  You must have the latest version of iTunes (12.5.1.21). If no updates appear in the Mac App Store, it means probably that it's only available for future versions of Mac OS X, or as it is now called macOS.

• LR office not mobile synchronization with LR

  I'm migrating from Aperture Mac to LR.  I tried to create a small set of the collection "synchronisation Test" with 44 photos in the office and try to synchronize the mobile LR.  I've also updated a few photos from my iPad and iPhone mobile LR.

  The results, it's no problem with mobile phone-> desktop.  Collection of the desktop are always blocked and saying "Sync 49 pictures" top right of the LR desktop interface.  There is a collection of "synchronisation Test" empty in my iPad and iPhone but no image inside.

  I tried to open the preferences-> mobile Lightroom.  He said "Uploads: 50 photos in sync.

  Any clue?  It is an important feature that I need to have and the value of the creative cloud for me.

• 5.6 Lightroom to crash after enabling the mobile synchronization to Lightroom

  Dear community,

  I have been using a CC version unfounded 5.6 Lightroom without too much problem until today. Today I bought a subscription photo for CC Photoshop and Lightroom Mobile so I could see my photos on the road.

  So I connected with my AdobeID in Lightroom and installed Lightroom Mobile on my iPad and created a Collection I wanted to synchronize. However, as soon as I switch the 'Sync with Lightroom Mobile' bit, Lightroom crashes without any specific error message just the plain 'Adobe Lightroom 64-bit has stopped working ".

  I tried to reinstall Lightroom, even on another drive, but without success. I also tried to build intelligent previews of all the images I wanted to synchronize.

  Debugging with Visual Studio generates the error "unhandled exception at 0x000007fedbbc9da0 in lightroom.exe: 0xC0000006: page fault ', but I don't know if that helps...

  No idea what is the problem?

  Have you tried these steps (i.e. run chkdsk etc?)

  In addition you use any particular security software? If so, you can try to disable it temporarily and see if it helps?

  I passed through the process of creating custom together Viewer all the way up to the application being placed in my iTunes library. The application is built with the correct .p12 certificate and mobile configuration files as well. The custom Viewer appears under iPad Apps in iTunes, if the icon is not the Adobe Content Viewer icon, it's just the standard application icon. When I sync my iPad, the synchronization process runs normally, but the application does not install on my iPad. Everything has been updated to the latest version. Anyone know what could go wrong?

  Ugh, I feel like a silly billy. So it turns out that iTunes will ask you to allow synchronization of App... learn something new right every day?

  I noticed the same problem with my iPhone 6. Synchronization and backup with iTunes takes about twice as long. All software are up to date.

  I am accessing a site of learning of the Red Cross.  When on a Windows machine, I get a page that says "content open in a new window" and a message below says "allow once" or "always allow this Web site.  I answer that question and still very good.  However, when trying to get to my class of learning within the site, when I'm on my Ipad Air, it just seems to hang up.  I see the page 'Content open in a new window' but nothing else and there is no way to continue.  Does anyone know how I can get past this please?

  Not every site is optimized for the iOS or mobile devices - if possible use "m" instead of www as m.redcross.org instead of www.redcross.org and check

  Unfortunately Firefox Home receives information only and does not download anything. That said, if you still have the recovery key you can backup your data if it's in our servers: How can I add a device to Firefox Sync?
