M3800 Precision how to create the system for windows recovery disc 7 without cd player
Precision M3800 does not come with CD player. How can I create rescue disk to restore the system or system to go back to a restore point?

I downloaded Windows 8 a few days ago. I tried to create a system image to an external drive, Western Digital 500 GB (409 GB free) four times and each time after a few minutes a message said that the backup failed. The backup of the recovery Partition seems end OK every time. The failures occurred after a minute or two in the backup of the C: drive of the OS.
The external hard drive checked OK. The player has already had an image of the system for Windows 7 which was removed before the backup attempt. Here are 2 messages I received as the backup failed. The other 2 were much the same, I think.
"There was a failure in the preparation of the backup image of any of the volumes in the backup set. (0X807800C).
The mounted backup volume is inaccessible. Try the operation again. (0X8078004F).""There was a failure in the preparation of the backup image of any of the volumes in the backup set. (0X807800C).
The specified drive is not found. (0 X 80780081)"Below are the 2 files on the external hard drive after the failure. I guess that the first was the complete recovery Partition backup. I don't know much about this sort of thing.

I tried to do a system restore on my laptop using the included recovery disks and had this error 0x400110020000100B. The drive looked pretty beaten last week so I ordered a new series. Now, when I got to put disc 2 in (to 80% full) I get the same error. I called customer service and he took me through the process of F9, nothing works and I also tried the F11 approach that made me not the case. I'm frustrated because I don't really have the money for a new laptop computer.
Laptop is a HP Pavilion DV6700.
Any help would appreciated more than you know.

See if you can make your own Vista installation disc if you can read the product key 25 character on the bottom of your laptop.
Here's how:
If you are in a fault light but rewarding you can do yourself if you can read your product key of Vista on the PC of 25 characters.
You just download the 3 files you need on the link below and read all the instructions to create a Setup bootable DVD disk using imageburn.
Do not take into account the part of the text in the first screen shot about "extract the files in the folder of Vista."
The files were extracted already in this folder when you ran the X14.exe file by reading the text on top of the first screenshot.
The other thing I noticed is on the 4th page, where it shows Developer ID Microsoft Corporation. I had to type Microsoft Corporation in me, and then other codes already filled in.
When I went to compile the ISO file, ImageBurn gave a message on a WIM file, file and ISO, and if I wanted to burn it in a different format.
I selected no, make the ISO file.
It was not so hard to do. I burned both the disk of 64-bit and 32-bit disk in case I ever need them.
I tested both of them one my hp dc7100 CMT desktop PC, worked flawlessly.
When you enter the product key, he knows which version of Vista you have.
After you install Vista successfully, you can then install the drivers for your PC and driver page support.

Now, I want to exchange the hard drive out. I have a ready to run on a USB system recovery but its for the original configuration of Windows 7...
My question:
Is there a way I can share disks and get 10 back Windows without paying? HPO only allows you to create a system USB once recovery disk, so I can't make a new record of recovery with windows 10. When I get the factory Windows 7 running on the new hard drive, I'll be able to upgrade to Windows 10 new since I already had it and I wanted to just swap drives? Thank you!!

You can install Windows 7 with your recovery discs and then upgrade to Windows 10 or you can create a Windows [USB/DVD/ISO] 10 installation media and use it to make a 'clean' on the new hard drive installation.

- If you have never installed and activated Windows 10 on this computer before, you will see the activation screen. Enter your key of Windows 10 here. If you do not, but you have a valid 7, 8 or 8.1 key, enter it here instead.

Make sure that you borrow the correct 32-bit or 64-bit microsoft dvd to your computer
they contain all versions of vista

Follow these steps:
(1) prepare your .cod files and the .jad file. If you need to sign your application do that stuff too.
(2) place your .cod files and files on your server .jad. (answer to your question). You can also place the .jar file and files .alx files. (these are optional)
(3) open the BB browser and type the url as follows...
http://www.yourserver.com/blackberry/yourapp/yourapp.jad. (fake url)
so just point to your .jad from your BB browser file.
(4) a pop window opens with two download options and cancel (button cancel do not know) .
5) click Download.
NOTE:
you will need to configure your server with the following MIME types to allow the download.

Above all, talking to anyone will be print and make the cut to shape. They will tell you the page sizes, you need, which all depends on their shape cutting. I add the text in them, but you can also use variables if you wish. I'm not in general.
That's about it on the top of my head. I am sure that I left a little. All dimensions play come the people doing the printing and cutting. Communication with them is all. It is part of what you all for pay.

How to create the new library of Photos to iCloud without it merging with the former?
I started my iCPL in January 2015. It is now 104 Gb/8000 photos. In a year I need to upgrade my plan of storage iCloud.
So I think I would make the existing one a regular photo library, and start a new photo library iCloud.
If I start a new library now and make the iCPL, merge it with the existing iCPL. I want to replace the existing in iCloud.
I could do (I think): -.
1. make the existing a non-iCPL and rename it.
2. create a new lib Photos and make the library system iCloud.
3. the new library (empty) will download and merge with the former in iCloud, so it contains now 8000 photos of the original lib.
4. delete all the 8000 photos in the new.
5. start put new photos in the photo library now empty iCloud.
Is there a better way? I do it too difficult?
I can see what I've described above taking a long time to settle on all devices, even if I can avoid 30 day waiting by removing the deleted record recently.

You use "Optimize Mac Storage" on your Mac? Then, you will need to make sure that all the photos to download to your Mac before you copy your current library corresponding to your backup disk and start deleting iCloud. Is there enough free storage on your Mac to do this?
I would also like to than my thin iCloud library. My iCloud library has only my favorite photos of many years, I want on all my devices as well as the most recent photos that I'm still trying. Because the iCloud library must be the library system, only in iCloud library photos are available in the media for other applications browser, so I keep all the photos here that I can use in other applications.
What I do to save bandwidth and download time is to have two libraries:
- A large library where I keep all the photos I want to keep - it's my photo archives. This library is on an external drive that is supported by Time Machine and is currently still an Aperture library.
- A smaller library iCloud in my pictures folder.
I import new photos first to the iCloud library, remove all the bad moves that do not need archiving, then I export the originals at the library of the archives.
And then I start editing the photos in the library to iCloud and learn by removing and keeping only the best photos.
