  These buttons are not in the drop-down to 'Add' Palette, they are on the Navigation toolbar and must be "moved".

  Press ENTER to add a line under and paste this:

  Mode full-screen by default in Firefox does not display the menu bar.

  If you are missing the MENU bar, go to the command bar and click on the arrow of the tools.

  This bring up a submenu and hit toolbars and make sure that this menu bar is activated.

  If you are absent from the command toolbar, go to view and select Toolbars and select those you want to make visible.

  I've recently been tweaking and accidentally got rid of my explorer.exe file, (I think that I sent to my trash and maybe deleted it?).
