LR to PS takes red images

Hello

I've scoured the forums and I've seen other similar to mine, but I never find instructions on how to solve the problem.

My problem: I process my images in LR first, then I want to export to PSCS4 for additional processing.  When I do, the image becomes oversatured and there is a compatible red cast (especially in skin tones) appears so bad particuarly on my monitor range: Lenovo L220x.  I wish that the color was compatible.  I saw messages that say to activate all PS color management policies and I did it and it doesn't work.  I tried to re - calibrate my screen and who does not.  Is there a step by step/flowchart process that me can start from the beginning and work through all the possible problems and solutions.  Any help would be great! Thank you.

My specs:

  • MacBook Pro
  • 2nd monitor: lenovo x 220
  • i1display2 monitor standard

AHA, it's a known bug in Photoshop CS4. You must disable OpenGL acceleration so he could use the correct profile on a secondary screen. See here for instructions: http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/404/kb404898.html

You can also try to switch off the option "move the color matching.

  • a trigger to take multi images

    Hi all

I use a F031b Pro of Guppy, which is equipped with trigger Mode in bulk.  This mode I take multipule frames with an external trigger.

I want to take two image each trigger and save them. But I have no idea how to achieve this function with IMAQdx.  Is that what someone had done it before and can give me a hand?

I'll use Grab or "IMAQ make image"?  I will use a whileloop do twice the picture get excuated or the VI will automatically grab the two images?

    Thank you very much!

I have already programmed a VI include the trigger mode 0 (edge triger), triggering mode 1 (trigger level) and in bulk trigger.  I followed the IO camera that can show me the camera exposure time. And I found after each trigger, the camera did show twice.

Will I put the buffer number 2 if I want to use the trigger in bulk?

How to read the two images in my stamp?

    Thank you very much!

  • The files are red images

Update 2015.3 and all my work files .mov GH4 for about 4 clips from the source in the tray. After that, they present the Red images only. It is as the first does not recognize the files. I have created new projects, reloaded images, changed hard drives, etc. No luck. Any idea on what is happening?

Okay, I talked to Rahul with assistance on the part of the screen. The "common" folder was causing interruptions with previously cached images. We changed the name of common_old and it seems to have solved the problem.

  • Red images

After the update to the latest version and rebooted my computer, I get Red images around in my composition. I tried rendering and Red images pointing it too. Reloading the images did not help. I've never even heard of this problem until today, and it seems that used to be a problem in the first, not After Effects.

I'm on Windows 10 and have never had a problem like this before the update today.

Yes! Sorry, I missed this thread when I was updating discussions last night.

This problem is fixed in update fixes after effects CC 2015.3 (13.8.1). This update, available now, can be installed by using the creative Office Cloud app, or by choosing Help > updates within any Adobe application.

Please read the known issues in this blog; You may need to clear the caches until the fix is visible for sequences that you previously imported.

  • Motion menu BluRay renders with stutters and Red images

I did the menus animated before on Bluray discs before, but this time, the video clip is made with stutters and Red images. I tried back during the music video for first and replacing the assets again but still the same. I tried to lower the transmission speed and tried to force again to transcode the video resource, but nothing has worked. Does anyone have the same experience or a glimpse of how I can fix this. My only guess is that it may have to do with the length that it is the longest video resource I've used in a menu at 59 seconds of time.

"Stuttering" is as it is jumping around in the video clip... as randomly grabbing an image of one or two seconds in front or behind.

I don't remember the details, but I think that something like this has been a problem known at some point.

Then I try using Media Encoder to transcode a reminder instead. I will also try to reduce the maximum flow rate from 25 to 15.

By selecting the option of the SOUL in still affects only the assets of transcoding for chronologies/slideshows when you use the option 'transcode now'. It uses a SOUL when transcoding in the building and uses no SOUL for animated menus.

