Memories of game does not recognize my video

I tried to upgrade my version of memories of playing, but he says it's in use that is not. How do I install the new version and it will solve the problem of not recognizing my recorded video?

Hi waypylant,

Welcome to the community of Sony!

How you have been updated in the program? Put you to update it via the software itself or by downloading a new version? The message may appear when the software is still underway and has not been properly closed. I suggest to restart your computer before you download the latest version of PlayMemories House. You can also uninstall the old version by going to the tab programs in your computer (inside the control panel for WIndows Applications on Mac) and install the new version after. Restart your computer once you have uninstalled the PMH.

  • CS6 Bridge does not recognize the videos but CS4 only

    Hi forum,

My copy of Bridge CS6 suddenly stopped showing a preview for video files image and does not play the two.  Lightroom 4.4 and Lightroom 5 also do not recognize the video files (in .mov, of .avi, clamps to m...).  My Lightroom used to have no problem playing them.

Bridge CS4 can see and play as usual.

I'm running OSX 10.8.5 have purged my cache in Lightroom, uninstalled and reinstalled video, updated Quicktime.

You need to reset the preferences.  Hold down the option key and launch Bridge.  You will get a window to reset.

  • installed the latest updates of windows 7... now the computer does not recognize my video files avi... says "format not supported".

I have installed the latest updates (02/27/10) and when I open sony vegas to edit some files avi... they were offline... when I tried to read with windows media player it says format not supported... before when I played these files, they would not have to synchronize audio... it never happened with my other computer with Vista... system restore solved the problem of format not supported... but so far has caused this problem? and what about the problems of synchronization? the files seem to sync when played with the hp program...

    Hi derlonewolf,

Because you performed a System Restore you would not be able to determine which update problem from occurring. You will have to wait for the update to your computer to determine the update that caused the problem. The update does not necessarily cause the problem to occur again. However, you can view the history of updates to updating history.

    1. open the control panel (all items view), and click the Windows Update icon.

    2. click on the link to view update history.

    3. to view the details of a single Windows Update-

    (A) select and right-click on a Windows Update list, and then click details.

    (B) click on close when finished.

As far as the question of timing is concerened, you can scan SFC on your computer and check if the problem persists.

Steps to perform a scan SFC:

    1. Click Start, click principally made programs, accessories, right-click Guest, and then click Run as administrator. If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password, or click on allow

    2. type the following command and press ENTER:
    sfc/scannow
[The command sfc /scannow. analysis of all protected system files and replaces incorrect versions with appropriate Microsoft versions.]

A message appears indicating that "the system scan will start. Be patient, because the analysis may take some time

    3. If all the files require that a SFC replace will replace them. You may be asked to insert your Win7 DVD for this process to continue

    4. If all goes although you should, after the analysis, see the following message "Windows resource protection not found any breach of integrity.

    5. once the scan is finished, close the command prompt window, restart the computer and check.

Check the link below for further guidance on scan SFC - mentioned

You can also make manual updates instead of automatic updates and then see what are updates will be installed on the computer.

  • Adobe does not recognize my videos downloaded and unable to copy/burn the videos that I downloaded on DVD

I have Windows XP on my computer. I have a video recorder of the Samsung SMX-F40RN model. The VCR comes with its own program download (intelli-studio software). So I downloaded the video and then tried to watch it. Adobe would not have left me-says he not a file supported, or it has been damaged. So I tried the windows media player, which plays, but it doesn't have the highest quality. My main goal is to get the video on a DVD so that I can stored on two different backgrounds. When I select the copy of a windows CD educated upward and says he has encountered a problem. I'm stuck on where to go now with the problem. I'm totally amature to this and this is my first time trying the download. Any information will help you. Thank you

    Ok.

Samusungs site is _, not much help, but here is what it says on your video

    • H.264 recording format

      H.264 recording format

Compression standard used by a camcorder to encode the video. H.264 HD is used by Blu - Ray and YouTube.

    • Website TV Superfine, fine, normal TV, TV Web Fine, normal recording quality
    • Recording resolution 720 x 480

      Recording resolution 720 x 480

Number of pixels horizontally and vertically in which is used to capture video. More pixels, the image is the sharpest.

    • 1600 x 1200 Pixels
    • 44.1 kHz sampling frequency

It uses a highly compressed but good quality of video H.264 video format, what version of movie maker start do not support.

