Hi, I have a storage device 'Transcend', but when I connect it it gives me "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43) »

. in the last ididnt have had problems with this unit. what I can do.

    Shirly

    Hello

    1. What is the brand and model of the device of Transcend storage?

    2. other USB devices work on your computer?

Error code 43 indicates that one of the motors controlling the unit notified the operating system that the device failed in some way.

    Method 1:

    Step 1:

I suggest you try plug the storage device Transcend to another computer and check if it works.

    Step 2:

Also, try to connect the Transcend storage device on another USB port and check if it's work (which you know are working perfectly).

    Method 2:

You can run the diagnostic Fixit tool. Check out the following link.

Hardware devices do not work or are not detected in Windows http://support.Microsoft.com/mats/hardware_device_problems/

    Method 3:

You can check after uninstalling and reinstalling the USB controller. Follow the steps.

    (a) click Start and then click Control Panel.

    (b) click System and Maintenance, click System, and then click Device Manager.

Note: If Control Panel is in Classic view, double-click System and then click on Device Manager.

If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password, or click on allow.

    (c) in Device Manager, double-click to expand the "USB Bus controllers", right click on the controller host, click "Uninstall" and click "OK".

Check that if at all, there is an exclamation point on the pilot, it suggests problems with the installed driver.

    (d) repeat step 2 to uninstall all items under 'USB Bus controllers'.

Then, restart your computer and Windows 7 will automatically reinstall all USB controllers.

  • All deauthorise & manage devices

    Hello

After a clean install of Windows my PC appears twice in "manage devices". I can't delete the old one (button remove grayed out because the unit has signed in the last 30 days).

I thought 'Deauthorise All' could solve the problem, so I clicked on it... the message of not being able to deauthorise within 90 days appeared so I guess it exercise was carried out... but all my PC's are always in the "device management".

Must "Deauthorise All" withdrew all PC to "Manage devices" or are these separate things?

    Thanks in advance,

    SJW

These are different things. Authorization/deauthorising only applies to iTunes on the computer and an account may be authorized to the maximum of 5 computers at a time-, there is no time limit to allow/deauthorising of individual computers, you can do it as often as you want ("deauthorise all" cannot be done once every 12 months). Allowing you to play this content of accounts and synchronize on iPods and iOS devices.

Devices of management section lists the computers or devices that are associated with an account for example by redownloading past purchases on them, to aid automatic downloads, iTunes game: view and delete associated devices in iTunes - Apple Support

Once associated, you cannot remove the link until 90 days have passed (I believe it's an attempt to try to stop people by logging into their account on other computers, and redownloading people and sharing of purchases).

You can have a total of 10 devices/computers associated with an account, but as a computer must also be allowed until he could become associated, at least 5 of the 10 can be computers.

  • Error code 43 (Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems) on nividia 8800 gt graphics card

I have a computer with dual nvidia geforce 8800 gt graphics card graphics cards, but I recently started getting the following in my device manager error message: "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43) »

I started getting this message out of the blue after moving from my computer to another room.  I knowingly did not change anything on my PC and have been released for about 2.5 years with no real problems to speak of her.  I tried to uninstall and reinstall the latest driver from nvidia and had no luck.  I don't have access to the nvidia due to the device being disabled control panel.  Also I tried to restore my PC to a previous save point with no luck as well.  A short reading on nvidia forums led me to try a registry scan and repair, but alas it was without result.

Any advice on what could be the cause of the problem and the best solution would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi rd,.

You could try to remove one of the cards, then update the driver.

They should use the same driver and may be coflicting at startup.

You should also check the power supply if it is a few years old.

Also make sure it is off enough electricity for the installation of the split card.

  • nVidia graphics disappeard Manager devices, unable to re - install the driver.

Three days earlier, when I start my computer it didn't detec my offboard nVidia card (detected only my onboard Intel graphics card). When I tried to re - install the nVidia Driver, I get the error: "this graphics driver cannot find compatible graphics hardware.

I browsed the community and found someone who had a similar problem (http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_7-hardware/nvidia-graphic-card-does-not-show-up-in-device/d773c616-7767-47c0-94be-b35d77727941)

    So I tried the following:

    -------------------------------------------------------------------------

    Method 1:

First of all, I suggest you to run the following Microsoft Fixit to get the problem automatically detected and corrected. This fixit checks if the device is currently disabled or turned off or the driver is not installed.

Hardware devices do not work or are not detected in Windows.

    http://support.Microsoft.com/mats/hardware_device_problems/en-us

    Method 2:

Sometimes, some devices in Device Manager are hidden by corrupt or missing drivers.

Follow the steps below to view devices hidden in the device manager and troubleshoot accordingly.

    1. Press the Windows key + X
    2. Select prompt (Admin)
    3. Type set devmgr_show_nonpresent_devices = 1 and press enter
    4. Type Start DEVMGMT. SMC and press ENTER.
    5. Once in Device Manager hit the view menu and select Show hidden devices.

From there, remove every instance of the Nvidia card you see as well as each unknown device. Quit Device Manager and reinstall the latest you can find for your graphics card drivers.

After installing the drivers, reboot and see if you get different results.

    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I haven't worked out, so I updated my BIOS, re-installed all the drivers of my motherboard and the problem is still...

