    Help, please!

What version of Mac OS do you have? I guess it's 10.6.8 which is not supported by the App Builder. You need to update to a newer version of Mac OS.

    Hello

I have an Acer with Vista SP2. It has no boot and auto repair after that I stupidly shut the computer manually during a Windows Update.

Now Windows does not start, and the auto repair / recovery options have failed three times. Initially he gave me a (?) I have however system virus detection function then it off after that repair failed the first time.

I bought a second hand computer and I have no original discs and I can't find a manually created recovery disc I thought I made some time ago. • Application Manager displaying a label "updated" next to the software I have not actually

I uninstalled and deleted the whole CS I had previously for download and license it cc.

Now I could not download the software again from the handler Application displays an "updated" next to the programs, I had (but do not have more). I checked several times and I have all the files associated with Adobe, other than the application manager. I can only download the software that I didn't have before, and the strangest thing for me is that I am still able to "update" the software.

Anyone knows what to do or has the same problem?

    Hi Danielle,

In addition to the suggestion of Rock Star, you can try the following steps and check if it helps.

    Step 1

You can first try to start the computer in safe mode and check if you can boot to the desktop. Access the link below and follow the steps to boot to the desktop. To boot to the desktop in safe mode keep tapping key F8 during restart. Once you see the option to start in safe mode select and press to enter.

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/start-your-computer-in-safe-mode

    Step 2

If you are able to boot to the desktop in safe mode, you can access to view the history of update on your computer and search for the error code and the updates that failed to install and post it back.

To view the update history, follow the steps below:

    A. open the control panel (all items view) and click the Windows Update icon.

    B. click on the link to view update history.

To view the details of a single Windows Update. Select and right-click on a Windows Update list, and then click details.

    Step 3

I would say also allows you to perform a system restore in safe mode to see if you can restore the computer to an earlier date when it was working fine.

To restore the operating system to an earlier point in time, follow these steps:

    a. Click Start, type system restore in the search box and then in the list click on the system restore program.

If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type your password or click on continue.

    b. in the System Restore dialog box, click on choose a different restore point and then click Next.

    c. in the list of restore points, click a restore point created before you started having the problem, and then click Next.

    d. click Finish.

The computer restarts and system files and settings are back to the State they were in when the restore point was created.

Access the link below to learn more about how to repair the operating system and how torestore configuring operatingsystem to a point in time earlier in Windows:

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/what-is-system-restore

I hope this helps. Let us know the results.

  • PC has not successfully restarted after the installation of updates

    Hello

I have been updated with Windows Update and asked to restart my PC after the installation is complete, however, my computer froze just at that moment, so I had to press the power button to force it to close. So I don't a not properly restart but forced my PC to stop and I have not a screen saying "Configuring updates" as usual (because there is no restart appropriate but just a forced to close). When I turned on my PC back, I thought that all updates have been lost or screwed up because I don't restart the PC correctly, however, instead, windows said it was "Configuring updates" (from 0% to 30%) and 30%, he said he has been stop and then rebooted my machine and these updates have been 100% configured/installed.

So my question is, were all 100% installed as said windows updates or was it just a fake reviews? Because I forced my PC to stop rather than restart it when all updates to complete the installation.

In addition, argues that all updates have been installed successfully in the "Installed updates" menu, too. Please let me know if it of a false notice or not.

    Thank you

    T.

When you are prompted by the User Account Control feature, click "continue".

    2. do one of the following

    * If there is a recommended restore point, click on choose a different restore point and then click Next.

    * If there no restore points recommended in the list, simply click next to continue.

  • LaserJet M1132: LaserJet M1132 deleted and could not be installed after update latest version 10 of Windows!

3 days ago 10 Windows installed in my computer suddenly updated. After the update and reboot my PC, Wndows 10 deleted my laserjet m1132 system completely! And now I can't install it again, cause Windows 10 says that my printer driver is 'suspect' and it will be disabled instalation! Auto-detection of the companions of the local HPSupport site do see no printer connected to my PC completely! And PC does not say that all the new devices were connected. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

    Hey @fliperUA,

    Welcome to the HP forums!

I see that your Laserjet M1132 will not be installed on your PC Windows 10. I can help with that.

To install the drivers, we will do the following:

    1. If you have the USB cable connecting the printer to your computer, then remove it.
    2. Uninstall all the software your system associated with the printer.
    3. Disable all firewalls, antivirus, ad-blockers and similar programs on your PC.
    4. Download the latest drivers for your printer by clicking on this link.
    5. If the installer asks you to insert the USB cable then plug the cable at the time.

This should allow you to install the drivers for your printer. If it does not then please let me know what error messages you see now and I should be able to help more.

I hope this helps and I hope you have a great week!

    Hi Nathalie,.

Thanks for the reply and the link to the article. I appreciate it. While I was not having trouble to download updates, it was one of the update of the files froze during installation. I had gel resulting set before your answer.

I'm not sure what I did to fix it, but the installed annoying file itself. Here are the steps I took to learn that annoying file has been installed:

    "I restarted my computer.

"then stop it showed that he was trying to install the file again

"I hit the reset button on my machine.

"My machine is restarted, I received the message that my machine was not correctly stop and choose Safe mode or start normally.

    "I chose boot normally.

"Somewhere during the start-up, something installed or flashed a message

"My system automatically restarted by itself.

"On my screen, my computer displays a message saying it was set up my system.

    'My computer restarted again

"Back to my login screen, I had a repeat of the previous message from my computer's configuration.

"After that over, I arrived at my office

    "I've manually run Windows Update

"After Windows Update, I checked the files available, disabled the original file in question and click the button install.

"These files correctly installed and gave a message requesting to restart."

    "I rebooted my system manually.

"Back in my office, I manually tried to install the file in question.

"It gave me a message that it was already installed.

How he installed himself is a mystery. Other than on the first attempt to update my machine, it has NEVER included in my another attempt to update. Anyway, my machine is purring along as if nothing had happened.

    You can mark my question.

    Thanks for your help,
