• RoboHelp 10 package project files

  I need packet (zip) RoboHelp several project files that I'm in transition out of this project. Is it necessary for me compress all folders and files related to a project? If this is not the case, what are the key files that I need to save. I plan on creating zip files and they are stored on the SharePoint Server. Thank you.

  I am running RH (installed in Program Files x 86) 11 on a Win 7 (64-bit) machine.  I just created a new project with a lot of folders/subfolders and a single topic welcome.  This project compiles fine using the RoboHelp interface.  However, when I run RHCL from the command prompt, it refuses to start.

  Here are the details of the order and the results:

  Thank you.  What I discovered yesterday, it was that after the project SVN on my local machine to test the command line build process, somehow some of the FPJs was missing!  Because the folders containing the missing FPJs were empty, I guess GUI HR could ignore and compile correctly.  It turns out that I have somehow missed tried all FPJs in source control.  Once I got all the archived FPJs, when I refresh svn at the local level, the construction of the command line worked well.

• How to open a CC 2015.5 project in the previous version please?

  There are so many problems with the last update, it isn't funny here.

  I reinstalled the previous version of CC 2015 but now have a new problem - projects worked in the latest version will not open in the oldest one.

There is a games bar under the video through which I can to pause the video, but I was wondering if there is a way to disable the Autorun of these videos feature?

  But it doesn't seem to work.

  First of all, we need to clarify your use of the term "video". When Captivate generates the output, that it may be in the form of a video, for example an MP4 file or it may be in the form of a 'video', but instead, which means a SWF of Flash from Adobe file.

  Hello

  I'm trying to insert an excerpt (I tried adding new and using existing ones) in a subject.

  The code snippet displays in the Editor pane and also in the output pdf control and in the subject preview pane.

  However when I opened the HTML directly from windows Explorer, the code snippet does not appear. One of my outings use these html files and I'm eager to make the most of the functionality of the code snippet.

  Any tips?

  When you insert a snippet, which you're really insert is a code in the HTML code that looks like this:

  

  This code will have to be dealt with during the build process to insert the actual information extracted.

  RoboHelp is not similar to other editors HTML in that you simply edit can be used immediately. Working with RoboHelp projects is similar to the use of ingredients to prepare a dish. You will need to cook the dough biscuits to have cookies!

  How can I add a 11 robohelp project to version control, where we have subversion but not RoboHelp SharePoint Connector?

  I created a new project and selected add file, Version control, to Version control. The only option I have is connector SharePoint RoboHelp. It give me any option to point directly to the repository server. We have no connector SharePoint RoboHelp. We have Subversion on our new server, but we have not PushOK. Can we use subversion version control and do not use do not PushOK?

  There are 2 ways to use Subversion: with the plugin and without plugin.

  1. You manage without plugin, check and verify with the client subversion and RoboHelp will work as if you use source code control. I would not recommend this option.

  And re-attached the router line.

  It doesn't seem to work now.

• First Elements 11. Cannot open the project (file PREL) in point 8.1 of Windows.

  I created the project (file PREL) in the first 11 elements in the Windows 7 Professional environment. I was able to open it without problem.

  When you import media source in a first Elements (any version), you are not importing real media. What you have in the media of the project are copies of the originals which are stored in the designated place hard drive. But the project needs to trace these originals to the save location as they were when they were imported in the project. If you move the source media, delete rename them or even that they are in the folder, you will encounter some bad media reconnect issues. At this point, the message "Where is the file...?" that you get when you try to reopen the saved closed project will be a major asset by her reconnects. Alternatively, you can use the function replace images for her reconnects.

  That I was developing an effect, I built projects to test things out.  Now, however, I have added a new parameter to an effect, and when I open the projects that contain the same effect of the older generation, I get the following three error messages:

  Why this happens, and what I can do, if anything, to prevent this problem from happening.

  what you need to do is to make sure that the params of the older version are

  get the exact DISK_ID even in params_setup, as they did in the old

  Version.

  new params must get a new DISK_ID. Note that the DISK_ID order

  NOTHING to do with the order of param.

  If a parameter in the old version had DISK_ID = 3, and was the 3rd in the user interface, and

  in the new version, it is in the #5 index, it should still get DISK_ID 3.

• No way to prevent the dupes in the Premiere project file?

  Due to working with the PluralEyes as well as several editors on the same project, I deal with the importation of many XML and PRPROJ in project files existing files I've worked with.

  This, on a large scale, is becoming untenable because every time I import work of another editor or a synchronized sequence, I receive duplicates of all my assets in the project. I'm trying to understand if there any way to have first check to see if the media is already imported and that the media in the imported reference sequence? If this isn't the case, I'll only to be big project files with multiple references to the same support, because me and my other editors work with the same media, but for different sequences.

  As far as I know, when you import an XML or even a sequence of another project of creation, it creates new key elements for each element used in the imported sequence. It does not recognize that you already have a main part that you use in another sequence which refers to the same media.

  So if you want to keep the two sequences in your project, you must keep the two main elements. If you delete a main element of your bin, it won't stay in the sequence that is references to him, he'll cut off, leaving a big smoking crater where there was once. Even if the sequence is not open now. It's one of the things I loved about FCP7. You could remove each of your master clips and your sequence would be totally unchanged. You could even recreate the main elements by dragging your sequence in the trash.

  I think that if there is really no way to manage these duplicates, it is a HUGE problem for professionals who work in environments with several publishers. First, our project files are quickly turning into nightmares and work is often deleted or lost.

  I want to see:

  -Smart handling media in the import of sequences and projects. First must look at the location of the file and folder names and try to recreate a link to any media duplicate. If he stumbles, he must ask for help as the PCF.

  -A media inspection to the consolidation feature. I would love to see an option for the inspection of your project for media duplicate references. When found, first must consolidate automatically.

  -Export of the rationalization sequence. You should be able to export a single sequence. I know there is a version of this in the project manager, but we know all that it should be easier than this!

  Difficult for me to convince major productions to make the transition to first where exist some small stupid things like this again...

  You can avoid duplicates in many cases, but you must start each project with a few things in mind, especially if you work in a collaborative environment.

  • There will be a 'master' for each production project in which you are working. This project is read/write.
  • You import other projects of other collaborators via inspect the file of the project through the master project of Media Explorer (you can open several Media Browser and save several favorite media browsers). These projects are going to be read-only.
    • These items may be sequences, graphics, music, etc..,.
  • Before starting work on the main project, make sure that you enable 'Write XMP IDS in the files when importing' in Preferences > media.
    • This will tag each media element with a unique ID, which Premiere Pro allows to follow.
    • Then the application will recognize the duplicate items and avoid their display.
    • If a music video, graphics or other media Reference does not exist in the main project, an attachment point is imported to establish a main element.

  You can say "major productions" that it is the method used by the Coen brothers, teams of Assembly and Fincher. If you have any questions, please let me know.
