  3. the new library (empty) will download and merge with the former in iCloud, so it contains now 8000 photos of the original lib.

  4. delete all the 8000 photos in the new.

  5. start put new photos in the photo library now empty iCloud.

  Is there a better way? I do it too difficult?

  I can see what I've described above taking a long time to settle on all devices, even if I can avoid 30 day waiting by removing the deleted record recently.

  You use "Optimize Mac Storage" on your Mac? Then, you will need to make sure that all the photos to download to your Mac before you copy your current library corresponding to your backup disk and start deleting iCloud.  Is there enough free storage on your Mac to do this?

  I would also like to than my thin iCloud library. My iCloud library has only my favorite photos of many years, I want on all my devices as well as the most recent photos that I'm still trying. Because the iCloud library must be the library system, only in iCloud library photos are available in the media for other applications browser, so I keep all the photos here that I can use in other applications.

  What I do to save bandwidth and download time is to have two libraries:

  1. A large library where I keep all the photos I want to keep - it's my photo archives. This library is on an external drive that is supported by Time Machine and is currently still an Aperture library.
  2. A smaller library iCloud in my pictures folder.

  I import new photos first to the iCloud library, remove all the bad moves that do not need archiving, then I export the originals at the library of the archives.

  And then I start editing the photos in the library to iCloud and learn by removing and keeping only the best photos.

  I have a complex form of semi involving 30 or text fields, a few drop-down lists, radio buttons. I have Acrobat Pro and MS word (2011).  I create the source with MS Word, then saving them as PDF.  I then open Acrobat Pro and create using the PDF file saved.  Problem is that whenever I have make a change to the source and save as PDF I have to start over the process of "creating" and add all text fields, drop-down menus, radio buttons, etc.  Is it possible to merge or to build a model that covers the Acrobat Pro established fields on my PDF evolving?

  by opening the original form using Acrobat Pro.  By using the function 'replace' in the pages, you can remove the old source and replace it with a new one.  Save the file, and then close.  Reopen the case and chose to create.  You can then change the fields if move you the source.  Kludgy, but it worked.

  You can use a batch process to add form fields to each PDF. You should do field for each unique page names, so that when you combine individual pages in a single PDF file, the form will behave properly. You can base the field names in each PDF file on the name of the original file to achieve this. To add field with a script in a batch sequence, use the JavaScript doc.addField method: http://livedocs.adobe.com/acrobat_sdk/9.1/Acrobat9_1_HTMLHelp/JS_API_AcroJS.88.435.html

  You can then combine the single page PDF files with fields of form in a single PDF file, or by using an external script (for example, VBScript) or a script in Acrobat, but you would need the list of files to be combined, especially if you care about the order of the pages. Acrobat also has the function of "file > combine > merge files into a single PDF", but I can't say that it will work to combine that several shapes at once, so you'll just have to see.

  Regarding the export of data, this may also be film script. I would say that the script can create the data file that is added to the document as an attached file (data object), which can then be extracted. Creating a tab separated text file is simpler that ensuring a properly built CSV, that's what I'd be inclined to do. A user is not able to enter a tab character into a form field, so you shouldn't have a problem with that.   Can someone tell me please how to merge into a single PDF Livecycle forms! When I merge forms only the last form has to generate data.

  Unfortunately, I don't think you can do this with CF. IIRC, forms are flattened when you perform a merge. CF not allowing the flattening of LiveCycle forms (licensing reasons...), this is probably why you end up with one or more blank forms. You can complete the forms LiveCycle of CF, but flattening is only possible with LiveCycle.

  There is no command integrated to 'merge' catalogues (such a command is available in Lightroom).

  The usual to migrate your catalog to a more recent version is simple to use menu file > manage catalogs, then use the button "Convert", which will create a new catalog with the same organization in the new format.   A couple of alternatives come to mind.

  (1) you can go in SQL Develolper, go to the schema, expand the node for triggers and select all the triggers that you want to change.  Right-click and choose the fast DDL--> save spreadsheet.  Find and replace in the worksheet and then run the script.

  (2) if the trigger is the same for all 70 tables, you can move the PL/SQL out of the trigger and in a procedure in a package and just call the procedure of 70 triggers.  Now, the code is kept in the same place.  For new tables, you can add a call to the procedure and you are done.  If all 70 triggers are not the same, see if you can pass parameters to allow a generalized procedure that they can all use.

  You have not indicated what your triggers.  Are insert you columns of auditing, archiving data, inserting into a table of log, update another table or something else?  What type of trigger is it?  What you trying to accomplish with your triggers?

  You need to publish files using muse to make your form online on the website of BC. And if you're going to create the shape in British Colombia, then you can put the HTML inside the Muse online form and get the custom.

  Here are the steps to insert inside the Muse in HTML format:

  1. in your menu bar (top left), click on 'object '.

  2. Select "insert HTML".

  3. a pop-up window will appear with the code example.

  It's "arbitrary HTML.  Paste your code there

  4. click on OK.

  Hi Pooja,

  How is your form interactive PDF is created (LC Designer or Acrobat X). If you have used LC Designer, then you cannot merge the page, the only option is to create a new page in the designer, and then copy and paste the content.

  If you've used acrobat to create the form and then easily merge you PDF files to help combine functionality in Acrobat. (File > create > combine files)
