  In the WMP library, you click on organize and select manage libraries - music. What places are? If there is no available location, remove them and also make sure that the default saving location is set. Do the same for the other libraries (videos, pictures, and Recorded TV).

  Thanks for this info and choosing the communities Support from Apple. I know how important is able to complete your update to El Capitan at a later date! The good news is that you can simply delete the "install Mac OS X" install app in the Applications folder on your Mac. Then you can open the Mac App Store when you're ready to update and restart the download from the tab updates or searching through the Mac App Store for El Capitan.   Step 1: Check if the problem exists in Mode without failure.

  1. is the Facebook-specific question?

  2. what browser do you use?

  3. What is the brand and model of the computer?

  4. have you made changes on the computer before this problem?

  5. are you able to hear the sound from the speakers?

  6. using a stand-alone microphone? Or a headset with external speakers?