The menu is a standard file in Photoshop with a layer of background image and several layer sets for buttons (2 in the main menu, in the menu of Chapter 11). They are just text, no video clips, graphics or thumbnails. The highlight (= 1) layer is of even the text as the text layer, with an added stroke outline.

To eliminate the need for transcoding of the motion, you would remove the 'text' layer (as in "the same text as the text layer -" a layer in the menu of photoshop that is not a = 1 layer highlight etc.) and put the video of those in the bottom of the query.

  • The scale of the RED images within the chronology of the HD

    Hey guys, simple question:

I use 5 k RED images in a sequence HD, with SCALE OF IMAGE SIZE set on IT. Which means that 100% of the size becomes size HD. Now if I want to evolve up to - say 125% - is it better to transform IMAGE SIZE to OFF and then to scale or first know treating 5 k images and has resolution to spare?

    Thank you

    Federico

Scale is the wrong way to go here.  Change all your clips to adjust to the size of the image instead.

    It makes a difference .

  • Source QT DNXHD files make red images

    Hello

DNXHD quicktimes using does not work in SOUL CC 20141 in Win7. It is only red images.

Other sources of codec work very well.

Previous version of SOUL CC 2014 worked very well.

Yes, something has changed and a bug was noted. We are now investigating the issue.

    I apologize for the inconvenience.

  • How to disable the Red images?

This continues me on a major project so I hope that someone could be kind enough to help.

I have 7 hours of video, which may have been captured in the wrong, because when I play the mpegs in the timeline panel, the sound is out of sync, with full red frame flashing in and out frames, which I am led to believe is first trying to compensate and keep the sound and image together. The result is however a galling lack complete synchronization between sound and image, and flashes bright red that I need to change around. I work in multi-cam, so three-way this doing at the same time, it is an absolute nightmare!

If I play .mpeg files captured outside the first, in Windows Media Player, the sound is synchronized and instead of Red images, the photo simply jumps slightly or repeat frames minimally. In my case, it's much better than the Red frames.

So my question is; is there a way to tell the first NOT to insert the Red images, but whether to compensate as WMP or even to read the files they are?

    Thank you very much.

    ----------------------------------

    Update:

Some additional information. I see many other topics on the forum that it is not a rare problem, but unfortunately I have not seen any encouraging solution. I have seven hours of images, but I'm keeping on my edit of starting so I'm looking for a way oput this. Can anyone maybe recommend a third-party program where I could pre-made all mpeg files before you start the installation? As I say, Windows Media Player (of all things!) plays the files to my satisfaction, so I just need versions of the images that will not upset the first.

When you capture these images with HDV-split are the files still out of sync?

  • First CC 7.1 - red images read and export

Having some problems after the 7.1 update.

In a variety of projects on a variety of sequences, we meet a few entirely red images at random (#ff000). Sometimes there are 1-2 frames in a clip, and occaisionally is 80%-90% of the frames in a clip (this is less common). It has never been all the frames of a clip.

    In this case:

-On a undrendered scenario (you can watch an editing tool and you will see a red frame - if rub you him it will still be there)

    -On a timeline

    -In export

The visible red images on a timeline, sometimes result in export and sometimes not. Sometimes an exported file will display the Red images that were not on the timeline.

Red images seem to rely on clips, not executives of sequence. For example, in one of my exports, I got video footage with a lower third graphic above him. In a framework of export, a red box appeared on the chart, but the main blow was unaffected.

What happened the following image types:

    - . MTS (from C100)

    - . MXF (from C300)

    -MOV ProRes 422

-ProRes 4444 MOV with alpha channel

The difficulties which seem to work:

-If an export images (red), re-export. Looking at each other like a bird of prey. Repeat until you have the chance.

