MainStage 3.2.3 and logic distance 1.3

I have my karaoke in MainStage on my MacMini. Yesterday, I received the logical Remote app on my iPad 2.  My plan is to have MainStage running during a show "behind the scenes" and use the ipad mounted on my mike stand for start, stop, and skip to the next song.  The problem is that I do not see the transport controls on the Lecologic Remote app on the iPad.  My MacMini is OS x 10.11.3 (El Capitan)

Theecologic Remote app is successful when connected to Logic Pro X, but not when it is connected to the MainStage. I have the same results when I use my iPhone 6 and the logical Remote app, (works with Logic Pro X but not MainStage)

Any help out there?

I found a "work-around".  Start, stop and move forward to the next song are now works but only using key commands window. This video explains how to set up properly.

  • How to distinguish the physical interface and logic (subinterface) interface to the Cisco router/Switch?

    Hi Expert,

How to distinguish the physical interface and logic (subinterface) interface to the Cisco router/Switch? Can you please clarify a formal way for this so have?

A physical interface is numbered with the same name of the interface when printing on the physical port. For example "GigabitEthernet 0/1" corresponds to port 1 of the 0 module (or the base unit).

A logical interface can be a subinterface on a routed port and will have a point ("". "") preceding the number sous-interface (ex. GigabitEthernet 0/1.1). It can also be a loop or a virtual interface (on a router this could also include interfaces like the tunnel and virtual tunnel or VTI types). A switch may also have a VLAN logical interfaces (e.g. interface vlan 1) which are used as layer 3 virtual interfaces of type.

  • Different between primary and logical partition?

Referring to the next video, after a free space for the new partition, I create partition, which show the logical drive (blue color), but the other partitions are of primary partitions (blue color), I would like to know it possible to create a main drive instead of logical drive partition, and what difference is between the primary and logical partitions.

There is an option to delete a logical partition (drive D :), after you remove it, can he create a new primary partition?) Through this process, it will cause no problem on the primary partition (drive c :))?

Is there an advantage to have a logical partition (drive D :)?

In the future, if I need more space in C: drive, it will be easier to extend the primary partition (drive c :)) with logical partition (drive D :)?

If a logical partition (drive D :) convert primary partition, it will be easier to extend the primary partition (drive c :)) with primary partition (drive D :)?)

  • How to create a rectangle from a point and a distance?

first of all, sorry for my English...

I need to create rectangle/polygon from a point (coords in WGS84) and a distance in meter.

for example: point: lon: lat:48.63 2.91

    distance north of 750 m

    distance to South 260 m

    distance is 100 m

distance to the West of 340 m

I want to create a rectangle with this tip

    LON - lat 340 + 750

    LON + 100 lat + 750

    LON + lat 100-260

    lat lon-340-260

    LON - lat 340 + 750

    Thanks for your help

Take a look at the SDO_UTIL. Function POINT_AT_BEARING:

    http://docs.Oracle.com/CD/E11882_01/AppDev.112/e11830/sdo_util.htm#SPATL1240

You will need to do it in two steps, first from the center point to the temporary points towards the North, South, East and West. Then find the corners using offsets you have.

I would personally just make a function to do this, by the way the central point as geometry and then different offsets - returns the geometry of your polygon.

  • Gets the buffer and logical reads

    Hello!

The event buffer count gets include the logical reads?

Mertic buffer is the event of the cancellation stamp reading?

    Hello

Gets the buffer = number of times that a block was requested to buffer cache. A buffer always get request in a logical reading. Depending on whether or not a copy of the block is available in the buffer cache, a logical read may or may not involve a physical read. So 'buffer gets' and "logical reads" are essentially synonymous and are often used interchangeably.

Oracle is not a special "buffer of cancellation. Undo blocks are stored in rollback segments in UNDO tablespace and are managed in the same way data blocks are (they are even protected by redo). If get consistent requires the reading of UNDO tablespace, then the counters statistics will show that there is a more consistent get in your autotrace.

  • PHSICAL and logic

    Hi Experts,

The Structure of DB Oracle divided into two parts physical and logical.
Tablespace are logical, so why its taking space? in another aspect, we have the data files which contains spaces, I am little confused on this issue.

    Please explain.

    Thank you.

    Willy says:
    Christian Christmas,

You take on the terminology, and I wonder about the need.

I'll try to answer this question.

If we use directly the physical data files to specify where a table is to be stored, it makes things very complex. Data file is full. Table needs to have more space. What now?

Resize this data file? That is not possible.

Use a new data file or a different data file? Not really effective that means now have to keep track of each used unique data file, what objects are in each of these many data files, and how much free space there is in a data file.

If we use a tablespace instead, it's much easier. Need more space? Add a new data file to the tablespace. No need to modify the table and tell him to use a new data file for storage.

At the tablespace level, we have a logical container that is pleasant and easy to use for the data objects and index to use. We add new physical data for this container files to increase the size. We can do that without having to update all objects using that container for storage - as it is needless to say to these objects now use the new data file.

The tablespace concept provides a clear separation between the physical and logical storage layer. That means that the objects we create must be assigned to a logical storage container that is easy to use and flexible to deal with. Our objects do not know the level of physical storage. Don't need to know the directories and file names or raw device names, from the physical layer.

