Mac telling Me to install OXS?

Hello everyone.  This may have already been dealt with elsewhere.  I spent a lot of time looking for this forum before you type it just to make sure that this isn't a double question/discussion and he couldn't find so forgive me if it is a question/problem of repetition.  I have a 13 - in the Macbook Pro mid-2010, bought in November 2010.  Maybe this is a sign, it's time for a new computer (?).  Situation: I was on my laptop last night and it was very good.  A little slow at first, but after a start restarting/safe that it functioned well.  I had slow since upgrade to El Capitan.  In any case, I jumped on the baby this morning and this is what happened:

1. when the Apple logo should be was crossed circle.

2 logo appears, start as usual

3 screen saying men start installing OXS.  US flag in the upper right corner, 'English' upper-left.

Basically, it's the screen that appears when brand new computer and you have to go about setting it upward from zero, so-to-speak.  Immediately, I panicked and stopped and restarted.  Restarts, it's all came fine, connected, all my files and it - steps were always on my desktop (thanks universe), nothing has been deleted, and so I immediately came here to type this note on you.

Someone has an idea what the Hay, all this topic?  I don't know if this is a sign of anticipation of something more sinister on the horizon or what.  I must say I'm not too happy with El Capitan, or if it is still the cause of it.  And I don't know if that means it's time for a new laptop.  This computer is in excellent shape and I took great care of her.  Be afraid now. Help, and even if you can not thank you for the reply.

Your Mac may have connection problems HARD drive or HARD drive.

Also run Apple Hardware Test.  Using the drive with AHT on written instructions accompanying your MBP.

Note that an error free AHT is inconclusive.

Ciao.
