  I just got my i1 motorcycle for Boost today and all the days every time I try to get an App and success install syays it is loading, but then gives me a message stating "Download unsuccessful" why is this and how can it be solved?

  I have tested an app on dev alpha and comes to know about this problem.

  The app worked fine on 10.0.4 firmware but I did update 10.0.6 and now that it will fail.  When I say fail - it works but does not work.  Read more.

  I can pack and launch with ripple or install using graphical tool BB.  The app installs successfully by using the given debugging token and he launched yet, BUT it is empty.  On the ripple in windows, it tests fine.  Graphic help BB tool gives no error.  Remote web Inspector displays ZERO errors and displays the page loaded - can I debug the elements of the application, all the scripts, images etc...  On the screen of the phone is the dark grey background of blackberry.

• App does not load for some users

  As my first application, I thought I would do something quite simple, you know, to test the waters. It's a comic reader, basically an Viewer with unarchiving abilities.

  I tested with success on the Simulator, my z10 and four of z10s my colleague with different storage configurations (without sd card, 2 GB, 4 GB, etc...), never saw once a problem loading.

  I thought he was good to go. Approval, he passed so I guess that the inspectors of the app ran successfully as well.

  It's the four reviews I have so far three report app does not work yet. (And leave pretty nasty comments)

  Forum, the question I pose to you, it's having someone else had similar experiences? How some of you go on debugging this problem? How much stock should I put in too much negative comments?

  There is a known issue on some devices a few apps will stop working.

  OK, so maybe it's not the best place but being BB10 stunts I thought that this is the best place to ask...

  Anyone know if worn apps (like the playbook or other blackberry devices) who already have ratings and downloads... Will they HOLD these ratings and download numbers once BB10 goes live?

  I ask because when I look on App World (on the alpha device) all I see is litters apps at the top of the list. Now, some of them are major ports but most do not.

  So I wonder how this will work...

  1. Apps with event will keep their side and download numbers
  2. Do you think this helps or hurts native/cascades apps (since more likely apps do not have the same 'look and feel' as BB10 app)-more on BB10 is ideal for users and BlackBerry, but what new developers of cascades?
  3. How will this affect the Built for BlackBerry program (are transferred apps really build to BB10?)

  Just curious to know your opinion.

• Great app not recognized as such

  My great app is recognized as such the torch (emulator and device). But when I deploy it in the "BOLD", it fails to recognize it as a great app. Instead of inviting a reboot, it just says: "App has successfully installed" or similar.   Ah, that was a library (of mine) that depends on my app - the library was duff. The library has been OK even though it was duff.

  I corrected library and now when I deploy the application, I get the invitation to reboot!

  An alert saying that the library was duff (or the other library on deploy or deploy on app) reveal were more useful 'success' messages I received on both.

  OK, I solved the problem.  I still have questions using my PayPal account, but now I'm able to use my credit card.

  Here's what I did:

  1. Open the app Store
  2. Press the Windows key + C, then select settings
  3. Select the option menu: your account
  4. Select "Change user", then to connect to ANOTHER account. (I tried to simply connect to the same account again, and it did not work)
  5. Select the Add payment option (which should now work and load a menu)
  6. Close the menu and return to your old account using Exchange User
  7. Click on add payment option once again, it should now really open. (Assuming it wasn't before, that, for me, it wasn't)
  8. It will now allow you to add a payment, and I suggest strongly that add you payment options you have currently listed there.  I think there is a problem with the PayPal accounts in particular.
  9. Buy your favorite again, applications finally.
  10. Fact.

  My PayPal account still does not work after that.  Well, I think it has something to do with the settings "preferred payment method" Paypal.  It might be interesting to contact PayPal on this subject, because I am able to use regular credit cards perfectly well after this "correction".

• Cannot install the trial apps

  As I mentioned in my query, http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_8-windows_store/windows-store-trial-apps-not-installing/90fb4f61-2823-439d-af20-105c2d68b14d (which was not resolved), I've added Microsoft Account another user to my Windows 8, which was once installed the trial version of some applications (on another computer Windows 8). Now when I want to install the trial version of these applications using my own Microsoft Account, he says that I can not install them because a trial version of this software is already installed on my system (while the other account was used on another computer of Windows 8 to install the trial version... not mine!).   Well, I used my free hours to reach the roots of this. I've done some tests and finally managed to install these applications using my own Microsoft Account. Here's what I did:

  • Installed a temporary copy of Windows 8 on another partition.
  • Connected with my Microsoft account... always impossible to install these applications of the trial.
  • Added a new Account from Microsoft... impossible to install these applications on it also.
  • Removed from this facility.
  • Installed new Windows 8.
  • Connected with an another new Microsoft Account... able to install these applications of the trial.
  • Add my own Microsoft Account... installation started, apps appeared in "Your Apps", but gave the error code 0 x 80070585.
  • Restart the computer and went to my master installation of Windows 8... tried to install these applications from "Your Apps", but still the same error (trial apps already installed on this computer).
  • Restart the computer and went to the last Windows 8 installation (using my own Microsoft Account)... tried install apps 'Your applications', receive the 0x80073cf9 error code
  • Reboot computer and used again this latest Windows 8 installation (using my own Microsoft Account)... testing apps installed successfully.

  I don't know what has happened internally to make it work, but it sure is a bug in the Windows Store. I hope Microsoft can use my report to debug it.

  Note: These applications will not yet install on my main installation of Windows 8. Now try to install just takes me to the home from the store.

  Our stand-alone product team operations * scrolling * digital content (manuals and instructions, FAQ in several languages) through indesign which our devs then incorporate in the section "help" their android applications.  Essentially a book (offline) digital within an application.  The same manual is also printed paper to each end user.   This prevents content creation, creation and management of change in the trajectory of app development manuals and scalable operations manageable or process to get the design manuals.

  With overlays is more supported in Indesign and DPS only able to produce entire applications (as opposed to the half-measure app-ready content) is this process flow is now broken (or at least considerably compromised in terms of richness of indesign exports)?

  InDesign 2015 only works with the new Solution digital edition (aka DPS 2015) which is currently in beta. To get the necessary tools for you sign up for the beta Digital Publishing Solution. Beta program and download the beta tools, which will replace this Panel with the stuff of real overlay.

  If you want to use the current product of DPS your only option is to use InDesign CC 2014 or earlier. You cannot use InDesign CC 2015.
