  Well, certainly that is impossible with the reader. You can merge all your documents and create bookmarks with the full version of Acrobat, but I don't think that there is a way to automate the creation of bookmark to coincide with the structure of your file.   Does anyone know how to take several PDF files and merge them into one continuous PDF document? I can't seem to save as a single file, they keep save as separate entities.

  If you open two PDFs in preview and reveal the sidebar in the thumbnail view, you can drag the thumbnails of the pages of one of the files in box of the second file thumbnails and organize the order of page in the sidebar.

  The HP scanning software (start > programs > HP > Photosmart HP 5510 series > HP Scan) select PDF and make sure that the resolution is 300 dpi or less.

  Make sure the option Show Scan preview is checked, and click Scan.

  Once the first page of scanning is finished, place the next page on the window and click on the button "+" under the scan preview...

  Once you are done click Save.

  After doing more research, I know that PDF Redirect converts files in PDF format and can merge unlimited files at a time. Does anyone know / can find out if we can split the files too.

  If PDF Redirect can convert, split, and merge 'all in one', then there is no need to use a conversion program 'and' a ' merger/split' program as I do now.

  In fact, some users were already helping me my question in the 'original' post but they no longer and is why I posted my question even once.

  In InDesign, you don't 'read' or 'import' a PDF. The term used in page layout applications is to "place. You are placing them in the form of a graphic on the page.

One document comprising the same 20 + pages repeated over and over, the other contains unique references that change from one page to another (identifiers, addresses, etc.). I need to stack on each other to produce a single document of 20 pages repeating with different specific details.

  There is no equivalent command in Acrobat. You can import a single page of a document and apply it as background BCG to one or more master pages, but it's not a way to import pages multiple horizons and no support to apply the background to "every nth page", you would need here. It is possible with scripting, but it would be messy.

Then I can merge (assemble) all three forms and give the user to fill in all the details. Then click on the button submit, all obtained details submitted via servlet calling.

  Now, next time if the request is the official retail change\edit\update, so I can create a form with personal information and family details are freezing, but detailed official form is interactive.

  1. this PDF will be intractive pdf?  EG.pdf (flatten + intractive + flatten) = intractive pdf

  1 - Yes.  Use the attribute baseDocument for the intermediate document (interactive) and the tag noXFA to the other two documents (non-interactive)

  2 - Yes, you can submit it.  You will get data from the intermediate document that others are now dishes (it has no fields in them).
