I ordered Adobe Acrobat DC only to discover that it's PC only, and I have a Mac. What should I do?

I have Adobe Creative Suite 5 Design Premium of "" for Mac. It was bought and downloaded ~ Nov 2010. However, it seems that I never downloaded Adobe Acrobat, which looks like it is on a separate disk. Long story... but am only to start using this software now after 2 years! In any case, I wonder if I can download this drive safely at this point? Also, I see that there are a number of updates that I should install, so I was wondering if I should hold off on those until after you download Acrobat? I got a serial number for installation of other Adobe included in Creative Suite 5 software.

You can download the demo version of the software through the page linked below and then use your current serial number to activate it.

I paid and received a download for Adobe Acrobat Professional XI more than 30 days ago. However, I was not bale to download right now. Now since 30 days I'm not able to pick up my order and download? Please let me know how can I download the software I paid?
You can download the trial and activate it with your serial number. Other than that contact support and ask them to release the quota to download again.

For a Mac computer, you can get the software Acrobat Pro DC only, the standard version is only for Windows, you can check the difference between the two here: Plans and prices: compare the versions. Adobe Acrobat DC
You can only buy Office DC Acrobat (perpetual / standalone license) here: Plans and prices | Adobe Acrobat DC
Click on the drop down under desk DC Acrobat only, then select the MAC version.

Where is the download Mac Adobe Acrobat 7 Pro version that doesn't require activation
I bought Adobe Creative Suite 2 Premium, it cost more than €2,000. When I recently tried to reinstall due to having to reformat my hard drive that I could not activate it by phone or online.
When I rang the number of help he directed me to the downloadable versions which don't require activation. Great! Until WHAT I realize Adobe Acrobat 7 Professional account is only available for Windows download.

No there is no download link for Mac for Acrobat 7.

Upgrade to Adobe Acrobat Pro standard DC

We ordered Adobe Acrobat DC Standard and installed and it worked very well, then we have upgraded to Adobe Acrobat DC Pro.
The serial number is different and is not a place to upgrade to enter the code, so we removed the standard software and installed the software with the Pro Code. However there is still standard. How do we get Pro installed and working?
The software/installer is actually the same, but it switches between Pro or Standard that you bought...
Try to log out / disable the software via the help menu, then exit & restart the program and reactivate the same place.

How to change the size of the page Adobe Acrobat XI Pro and Adobe PDF printer?
We have a problem with incorrect page size in Adobe Acrobat Pro XI. It is installed in our Citrix environment on the terminal Server in Windows 2008 R2 servers.
By default, the page size is set to 'letter' in Adobe Acrobat format and the Adobe PDF printer and we need to change it to "A4".
Where are these registered setting and how can I change it? Is there a registry key or something else?
I discovered, that it is possible to edit the template files ".joboptions" under "C:\ProgramData\Adobe\Adobe PDF\Settings" to change the page size for the Adobe Acrobat. What is the only way to do it?
But how can I change the settings in the Adobe PDF printer?
And what do we hurt that the page size is set to "letter"?
OK, I found a solution.
I exported the correct Adobe PDF Printer settings with rundll32.exe, PrintUIEntry... and imported on all servers with PsExec.
".Joboptions" files, I changed to the good size of the Page and then copied on all servers.

The question
Dear Adobe forum,
I have a user who has problems with Adobe Acrobat DC. The program stops at 5 seconds after you start and no error messages appear, except in the event log Windows I have indicated above.
I searched everywhere for a solution to this problem, but I've never met who were able to remedy.
I tried the following:
-A simple reinstallation of Adobe Acrobat DC
-Remove Adobe Acrobat DC using "Adobe Reader and Acrobat cleaning tool" Adobe (http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html)
-Install the latest windows updates
-User temp folder cleaned up (no relation no result, but only because these files are always a mess)
I've never seen this problem before and it's only happened to this one user. All users in my company use the same exact Adobe Acrobat installation.
The only difference I see from other users in my company, is that this user is one of the few other users windows 8 - all others are running 8.1 or 10.
I really hope that this problem can be solved and please let me know if you need clarification or information.

You can try to create a new user account and check if it works in the new user account.

Problems with Adobe Acrobat 9 Standard on Windows 7
used to have this on my Window XP; Windows 7 computer now and I tried to download Adobe Acrobat 9 Standard. Not only, it does not work, I can not use the Adobe Acrobat Reader, which was already on the computer. Any help would be appreciated.
My guess is that you have a 64-bit machine (you have not mentioned). In this case, you must make updates to work correctly. If you can open Acrobat, updates can be made on the Help menu. If you can't, then you will need to download them from http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/product.jsp?product=10&platform=Windows. Download the most recent first and check the previous update is necessary and work towards your current version (maybe 9.0.0).) Then, make updates and restart after the last update.
With a relocation, it's a good idea to remove the Acrobat folder before reinstalling. In addition, disable the installation of updated antivirus.