-If a clip on a timeline has red images, forcing a new made via a Crop filter or similar

-J' first stop and reopen it

    Details of the system/environment:

    -OSX 10.8.5

    -First CC Pro 7.1

    -Mercury Playback Engine software only

-Often (always?) Parameters of sequence MPEG I-Frame only

-Many (all?) images that we have worked with has been on the actions of AFP via GigE with MTU of 9000

I was not able to confirm again:

-The question about if this never happens with locally stored images

-The question about if this never happens when Queueing media encode (rather than export first)

-If changing to a desktop based QuickTime sequence parameter solves the problem

Everyone knows about this problem? They are not testable frutstratingly, because it seems to happen randomly. We will continue to collect good data points and see if we notice other trends.

    Edit: Added additional system context

Today update Premiere Pro (7.2) should solve this problem in the red frame in ProRes format files. Please let us know if you have other difficulties and our apologies for the disruption.

  • Flashing red images

    Hello

I'm working on a project in after effects and I'm coming to overlap two videos on top of something, but when I play it back or even after that I have the export, the two small videos have red flashing images. I export it wrong or what? Please help forge be greatly aprieciated.

  • Can I take some images from a video for a period of time?

So, I was filming a time to build myself a bed flat pack.  Initially I started with a delay of 5 seconds on my go pro, but at halfway, I went for lunch and stopped the time.  On his return, I stupidly clicked on play and didn't go pro gave to the video recording mode.  So I have half my time elapsed as a photo, taken at intervals of 5 seconds, and the other half in 1080 p at 60 frames per second.  Is it possible that I can take a cap of a single image of the video screen every 5 seconds (or every 300 images or more) to make it so the same format as the first part.  I don't want to do this manually because this way, I would have about 50 minutes of video to sift through.

    See you soon.

    A viable method is to:

1 apply a posterize time effect to the clip and set the framerate 1FPS

    2. use speed/duration (right click on the clip) and set a pace faster or the shorter duration - a few mathematical functions required: new duration = duration of the clip in seconds / 5 (since you wanted to 5 seconds interval) / frame rate of the project.  for example 50 min = 3000 s;  3000/5 = 600 (or images) / 30 fps = 20 seconds.  Think math is right.

    See you soon

  • Red images in my animation Blu - ray Menu

It seems that whenever I start a new project, Adobe has a new problem for me to work through.

I'm building a Blu - ray player with a motion menu, which is the length of a piece. I have done this before and had no problem. But for some reason, this time still CS6 done something weird. On the final drive, about two seconds in the menu request, what I had for the motion menu are replaced by solid red. He blinks several times at first and then stays on until about the mark 35 seconds, where it goes back to normal. The menu still works, and the buttons are always visible and selectable.

Part of the video was created in After Effects and exported as a .mp4 file. Who has been in Premiere Pro CS6 in a chronology that had a single image of the menu as an image until the subject of the second brand 37, i.e. when the EI animation video would begin. This chronology has been exported as file m4v H.264 Blu - ray with a rate of 20-35mbps, that is what all the other videos are set to. The video plays well, if I bring first or look elsewhere, but as soon as even transcode it for the menu, I get the red screen near the beginning. I tried more low and high bit rates, but no matter what, he always does in the same place for the same amount of time.

Is this a problem still CS6? Don't even like it when there is not a lot of movement in a motion menu? I did others where there is no query in large part of them and had no problems. Or a video driver problem or a problem of video files? Should I simply use a mp4 for the menu video motion since it gets transcoded anyway? Or even is upward if a motion menu is too long?

I do not know what causes this, but you can find other users who report the problem.

A user has worked around it by the video resource brining in still and transcoding there. I don't know why this avoided the problem. the delimma is not transcoding so as the reposting in the menu.

I suspect that you can avoid it by putting all the elements not cross in the film, then still does not make the video in the menu.

  • How to take an image and treat it to make two different images?

I want to take a single image process to do (for example, HDR) then restart with the original image and make another completely different process (for example, B & W). Sometimes I have a lot of ideas for a photo and I like to see what I'm left with. What would be the workflow for this?

You can make as many virtual copies of an image you want and treat them completely differently. It works very well for HDR, however. Photoshop is too 'intelligent' to allow you to get away with that.