I have a motherboard Intel DH55HC Hunter Cove, I have not any material changes before the problem and the graphics card cooler works great when the PC is turned on.

    Can someone help me please?

So three years ago, you didn't do no software changes is? Not the new drivers and Windows updates?

    The Nvidia gpu, btw?

-If the machine has been moved or struck some dust may have got into the PCIe slot.

With the machine unplugged, remove the card, clean the slot with a small brush and reposition the map.

    and the power/s connector.

-Do you have a System Restore Point that dates back to before that you had first of all the problem?

If so, do a restore at this time there can help, if the card is not failing.

-Try the card in another machine, or another card in your machine, would also help determine

    If the card is faulty.

-I think that the Nvidia card should show in Manager devices without worrying, but after the BIOS update

have you checked in the BIOS to check graphics Nvidia isn't somehow it disabled?

EDIT: After looking at the other thread, I see you have uninstalled and reinstalled the

    NVIDIA drivers already-

-Drivers Nvidia graphics and components (PhysX, etc.) still listed in programs and features?

If so, try to uninstall, reboot, and reinstall this driver

(If you did not remove the Nvidia folder in C:\ you can reinstall the drivers from there.

It is there that the installer download you "unpacks" the files before installing).

The code 43 error means that Device Manager will stop a hardware device, because the material reported to Windows that is having some sort of problem not specified.

I need some clarification from your end to refine the question.

  • Power of fire effect registration of managed devices Management Center?

    Hello

I have a solution that was rolled out with an incorrect hostname of the Manager of FMC on each managed SFR.

When you do a show module sfr, I get the correct ip address for CME.

    First question :

1 / is the name of the CMF locally on each managed SFR arbitrary? My ASA see the output reveals that the LICO sees the correct ip address for our CME. But our SFR currently has a host name incorrect due to an incorrect/old dns at configuration time record

    For example

    ASA CLI

    View details of sfr module

    Addr DC: X.X.X.X (ip address)

    connected to the sfr module

    console session sfr

    > Display managers
    Type: Manager
Host: incorrect.name.com (which is no longer corresponds to the IP above)
    Inscription: finished

    Second Question

Can I change the hostname of a CME without registration of effect to all managed devices or the SSL certificate? The company wants to use firepower.internal.different.com

    For example,.

    CMF hostname is currently

    Firepower.Name.com

DNS for its ip address is now

    Firepower.Internal.different.com

The SSL certificate currently refers to CN of firepower

You can change the host name by using the following command: -.

    > set up network hostname ABCDEF

Its best to re-register the device once more. When you save the unit, it will automatically create a UUID between the Firesight and firepower to keep the communication channel. In your case if the UUID is the host name and you change the host name after registration of the device then it can lead to problems of connectivity communication channel.

I did a restore to windows from the hard drive partition, (turns out was unnecessary, problem turned have been bad screen I should have caught before to do reinstall). Month? Thanks, I went to the start menu > type devmgmt.msc > left click on the result > right-click on Bluetooth radio > click left adapter > click on disable /OK. • AMD Radeon HD: Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)

In my device manager, in graphics cards, for my AMD Radeon 7500,7600 M graphics card in the series, the properties display the following error message:
"Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43) »

Can someone help me understand this error? Why would he stop? What would be my next steps to try to solve it?

    See you soon,.

    Sam

Hi thanks for trying, but the Dell drivers are those which deal with the problem of restart.

I find the most recent driver Intel HD 4000 (Win64_15313_intel) and installed version, then I installed the latest drivers AMD (13-4_mobility_win7_win8_64_dd_ccc_whql_AMD) on the site of AMD. This solved my problems and my graphics card works fine now.

So yes, just repeat those it tells me to install when I get my serial number and OS (Windows 7) were:

    Intel: 5423_Video_Driver_T6XGJ_WN_8.15.10.2669_A02

    AMD: 5423_Video_Driver_VGR24_WN_8.951.9.0_A02

And these caused problems without end - the graphics card would not work, and then when I installed drivers from AMD, Dell, it would cause my system to reboot every 2 or 3 minutes. It looked like some kind of incompatibility between the two graphics cards and the drivers provided.

The other representative of Dell told me the same thing that you - so I wanted to post my solution in case anyone else has this problem.

  • Unknown device: Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems (Code 43).

I have Windows 7 Ultimate. Recently an unknown device keeps popping up in the device manager every time that I start to win. It is reported the location is in the front USB hub, but I haven't changed it anything lately. The device status says "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems (Code 43)". I can uninstall or disable it but it will get picked up again the next time that I reboot. All other usb devices (mouse, keyboard, webcam, UPS APC, external hard drive, printer) work very well. How can I get rid of this nuisance so that it is not reappear?

If the problem coincided with connecting the inverter APC that may indicate the problem is with the inverter.

Somewhat similar situation discussed in the following link:

    http://www.velocityreviews.com/forums/t527369-APC-ups-USB-as-unknown-device.html

Your situation sounds similar as "Information system" leading the 'problem of the device' has an error Code "this device is working properly" but still "unknown device".

I would say to detach from the APC UPS of the computer and uninstall any software related.

Restart the computer and see if the "Unknown device" problem resolves.
