  Have you tried a forced reboot? Hold down the home and Sleep/Wake buttons simultaneously for about 15-20 seconds , until the Apple logo appears. You won't lose anything.

  Then sign out of the iTunes Store and reconnect.

  Where can I find the "codec" above to download?  This will solve my problem?  Any advice to avoid this problem in the future?

  M4A is not a compatible format. The simple solution
  is to convert .m4a files in .wma format and
  then import into Movie Maker.

• New iPhone 7, impossible to make purchases on credit.

  I just bought the new iPhone 7. I started it as a new phone and just signatories in my iCloud for my photos, pictures, etc. that I just tried to buy an app and it was denied. I have same credit itunes so I know this isn't a card problem. I made sure that my credit card information was correct in the case that caused a hang upwards.

  If you have a credit or debit card on your account it must be a valid card, regardless of the question of if you have a balance on your account which covers the total price of the item (if you are an Organizer from family to family sharing you can not use your balance). If the card is not accepted, you can try logging on to the account (not trying to download something) and see if you get the 'none' option so you can remove the card: change or delete your Apple ID - Apple Support payment information

• Pages open to Thad but cannot make purchases

  Firefox will work, but when you go to some sites it does not put items in my shopping cart or shopping. IE works fine. This occurs only on certain sites not all of them. I uninstalled FF and re-installed, but it did not help.

  This is recorded as development request. See note:

  Account generator was not called in the process REQIMPORT [ID 315854.1]

  To work around to try to call generator account when inster register on Po_Requisitions_Interface_All.
  There are budget_account_id, accrual_account_id, variance_account_id, and charge_account_id fields.

  I can't use Touch ID to make purchases in the App Store or ITUNES. When I try, I get the normal connection, but then a new pop up without my user ID and I have to disable Touch ID to get anything.

  I see that you can use is no longer touch ID for purchases in the App Store or iTunes. I use Touch ID all the time in these applications, so I know how useful this feature is. I have a few things I want to try.

  First of all, please use ID use on iPhone and iPad Touch and make sure Touch ID is set up exactly how it is in this article, in particular, this section:
  
  

  Manage your ID Touch settings

  Go to settings > Touch ID & password to manage these settings:

  • Turn Touch ID active or disabled for access code, iTunes and App Store or Apple pay.
  • Register up to five fingerprints. Each new copy could do fingerprint recognition take a little longer.
  • Tap on a fingerprint to rename it to.
  • Swipe to delete a fingerprint.
  • A trace in the list by pressing the Home button. Corresponding printing in the list is highlighted briefly.

  In iOS 10, you must press the home button using Touch ID to unlock your device. To unlock your device using Touch ID without pressing the Home button, go to settings > general > accessibility > Home button and turn on the finger remains open.

  

  Then double - tap the "home" button and drag up to close the App Store application.

  Finally, restart your iPhone, reopen the app from the App Store and test to see if you get the same question.

  Having authority over which can buy children is a great feature to ask to buy. Take a look at ask and make purchases with Ask to buy it shows that in-app purchases is included.

  I don't know if you can go to an Apple Store and buy an iTunes card it.  Note also despite the confusing Apple policy of any appeal 'Apps' now, what you are running on an iPod and you run on a computer are not the same (for now at least).