  • Can I do a guest who sees 2 physical and logical 4 processors? (i.e. dual-core)

I have several dual socket, dual-core PE2950s running ESXi 3.5.  I started to migrate to ESXi 4 on a Dell R900, wall 6-hearts.  I have only one application (InDesign Server) under Win2003 which is licensed per CPU; on the PE2950s, when I assigned 4 virtual CPUs, the app saw 2 physical and logical 4 processors.  This allowed the program to run, he's looking for "2 CPUs" and I'm assuming that he studied the logical number of CPUS, but he treated 4 concurrent threads, one on each core (this is how it is supposed to work).   However, when I moved the virtual machine to the R900 and awarded 4 vCPUs, she saw 4 logic and physics 4, and the app has refused to run.  I can assign 2 vCPUs, but then it will try to launch the 2 threads by heart, to me give only half the speed.

So the question is, can I have the VM guest to see a CPU "dual core"?  If I assign 2 dual-core processors, it would solve my problem.  Thank you!

  • DS3300 Design - RAID and logical drive configuration

    Hello

I'm setting up a dual controller DS3300 with VMWare ESX 3.5 hosts x 2 connection using the iSCSI Software initiator.  I have a question about setting up the optimal training.  What I read I should set up several logical drives, and then assign each player owner of another favorite controller logic.  I have 12 300 GB drives, so I thought I would create a RAID5 11 with 1 spare drive Bay.  I would create logical units of 4 x size equal and each of the 4 controllers will then assign that traffic is spread in the controllers for optimal performance.

A1 and B2 to go to a different physical switch (vlan) and B1, A2 go to another.  Each ESX Server has 2 vswitches each with a single network adapter with each going to a different physical switch.

Can anyone tell if the RAID and the design logical drive is the best way to go for a flow optimal iSCSI?  I'm not asking about this type of raid to use - I don't need a raid 1/0 or a mixture of performance - I'm afraid only for best performance of iSCSI for RAID5.  Can I create several RAID5 arrays and logical drives or simply several logical drives?

    Thank you

    Ian

If you have 2 controllers in your storage space then the best config (with 12 disks) must be set up 2 bays of R5 - each of them has its owner controller.

Included logical readers will have the same owner under the parent array controller. Logical readers could be about 300-500 GB on the size. A big R5 isn't the best practice because of the likelihood of the failure of the double disc (for example during the time of reconstruction). A spare part is a must here.

On Esx site I would keep everything simple - 2 network cards, a vmkernel iscsi port. More complexity you will get no more flow (with storage).

Just for notice - DS3000 series gives quite more random ios on R10 in comparison to the R5.

Just to add the open text of Vihang Astik that for physical standby, with 11g you can now have the database read write (new features).

  • Risks and impacts on the changes in the physical and logical structures used in ODI

What are the risks and impacts on the changes in the physical and logical structures used in ODI?

I wonder what can be changed and the risks and impacts that may occur changes in the physical and logical structures used in projects of ODI?

You should not change the name of logic. Because in ODI, each model is connected to a logic diagram.
You shouldn't be changing technology too because that would need a change to all models and the KMs that have been used in the development of interfaces and procedures, etc.

Nothing under the physical schema can be changed for example. Connection, user, etc.
ODI uses the logical schema. And it matches the physical schema in the runtime using contexts.

  • Julian and Logic Pro problem

art of sound of hope will read this

Thanks for your help with before Julian.

Julian will not be synchronized with the logic

I read the guide and the external clock selected and the keys and I got the right port enabled in logic and synchronization enabled but now zillion don't sync at all. He did it for a while but then it stopped working the Middle session and now nothing works well.

    am I missing something?

    Thank you

    Hello...

I had a similar problem when I had my Zillion... This has worked great and synchronized to the logic but then after a few days it has stopped responding to the midi clock and I couldn't work out why.

Fortunately, the solution is pretty simple once you know the trick...

Do a hard reset while the Zillion is not connected to Midi...

    HARD RESET

A hard reset will take care of all of the default settings just like the soft reset procedure, will also receive notes in all scales of the user to a height value of C2.

Demarrer start with the power off, hold down the - key and switch on the device.

Press and hold the - key until the display shows serial number units.

  • New power supply and logic board?

I need to get a new power supply and the logic board put in my iMac - when I did, this is my iMac will be indented from the base/settings (i.e. will I need to put everything on my external hard drive to backup) or will all my personal data / records/work etc., always be on it?

All your data, applications, and settings are on the hard drive, if that is not replaced everything will be as it was. That said, you should always have a backup before you take your mac at home.

I don't know why, but it seems that Garage Band and not Logic Pro X.

  • LabVIEW RT time loops and logical cores

The RT 1 stage indicates that you should only use a single timed loop for each CPU whose computer if you want that the loop to be deterministic. When you use a computer with processor containing multiple logical cores within a single processor, can you have a loop timed for all logical cores with them while being deterministic and guaranteed to run at the time?

If we take the example of a processor like the Core i7 which has a processor but 4 'real' nuclei and an additional 4 via Hyperthreading...

First, disable Hyperthreading because they don't are NOT actual carrots and won't benefit from the execution of RT.

The other 4 hearts everything will work loops just as if they were 4 separate processors.

I don't understand how you can have multiple processors, but one heart, it normally is the opposite, a single CPU (physical processor) to multiple cores (processing units) separate.  The terminology varies, however.
