  I need to insert a multi-page rtf file in my report model.  In Microsoft Word, this is achieved by selecting "Insert, text of file object", which inserts all pages in the rtf file.  How is - that this is reached in the LabView Report Generation Toolkit Microsoft?  When I use the insertion object vi, it inserts only the first page of the rtf file?  I tried other methods of insertion, but insert object is the only vi which keeps the formatting (e.g. rtf file contains tables).

  In summary, I can insert a rtf as an object to a bookmark file, but only the first page of the rtf file is inserted.  Does anyone know how to insert a rtf multi-page file?

  Hi Allan,

  I was able to generate the code to convert the _Document in range by copying it from the inside of the Object.vi Word.  The VI gray called Word_Get_Range.vi. It is located in vi.lib\addons\_office\_wordsub.llb

  In the fla file, there must be sonething that is encoded in order to call this address.  You must go through the code in the file and find it.  If you used a FLVPlayer, check the \parameters put in place for this in the properties panel.

  So I have 3 questions. I'm absolutely tired of trying to figure out what codec to transcode my images in my PC for AP (I shoot canon 5 d, sends h264 files). I've edited never with h264 (even if AP edit natively), no questions about it!

  To make my story short, I migrated Adobe Final Cut Pro in my MAC, first in my PC (no more MAC). Reasons are a long history. in any case, I read everywhere that the most similar ProRes codec is possible in PC Adobe Premiere and Cineform DNxHD.

  (1) cool, I downloaded DNxHD, and when I go to Media Encoder, it shows what we call 'dnxhd, mxf op1a. When I transcode, it gives me a .mxf file that is not readable by my pc, and when I hang out in the AP, it gives me an error message. What is going on? How is it is not .mov?  What should I do next?  I read there is a converter, .mxf to .mov, but this process will not go any lower the quality of my images? Help, please! Which then becomes the workflow? I read everywhere that many people edit in AP in the PC using DNxHD. How is it, I can't?

  (2) in the research, very frustrated, I read about codec Cineform as a 3rd possibility, which fortunately it comes with Adobe for free. I have transcoded to that in the SOUL and it changes the contrast much, he washes the sequences to very bright research. In fact, h264 is much better! (how is it possible?) I'm doing something wrong?

  (3) Please I would really appreciate responses and, in this case, step-by-step workflows. Maybe I do something wrong in the process or miss me a step, and I need to understand. Please, I'd appreciate it really all the suggestions for a film of transcoding in a PC before you import it to Adobe Premiere. This cannot be the end of the road!

  so that. MXF.XMP file is a metadata file. It's like a text file that contains the information of the camera or on the computer. .mxf files must be separated from this .xmp file and import. If you do not need these .xmp files you can disable metadata in preferences, uncheck the write xmp IDs and the export of setting to zero.

• New large Format printing, need help with 450 c

  Hiya, people. I'm SO happy to have met this forum. I need some serious advice with a purchase of Craigslist lightning. This morning, I picked up a DesignJet 450 c with legs/stand and a JetDirect 300 x print server. I did a quick Google search to see if the printer would work with my Macbook and the answer * seems * Yes, it will, using Gutenprint. I could not test the unit out before I forked over the money, but I have fire and managed to load paper, scroll the lightshow market, etc. Worst case, I can sell it on Craigslist.

  I've got it now houses, and I really have no idea how to do it get up and running. It is connected, turned on and it will print configuration pages (so-more in a minute), but something is not quite right and I need help, whether it is user error, bad consumables or a defective unit.

  When I load a sheet of paper and run the black print cartridge alignment routine, I get a sheet printed in alone cyan. When I run the color cartridge alignment routine, I get a printed sheet only in cyan. In fact, when I'll be whatever it is, it is printed in alone cyan. Good news is, the machine seems to be functional. bad news is, it doesn't seem to work correctly immediately.

  I removed all ink cartridges, shaken a little and reinstalled, make the flashing light "Ready" each time. That has really improved the quality of printing cyan, but they are still only cyan. I ordered the new cartridges, but in the meantime, is there anything else I should try? I have a series of questions, but I need to get the machine printing test pages correctly, I think.

  What is the address of the computer? It should be in the same frame. If this is not the same then the direct stream must be reset so that it can find an ip address that corresponds to your network. Outermost Jet directs reset if you disconect the power and then hold the test button and connect the power supply to. For a few seconds, then release. Wait about 1 minute and then press the test button to get the config page which should now show a new ip address. Type that ip address in your web browser, and it can have a web page where you can refine the settings to make the permanent address.

  Thank you for your answer!  I had to work, but not exactly with the steps you described.  I did not know exactly if the uninstall of the printer actually removed the drivers and didn't know how to manually remove printer from my computer drivers.  What I did was downloaded from the Epson site 'drivers and utilities package' for Windows 7, and not only the printer drivers.  Once downloaded, I ran it and it is installed the correct printer.
