  This isn't a 9.2 e-mail feature in itself. Some settings must be changed at the same time. Mail is not a parameter to mail to disappear of itself, but it could be defined mail disappear other systems or devices access the same mail server and account.

  Archive messages or move them to some other local mailboxes or mailboxes on the server. Don't know what you are trying to do because it appears that you have 2/3 of your hard disk.

  I can't know what "all patches" you've tried, but:

  Make sure that the system restore does not monitor the external drive.  SR does need to control the system drive and to the system drive, SR has only about 1 GB of space max.  Make a right click my computer and select properties then the System Restore tab to configure SR.

  Make sure that the Indexing Service is turned off (at least for the external drive).  To disable disk indexing completely, which will also speed up your computer a bit, see http://lifehacker.com/031440/turn-off-indexing-and-speed-up-windows-xp.  For the external drive, right-click on the drive icon in my computer, select properties and uncheck the indexing disc

  Nope... BB10 no longer use BIS, then how things were function is no longer relevant. Rather, via BB10, unit and your server are intended to be near replicas of the other (within the maximum period of 30 days). So what you do on one affect the other. You can, on the device, still "hide sent items" (as it was pre-BB10), so at least you won't see them in the device in the list of Messages.

  We hope all future versions of the operating system will provide certain functions and features we have all become so dependent on in the past. But for now, it is what it is.

  Windows Mail does not dbx files.  Copy the store directory of all message on the desktop of the new machine.  Then right-click on the file and go to properties and make sure that they are not read-only.  Then go to file | Import | Messages in WinMail and choose the format from Windows Mail 7 and point to this directory.   See also here for general information: www.oehelp.com/backup.aspx#wm
   
  If you can not always get messages in folders, you can create a new folder in WinMail and open it so that it displays a list of empty message.  Then, open up one of the subdirectories containing eml files in Explorer and drag an eml file on top of the list of message empty folder and drop and you will see it is embedded in the file.  Once you get a job, you can drag and drop all eml files at a time, as long as they are only the eml files.

I did a complete search on my C drive and nothing. How can I get these old records imported without this file?

  They are attachments because you drag another file in addition to the eml files.  When you select the eml files to ensure that they areonly the eml files and then it will work.

  The BIG problem is: the only Windows Mail messages are when I started it up after recovery of 3 years and more - they come from my old pc.  It is not all messages generated or received since I have this pc.

  The second problem is sometimes when I try to send from within Internet Explorer, when I click on the Page, click on "send link by e-mail" or "send page by e-mail".  I get an error message that says: "default mail client not properly installed. But not always.  What is everything?

  Thanks for any help in the search for my posts.

  Is there a way to check on the device if a Push message is received without writing a device application? I do a thrust of BES PAP for device port 8888 and the BES server responds with a status of "Accepted", but I can t find a way to confirm that the message was actually received by the device.