He then gives 5 recording qualities

video resolution 720 x 480 is def standard ntsc format picture.

why he says then 1600 x 1200 is an assumption, I think he's now talking about stills and 44.1 kHz speaks now of the audio.

Depends on what you are viewing to in wmp, if you have a decent monitor say at a resolution of 1600 x 1200 pixel, then 720 x 480 will look worse in full-screen size, it should look better if you look at it in a small window.

As I can't know, but expect that it pulls like an interlaced image, your monitor is not interlaced so it will look worse because of that.

To use movie maker to edit, you must convert your file into a wmv file, use something like SUPER

    http://www.myvideoproblems.com/webpages/UsefulProgrammes.htm

Then you need a dvd authoring app to make your dvd, you might have one, check on your pc.

The same goes for adobe, I don't know why it doesn't work, what version number you have, what items or the entire program?  Often, this would have a dvd authoring application included.

I had the same problem.  I came across an article that pointed out to me a file called rise2.ini under my profile user - C:\Users\Nations \AppData\Roaming\Microsoft Games\Rise

There are several entries of "cursor" in there together.  I changed the value of ForceGDICursor from 0 to 1.  After that my cursor in the game set match my mouse movements.

  • My DVD drive does not recognize DVD game discs.

My NEC ND-4550-reader DVD - RW does not recognize DVD game discs.
He has no problem reading movie DVDs and music CDs or access data CD and DVD burnt with data on them.
I removed and let XP Reinstall the device and high-low filters removed the registry etc nothing works.
I made a copy of a DVD game on another PC and it is recognized and install my PC.
All DVD discs work very well on the other PC.
I am running Windows XP Professional with SP2.
MS Fixit controls indicate no problems.
This would be a matter of software protection?
All tried game DVDs are official records and not copies.
The NEC ND-4550 uses cdrom.sys as pilot.

Finally, I replaced the drive for a new one (Pioneer DVR-S18L) and everything now works as it should.
So I suspect that it's a hardware problem and not one that can be resolved by any of the Windows settings.

    ======================================
You run Vista Movie Maker 6? Might be interesting to try
Convert MPEG files to WMV format before importing.

Or... it may be interesting to try to install Windows Live Movie Maker...
which could be compatible with the MPEG2 files.

  • Lightroom 3 does not recognize my AVCHD video

My Panasonic camera records videos AVCHD (.mts or .m2ts). Lightroom 3 does not recognize this as video. I wish I could download and catalog with LR3. Is there a way to get around this?

    Paul

You can wait until LR recognizes AVCHD, you can convert AVCHD to something more standard like mp4, or you can try any plugin file.

  • SP3 of Windows XP does not recognize my Sony DCR-TRV520 video IEEE-1394 camera

Worked previously. Have already handed over in place (and updated) drivers IEEE 1394 cables checked, restarted computer, port disabled and re-enabled, etc.. Patches are up to date.

    Hello

    · What is the number and the model of the computer?

    · Other devices are connected via the port IEEE-1394 have detected?

Check that the device is detected in Device Manager. Follow the steps for the same thing:

    a. click on start

    b. click Run, in the Run dialog box type devmgmt.msc

    c. in the Device Manager window, look for the device and expand the drive, double-click the sub element to check if an error message or error code is listed.

  • Vista does not recognize video card

I recently moved, and after I put my computer my monitor is not a signal. I plugged my monitor on the main port and it came. My computer does not recognize the card in the Device Manager. I opened it and inspected the map for all the Visual problems and plugged it upward and noticed that the fan on the graphics card not working. I then did a full restore of the system, reinstalled the installation CD supplied with the card after you disable the onboard and restarted my computer. Still does not recognize the card and after restarting it on my integrated card. Then, I went into the BIOS and selected PCI-E as my first. So... im out of ideas here, if the fan is still ongoing is not the card still work? I don't have another office to plug it in. Is there another way to know if the card works? Why it can't recognize the graphics card which was working fine before the move? On a side note, the computer was unplugged for 2 weeks during this time, but I don't know why this could be a problem.

    IM using Vista 32 bit.

    Hi Myriam.
Thank you for visiting the Microsoft Answers forum
If the fan on the card does not is an indicator that the card is not powered, so the only way to test it is to plug it into another machine to see if the motherboard is not giving power or is the card that is bad. You can also try to plug a PCI-E device and see if it has power.

You have all the cables connected directly from the power supply to the graphics card?
