  Nope; the PC version of the body won't let you not use QuickTime as a preview file format. You are limited to just about any codec body capable to access a container AVI MPEG2 I-frame and a few different formats P2 (DVCPRO50, DVCPRO HD).   When you delete a message, it is "marked as deleted" and from your point of view, it disappears from the eg: Inbox and moves to the folder "Deleted/trash".
