  MS integrates with iTunes / Windows Media Player.

  If you manage your music to one of them and have playlists then MS is a great way to sync your playlists on your phone (plus, you get album art).  Also, if you update your playlists, next time you sync, just copy the new music more that you added.

  If you come to have your music in folders and want it on the phone, and then dragging / drop works fine.  (Some people just don't like dealing with the files in this way).

  The media card is reserved for 'media'... as you say. Photos, videos, music, files/documents.

  You do not want to move your contacts to your SIM card, because the SIM card is designed to contain only a single name/one number and no email address, nothing else. Instead, make a backup of your old device using the BlackBerry Desktop Software and then restore this backup on your new device, if you had done a previous backup.

  Do you have BlackBerry Protect installed on the old device? If Yes, when you sign in to your BlackBerryID for the new device, you can use your BlackBerry Protect data to restore on the new device.

  HIII everybody... Since a few days what ever multimedia file arrives on my sound card be displayed in format of rem. I am able to use it on my bb, but whenever I try to the excess of my media card with my laptop, I cannot browse these files because they come from the real format which is unsatisfactory format in a laptop. I disable my encryption too but still... Any suggestion guys?

  The SD card in my blackberry 8330 came from another smartphone. I can use all my ringtones and images. But the SD card is inaccessible because it's encrypted content. Is there anyway to move the data to the phone and then reformat the SD card and then bring back the data on the SD card? I would use a larger but need my ringtone and photos SD card. Help

  With the BlackBerry device powered time, remove battery for a few seconds and then reinsert the battery to restart.

  See if it is hidden. From the main screen hold down your ALT key, then click on an icon and choose Show all. See if you see the icon of your media then. If you do just ALT + click on it and uncheck Hide

  Connect your device via USB cable and open the Desktop Manager. If the photos are in the device memory and then click Media to transfer to PC.

  Turns out that ATT had me on their business plan and not the personal (with tethering the phone and the whole software Setup was weird - including the browser... that didn't go to page net media (don't ' don't ask me how).)

  Send them a maintenance book and now it works - oddly enough!

  Access the media app.  Open the menu and select "explore".  Then browse around and move the files from one place to another.

  I just changed the inclination of AT & T for the Curve 8330 on Verizon's network, and so far I'm in love. I'm having a problem however, the "Media" icon is missing and I can't seem to get it back.

  What I tried:

  -"OPTIONS - ADVANCED OPTIONS - HOST the TABLES of ROUTING CLICK on IT. "MENU KEY-SELECT REGISTER NOW" fix.

  -The 'Email SETTINGS - SERVICE - SEND SERVICE BOOKS' difficulty.

  -Soft Powercycle.

  All to nothing does not.  The media icon is still missing. Any ideas?

  Nevermind, I'm a * beep *. Apparently the media icon has been moved to the file 'Documents To Go', and I just had to bring it back up to the main screen.

  Well, simply mark the song/pic and clikc on features. That tells you where it is stored and how the file is great etc etc

  the media Application is part of the operating system and cannot be deleted. You have one, but it can be hidden in the home screen icons.
