subfolders.

• New to Lightroom, import of raw CR2 files problem.

  I am new to Lightroom and can't import my raw CR2 photo files. In the section "import", I select my SD card that contains the raw image files. All the map .jpeg files appear as thumbnails, but the CR2 files show "extract not available for this file. I select one of the thumbnails CR2 anyway, select a folder on my external hard drive and click on "import". A window pops up that says: "this file is not recognized by the format of raw support in Lightroom." I use Lightroom 4.4 and works with a Windows Vista operating system (on a laptop old, junky). My camera is a Canon 70 d and am shooting in RAW + JPEG. I also downloaded the Adobe software. DNG Converter 6.3 to try to convert the files before importing them into Lightroom and it is also not recognizing and import my CR2 files. Don't know what to do at this point. Any suggestions?

  I would recommend download DNG Converter 8.2 which is compatible with Vista.

  I just shot 16 clips with my Canon HD (AVCHD) camcorder. I put the memory card in my desktop computer (Windows7) after that I got PrE11 running. Then I clicked on video Editor/New Project/videos from cameras Flip, AVCHD cameras.

I've never bothered to stop to analyze it, but if I click in the vicinity of the track, the home or end key tap seems to give the appropriate response.
