  Click on the round of Windows (start) > all programs > Accessories and make Windows Explorer right click > properties > Shortcut tab and change the target location box to where you want to open, for example in your case the drive C. type (or change) the c:\ %SystemRoot%\explorer.exe next (note the space) then apply, OK, etc..   Change back to normal if maximized properties do not work and follow these steps.

  Any window that you want to resize all the time must be the last closed window.

  I am running Windows 7 on a brand new i7, two monitors and a nvidia Quadro 4000. I have most of the Windows display settings (Aero-stuff) turned off to speed up Windows performance.

  I use a full Win7 Aero desktop computer on my Quadro 4000.  I had a problem similar to yours; "Aero" turned off when Pr and then open 'Aero' turns after the release of Pr.  If you go to the NVIDIA Control Panel, under Management 3D settings, on the global settings tab, select a color deep for 3D applications and assign the disable.  Then check that Pr uses this setting by looking at the Pr entry on the program settings tab (if the Pr does not list programs you can Add this).

  I've upgraded to the latest version of Thunderbird about 4 weeks back. (Don't know which version I used).

  Since then the new e-mail window does not open automatically when I seek to determine the folders and decide to do a right click on a file and select: SEND TO, and then select: RECIPIENT of the MESSAGE. Thunderbird only opens, but that's all.

  Other programs that is also used to automatically open the new e-mail with an attachment, window does not work either.

  Previously a window writing a new Email automatically open with the file selected, attached, followed by Thunderbird opening.

  How can I get this behavior again.

  Went internet and downloaded a version more old 33.0 Mozzila Thunderbird.

  Now the problem is solved and it works again.
